When the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous woodenware skin-feel paint is used in combination with various clear primers and solid primers, the paint film defects such as bottom biting, collapse, poor foaming adhesion, whitening and the like can be avoided.
The invention carries out performance test comparison on a Xuanwei matte anti-scratch brightening two-component aqueous woodware skin-feel paint plate, and the specific process is as follows:
the adhesion of the obtained paint film is detected by adopting the national standard 'grid drawing test of paint films of colored paint and varnish' with the standard number of GB 9286-1998, and the grid drawing distance is 2 mm;
the scratch resistance of the obtained paint film is tested by adopting the national standard 'scratch test of colored paint and varnish' with the standard number GB/T9279-2007.
The gloss of the paint films was measured using the national standard "determination of 20 °, 60 ° and 85 ° specular gloss of paint films of pigmented paints and varnishes containing no metallic pigment" with the Standard number GB/T9754-2007.
The physicochemical property of the paint film is tested by adopting the national standard 'waterborne wood coating for indoor decoration' with the standard number GB/T23999-2009
The test result of the invention shows that the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous woodware skin-feel paint provided by the invention has the advantages of uniform and flat paint film surface gloss, smooth hand feeling, excellent physical and chemical properties, no obvious brightening of scratches, and no adverse conditions such as paint stripping, bottom biting, collapse, bleeding, foaming and the like.
For further illustration of the present invention, the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous wood skin-feel paint provided by the present invention, the preparation method and the using method thereof are described in detail below with reference to the application examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

The matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous woodenware skin-feel paint in the application example 2 is prepared by mixing the component A, the component B and water according to the weight ratio of A to B to water =100 to 15; the wood board coated with the solvent-based two-component PU (polyurethane) clear primer is uniformly polished, and the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous wood coating for coating in the above example 1 is coated thereon to obtain the wood board coated with the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous wood coating and finish the wood board coating. As can be seen from the test results in table 3, the matte scratch-resistant brightening two-component aqueous wood skin-feel coating of the present invention has good performance in both sensory test and resistance test when used in combination with different wood varnish clear primers.

the component B is a water-based curing agent.
2. The two-component aqueous wood skin-feel coating of claim 1, characterized in that: the water-based resin is water-based polyurethane and/or water-based polyurethane acrylate, and the Tg value of the water-based polyurethane and the Tg value of the polyurethane acrylate are not less than 40 ℃.
