Abstract
本发明涉及一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液及其制备方法,所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的原料组分包括:杀菌活性成分、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及pH调节剂,所述杀菌活性成分由葡萄糖酸氯已定、苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、柠檬酸三乙酯组成。本发明所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,能够有效杀灭女性私处包括白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在内的常见致病菌,同时具有极高的使用安全性,能够温和呵护女性私处卫生,令肌肤保持清新的舒适感。

本发明属于日化技术领域,具体涉及一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液及其制备方法。
背景技术
女性生殖系统的疾病即为妇科疾病,包括外阴疾病、阴道疾病、子宫疾病、输卵管疾病、卵巢疾病等。妇科疾病是女性常见病、多发病。随着我国医学水平的不断进步,我国妇女生殖健康状况也相继得到了改善,但是从整体来看,现阶段我国妇女生殖健康状况还不容乐观。
CN110038094A公开了一种女性私处护理抑菌液,并具体公开了由以下重量份的物质组成:葡萄糖酸氯己定0.05-0.5%,互生叶白千层叶油0.05%-5%,蓝桉叶油0.05%-5%,薰衣草油0.05%-5%,茴香油0.05%-5%,罗勒油0.05%-5%,金黄洋甘菊提取物0.05%-5%,椰子果提取物0.05%-5%,藏菖蒲提取物0.05%-5%,鼠尾草提取物0.05%-5%,欧丹参提取物0.05%-5%,薄荷叶油0.05%-1%,以及小麦胚芽油余量。CN109125705A公开了一种女性私处护理液,并具体公开了包括以下重量份数的组分:羟乙基纤维素10-15份、玉米油3-7份、洗必泰11-18份、寡肽10-15份、β-葡聚糖6-11份、燕麦提取物5-10份、苦参提取物4-8份、纯化水150-300份。CN109078165A公开了一种用于女性私处护理的组合物,并具体公开了包含如下重量份数的组分:保湿剂12.5~26.5、苦参提取物15~25、黄柏提取物10~20、蛇床子提取物10~15、益母草提取物10~15、莪术提取物5、番红花提取物5~10、水解胶原1~5、乙醇3~5、醋酸氯己定0.1~2、泊洛沙姆0.3~1和冰片0.1~1。
由于女性私处皮肤较为敏感,采用单纯的化学成分杀菌原料添加量大容易导致皮肤刺激,而添加量小抗菌性能难以达到,因而现有技术公开的大多是采用化学成分杀菌原料和植物来源原料相结合的方式以达到降低皮肤刺激性目的的同时在一定程度上提高杀菌效果,但是这样的组合方式在抗菌性能提升方面非常有限,现有技术缺乏一种抗菌性能优良、同时具有极高的使用安全性的纯化学成分女性私处护理产品。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液及其制备方法。所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液含有4种对女性私处常见致病菌具有显著抗菌作用的化学成分,通过这几种成分之间的协同作用,能够在较低添加量的同时提供显著的抗菌作用以及极高的皮肤使用安全性。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,原料组分包括:杀菌活性成分、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及pH调节剂,所述杀菌活性成分由葡萄糖酸氯已定、苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、柠檬酸三乙酯组成。
葡萄糖酸氯已定,是一种双胍氯苯,有相当广的抗微生物活性,属低效消毒剂,具有快速杀灭化脓菌、肠道致病菌、医院感染常见病原菌、空气中的致病菌和致病性酵母菌,可用于皮肤消毒、手部消毒、口腔黏膜消毒、术前沐浴等。其作用机制是改变细菌细胞膜的通透性,但对芽孢、病毒及耐酸菌无效。
苄索氯铵,是新型的阳离子表面活性剂,能有效地杀灭各种微生物,作为杀菌、抑菌、防腐剂广泛使用。苄索氯铵也可用作润湿剂、增溶剂和外用消毒剂,除臭剂,用于各种洗手液、洗手皂、皮肤及头发护理品、妇女卫生用品、湿巾等产品及各种抗菌配方,也较适于干粉类产品。苄索氯铵具有长效抑菌、高效的润湿剂效能、高效去除人体产生的异味功效、低添加量、自身无异味、低毒性、低刺激性、入口无异味等一系列优势。
月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐(LAE),对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、病原体、酵母和霉菌都具有良好的抑菌效果,且最低抑制浓度普遍较低。研究表明,其对常见典型的腐败微生物金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑制浓度(MIC)是8μg/mL,对致病性大肠杆菌的MIC是32μg/mL,对啤酒酵母的MIC是32μg/mL对黑曲霉的MIC是32μg/mL,LAE可有效抑制病原体及大多数腐败微生物的生长繁殖,是一种安全、高效的防腐剂。具有极好的安全性,在人体内通过化学代谢途径水解为人体日常饮食中摄入的化合物,FDA通过公认安全食品认证,美国农业部允许其在肉类食品和禽类食品中使用。在化妆品领域已有报道用于口腔护理方面的产品中,可有效抑制口腔内牙斑的形成。
柠檬酸三乙酯,在美容领域用于治疗皮肤老化,具有一定的抗菌作用,可作为细菌性皮肤感染的活性成分。
本申请人发现,以上4种原料之间具有明显的协同作用,将其进行组合,能够使得其抗菌性能大幅提高,能够专门针对女性私处特定部位的抗菌需求,同时具有极高的使用安全性。
优选的,按重量份计,所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的原料组分包括:
葡萄糖酸氯已定0.01-2.0重量份、苄索氯铵0.01-2.0重量份、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐0.5-2.0重量份、柠檬酸三乙酯0.01-1.0重量份、表面活性剂0.1-5.0重量份、保湿剂0.5-5.0重量份、pH调节剂0.01-0.3重量份。
优选的,按重量份计,所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的原料组分包括:
葡萄糖酸氯已定0.2-1.0重量份、苄索氯铵0.2-0.5重量份、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐1.0-1.5重量份、柠檬酸三乙酯0.1-0.5重量份、表面活性剂1.0-2.0重量份、保湿剂1.0-1.5重量份、pH调节剂0.05-0.1重量份。
所述表面活性剂优选为两性离子型和非离子型组合,进一步优选为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和/或癸基葡糖苷,所述保湿剂为甘油、海藻糖、丙二醇以及山梨醇中的任意一种或多种的混合物,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷按重量比1-1.5:1组成的混合物,所述保湿剂为甘油和海藻糖按重量比1:1组成的混合物。
一种制备所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,混合后加水使溶解均匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将所述溶液A与葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及pH调节剂混合搅拌均匀,即得所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述混合后的原料与水的重量比为1:86-95。
优选的,步骤(2)中,在搅拌条件下,向所述溶液A中依次加入葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及pH调节剂,继续搅拌使溶解均匀。
优选的,所述搅拌的速度均为45-60r/min。
优选的,步骤(2)中,进行所述混合搅拌均匀后,还包括过滤的步骤。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,采用葡萄糖酸氯已定、苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐以及柠檬酸三乙酯共4种原料组成的杀菌活性成分,所述4种原料对于女性私处包括白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在内的常见致病菌具有显著的抗菌协同作用,经多次完整皮肤刺激试验以及急性眼刺激试验表明,本发明具有极高的使用安全性,能够温和呵护女性私处卫生,令肌肤保持清新的舒适感。

进一步,提供一种制备所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,混合后加水使溶解均匀,得到溶液A;
(2)在45r/min搅拌条件下,向所述溶液A中依次加入葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、癸基葡糖苷、甘油以及柠檬酸,继续搅拌使溶解均匀,过滤后,即得所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液。

进一步,提供一种制备所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,混合后加水使溶解均匀,得到溶液A;
(2)在60r/min搅拌条件下,向所述溶液A中依次加入葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、癸基葡糖苷、海藻糖以及柠檬酸,继续搅拌使溶解均匀,过滤后,即得所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液。

对比例2
本对比例提供一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,由以下原料制备得到:
葡萄糖酸氯已定1.0重量份、苄索氯铵0.7重量份、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐1.0重量份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.0重量份、癸基葡糖苷1.0重量份、保湿剂(甘油:海藻糖=1:1)1.5重量份、柠檬酸0.1重量份、纯化水94.2重量份。制备方法同实施例3。
一、本发明对白色念珠菌的杀菌效果试验
1、器材
1.1试验菌株:白色念珠菌ATCC10231由中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心提供,第5-6代新鲜斜面培养物。
1.2试验样品:实施例3、对比例制备得到的样品以及市售私处抑菌液。
1.3中和剂:D/E肉汤。
1.4其他:标准硬水等。
2、方法
2.1检测依据:中和剂鉴定试验及杀菌性能试验按照一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB15979-2002附录C。
2.2中和剂鉴定试验:以该试验样品原液、1:4稀释液分别和白色念珠菌作用0.5min。试验温度为19-21℃,试验重复进行3次。
2.3杀菌性能试验:以该试验样品的原样品,作用时间分别为2min、5min、10min、20min,试验温度为19-21℃,试验重复进行3次。
3、结果

结果表明,实施例3样品对白色念珠菌作用2min、5min、10min、20min的杀菌率均>99.99%,明显优于对比例1-2以及市售产品。说明本发明对白色念珠菌杀菌效果显著,而对比例1、对比例2在分别缺少月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐和柠檬酸三乙酯的情况下,即使提高葡萄糖酸氯已定或苄索氯铵的含量,其杀菌效果均有所下降,且对比例1降低更明显。说明葡萄糖酸氯已定、苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐以及柠檬酸三乙酯这4种成分之间具有明显的协同增效作用,对该组合中的组分的改变会降低其杀菌效果。
二、本发明对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果试验
1、器材
1.1试验菌株:大肠杆菌8099、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538由中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心提供,第4-8代新鲜斜面培养物。
1.2试验样品:实施例3、对比例制备得到的样品以及市售私处抑菌液。
1.3中和剂:D/E肉汤。
1.4其他:标准硬水等。
2、方法
2.1检测依据:中和剂鉴定试验及杀菌性能试验按照一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准GB15979-2002附录C。
2.2中和剂鉴定试验:以该试验样品原液、1:9稀释液分别和金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用0.5min。试验温度为19-21℃,试验重复进行3次。
2.3杀菌性能试验:以该试验样品的原样品,作用时间分别为2min、5min、10min、20min,试验温度为19-21℃,试验重复进行3次。
3、结果

结果表明,实施例3样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min、5min、10min、20min的杀菌率均>99.99%,明显优于对比例1-2以及市售产品。说明本发明对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌效果显著。
三、对本发明实施例3样品进行了多次完整皮肤刺激试验以及急性眼刺激试验,具体见下表。

1.一种泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液由以下原料组分组成:
葡萄糖酸氯已定0.01-2.0重量份、苄索氯铵0.01-2.0重量份、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐0.5-2.0重量份、柠檬酸三乙酯0.01-1.0重量份、表面活性剂0.1-5.0重量份、保湿剂0.5-5.0重量份、柠檬酸0.01-0.3重量份;
所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷按重量比1-1.5:1组成的混合物,所述保湿剂为甘油和海藻糖按重量比1:1组成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫私护免洗抗菌液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液由以下原料组分组成:
葡萄糖酸氯已定0.2-1.0重量份、苄索氯铵0.2-0.5重量份、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐1.0-1.5重量份、柠檬酸三乙酯0.1-0.5重量份、表面活性剂1.0-2.0重量份、保湿剂1.0-1.5重量份、柠檬酸0.05-0.1重量份。
3.权利要求1-2任一项所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取苄索氯铵、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,混合后加水使溶解均匀,得到溶液A;
(2)将所述溶液A与葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及柠檬酸混合搅拌均匀,即得所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液。
4.根据权利要求3所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述混合后的原料与水的重量比为1:86-95。
5.根据权利要求3所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,在搅拌条件下,向所述溶液A中依次加入葡萄糖酸氯已定、柠檬酸三乙酯、表面活性剂、保湿剂以及柠檬酸,继续搅拌使溶解均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌的速度均为45-60r/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述泡沫私护免洗抗菌液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,进行所述混合搅拌均匀后,还包括过滤的步骤。
