Description

Secondary application of filter cigarette holder in prevention and treatment of farmland aphids and spider mites
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant protection, and particularly relates to secondary application of a filter cigarette holder in prevention and control of farmland aphids and spider mites.
Background
China is a big country for agricultural production and consumption. The farmland is damaged by various diseases and insects, the agricultural loss caused by the damage of the diseases and the insects reaches a tragic state all the year round, and even certain agricultural products are harvested. Aphids occur in various regions of China, and are one of the main pests causing serious agricultural yield loss.
Since the transgenic insect-resistant cotton is commercially planted, the planting area of the insect-resistant cotton is rapidly increased, the planting area of the transgenic insect-resistant cotton in China reaches 410 ten thousand hectares in 2012, and accounts for more than 75% of the total agricultural area in China, wherein the area of the insect-resistant cotton in a cotton area of a yellow river valley accounts for more than 98%. The large-area planting of the insect-resistant cotton effectively controls the outbreak harm of the cotton bollworms, and simultaneously, because the dosage of the cotton field is reduced after the insect-resistant cotton is planted, the sucking pests such as cotton aphids, cotton leaf mites and the like which can be treated simultaneously originally rise to be main pests of the cotton field, and the damage is in a trend of increasing year by year.
Aphids and spider mites are an important class of piercing-sucking mouthpart agricultural pests, and host plants of the aphids and the spider mites are wide in range. Sucking juice on the back and tender head of cotton leaves by a piercing-sucking mouthpart in the aphid feeding process, so that the cotton leaves grow in a deformed way and curl to the back, the physiological metabolism of plants is damaged, the plants shrink, the plants grow slowly, and blossoming and bolling are delayed; the adult plant period is affected, the upper leaves curl, the middle leaves are glossy, and the lower leaves are withered and yellow and fall off; in the process of sucking cotton aphids, a large amount of honeydew is removed, not only is photosynthesis of leaves and plants influenced, but also parasitic mildew is caused, black mold is generated, flower buds and cotton bolls are damaged, and the cotton aphids fall off, so that agricultural yield reduction is caused. Spider mites, also known as agricultural red spiders, occur in various regions of China and can damage corn, sorghum, wheat, soybean and the like. The host is wide. Spider mites mainly prick and suck sap at the back of agricultural leaf surfaces, so that yellow spots, red leaves, fallen leaves and other harmful symptoms appear on the leaf surfaces, and the leaf surfaces are similar to burnt rice and are commonly called as 'dragon'. The outbreak years cause the yield reduction of large-area agricultural products and even the failure of harvest, and the agricultural products can be damaged in the whole growth period of agriculture.
Aphids and spider mites are pests which occur for many generations in one year, the generations are overlapped seriously, the two pests are harmful almost in the whole agricultural growing season, the pest damage time is long, the chances of contacting medicaments are more, and in a certain sense, the two pests are more easily resistant than the pests which are harmful in a short period; meanwhile, as the individual bodies of aphids and tetranychus urticae are small, the breeding speed is high, and the drug resistance to chemical pesticides is also high. The '2016 national agricultural pest drug resistance monitoring result and scientific medication suggestion' published by the national agricultural technology promotion service center shows that all the populations of cotton aphids in the monitored areas have high-level resistance to pyrethroid deltamethrin, neonicotinoid imidacloprid and other medicaments, and the resistance times of some areas are even thousands of times (the resistance times to deltamethrin are higher than 4545, and the resistance times to imidacloprid are 188-316402). The resistance to the carbamate medicament carbosulfan is moderate to high (the resistance multiple is 13-310); the organic phosphorus medicament omethoate is in medium-level resistance (the resistance multiple is 22-50). Aphids develop resistance to drugs quickly, and almost all drugs used at present have resistance, particularly, pyrethroid, carbamate and neonicotinoid drugs have high resistance level, and the aphids still have a rising trend (Captain. 2016. national agricultural pest resistance monitoring result and scientific drug use suggestion. Chinese plant protection guide, 2017,37(03): 56-59.). Similar phenomena occur in spider mites of farm fields, such as two-spotted spider mites also developing resistance in the field (Wei P., Chen M., Nan C., et al. Downregulation of carboxyphenyl conjugates of resistance in Tetranychus cinnabrinus (Boisdivaval). Pestmanagement Science, 2019.). Tetranychus urticae has been reported to develop varying levels of resistance to at least 92 active ingredients in chemical agents (Van Leeuwen T., Vontas J., Tsagkarakou A., et al. Aceric species mechanisms in the two-spotted spider mite extreme Tetranychus urticae and organism Biology 572. A review. institute Biochemistry and molecular Biology 2010,40(8): 563-.
It is obvious that aphids and spider mites become one of pests with serious drug resistance and difficult control, and the main reason for easy drug resistance is that the two pests have short life history, strong parthenogenesis and reproductive capacity, and the chemical agents are not scientifically and unreasonably used in the control process and one or more chemical pesticides are used for a long time; meanwhile, after the pests have drug resistance, the times of the existing chemical pesticide control are increased, the labor for farmlands is increased, and the whole control cost is improved. Therefore, the mixed pesticide containing various substances is required to be adopted for preventing and treating the aphids and the spider mites on the farmland, so that the pests can be effectively prevented and treated, the generation of resistance can be delayed to a certain extent, and the prevention and treatment cost can be better saved in the aspects of dosage, dosage frequency and labor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems that the chemical pesticide with a single substance in the technology is difficult to control the farmland aphids and the spider mites and is easy to generate resistance, the control cost of the existing chemical pesticide is high due to the fact that the pesticide resistance is generated, the dosage and the frequency of the pesticide are increased, labor is increased and the like, and the problems that the production and the preparation processes of the traditional chemical pesticide are high in cost and the like, the invention provides a technical scheme for applying a filter cigarette holder to the control of the farmland aphids and the spider mites.
The secondary application of the filter cigarette holder in prevention and treatment of farmland aphids and spider mites comprises the following steps:
(1) putting 8-12 used filter cigarette holders into 400-600ml water, stirring to completely wet the filter cigarette holders with the water, soaking for 1-3 days, and filtering out impurities in the soaking solution through a 40-100 mesh sieve;
(2) adding 1ml-100ml white vinegar into the soaking solution, and mixing well to obtain the preparation stock solution.
(3) Diluting the preparation stock solution by 0-40 times with clear water, and uniformly spraying the whole plant of the plant with the harmful insects.
Further, the amount of water in step (1) was 500 ml.
Further, the amount of the white vinegar used in the step (2) is 50 ml.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention can effectively prevent and control the farmland aphids and spider mites, and saves the prevention and control cost of dosage, dosage frequency, labor and the like;
(2) the technical scheme provided by the invention can be used for effectively utilizing the garbage material for the second time, thereby not only preventing and treating pests, but also reducing the pollution of the material to the environment; meanwhile, the garbage classification is carried out at present, so that the materials are easier to obtain, and the cost is further reduced;
(3) the preparation provided by the invention can be directly used, and the preparation method is simple, and the complex production of chemical pesticides, preparation of dosage forms and other processes are avoided, so that the cost is further saved;
(4) the substance contains multiple components, and can effectively delay the generation of drug resistance of pests.
