本发明公开了一种用于冷链液体包装纸包括原纸,及设置于原纸上的抗水耐乳酸施胶料,所述原纸包括面层、衬层、芯层和底层;所述面层和底层其浆料配比为:15~30%针叶和85~70%阔叶;所述衬层和芯层其浆料配比为10~25%针叶和90~75%自制化机浆;所述抗水耐乳酸施胶层包括浆内施胶料和表面施胶料;所述包装纸其生产工艺为:通过该造纸机进行原纸生产,原纸生产时,加入浆内施胶料进行桨内施胶;完成原纸生产后,依次进行机内双面施胶和机外施胶,完成原纸生产。本发明的用于冷链液体包装纸及其生产工艺,生产出的冷链液体包装纸其纸面细腻、平滑,手感舒适和印刷图案清晰逼真,纸张厚实,整个生产过程安全、绿色和环保。

一种用于冷链液体包装纸及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装纸及其生产工艺,特别涉及一种用于冷链液体包装纸及其生产工艺,属于液体包装纸技术领域。
背景技术
国内的液包纸多用于盒装酸奶,纸张一面镀锡一面印刷,镀锡层致密厚实,故对原纸抗水性、耐乳酸性要求稍低;做成盒状,对原纸挺度、耐折等指标要求较低,印刷面清晰度要求也不高,故对原纸印刷面粗糙度要求低;本发明主要用于双面淋膜杯装酸奶包装纸,尤其是在冷链包装行业,需要低温或常温储存数月之久,储存环境湿度变化较大,这对于纸张抵抗液体渗透能力有极高的要求;此外,酸奶杯较普通的一次性水杯使用时间长,杯身外表面印刷图案清晰度、逼真度要求更高,因此对纸张表面的细腻程度要求极高,反应在成纸指标上就是平滑度尽可能高,粗糙度尽可能的低;酸奶杯较一次性水杯杯口细,杯身挺硬,这对成纸松厚度、挺度要求很高;现有技术中,国内很少能够批量生产,主要依靠美国进口。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种用于冷链液体包装纸及其生产工艺,生产出的冷链液体包装纸其纸面细腻、平滑,手感舒适和印刷图案清晰逼真,纸张白度适宜,无荧光增白剂,符合国家食品卫生标准;制成纸杯后杯身挺硬、厚实,使用方便,且整个生产过程安全、绿色和环保。
本发明的用于冷链液体包装纸,包括原纸,及设置于原纸上的抗水耐乳酸施胶料,所述原纸包括面层、衬层、芯层和底层;所述面层和底层其浆料配比为:15~30%针叶和85~70%阔叶;所述衬层和芯层其浆料配比为10~25%针叶和90~75%自制化机浆;
所述抗水耐乳酸施胶层包括浆内施胶料和表面施胶料;所述浆内施胶料按照每吨原纸浆料施加10~20公斤松香胶和5~15公斤AKD;所述表面施胶料包括淋膜后与酸奶接触面胶料配料为表胶淀粉和1~6%表面施胶剂,印刷面胶料配料为15~30%胶黏剂和70~55%无机粉体;及涂布机上机外微涂胶料配料。
进一步地,所述涂布机上机外微涂胶料配料与印刷面胶料配料一致。
进一步地,所述胶黏剂为食品级高粘合强度涂布淀粉、胶乳和聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述无机粉体包括超细轻质碳酸钙、超细重质碳酸钙、超细高岭土和超细滑石粉中的一种或多种;所述无机粉体还包括助剂。
再进一步地,所述助剂为分散剂、增稠剂、保水剂和抗水剂中的一种或多种。

本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的用于冷链液体包装纸生产工艺,采用机内双元施胶工艺,同时满足液包纸持续抗水、耐乳酸的双重要求;并采用机内微涂与机外整饰涂布相结合的涂布方式,最大限度提高成纸印刷面光滑细腻程度,此外涂层既可快速吸收印刷油墨,还能有效阻止油墨往纤维内部的迁移,提高印刷图案的色泽与鲜艳度;优选高品质商品针叶浆并提高其配比,从而大幅提高成纸挺度,确保杯身挺硬厚实。

本发明的冷链液体包装纸及其生产工艺,采用机内双元施胶工艺,同时满足液包纸持续抗水和耐乳酸的双重要求;采用机内微涂与机外整饰涂布相结合的涂布方式,最大限度提高成纸印刷面光滑细腻程度,此外涂层既可快速吸收印刷油墨,还能有效阻止油墨往纤维内部的迁移,提高印刷图案的色泽与鲜艳度;优选高品质商品针叶浆并提高其配比,从而大幅提高成纸挺度,确保杯身挺硬厚实。

如图1所示,其生产出的包装纸具体参数指标如下:
(a)成纸耐乳酸为0.6kg·m-2/0.8kg·m-2(纵向/横向),明显优于美国进纸样1.2kg·m-2/1.5kg·m-2(纵向/横向);
(b)表面平滑度为30s/10s(正面/反面),明显优于美国纸样9s/7s;
(c)成纸表面粗糙度4.55μm/6.80μm(正面/反面),接近美国水平4.50μm/6.15μm(正面/反面)。

所述抗水耐乳酸施胶层包括浆内施胶料和表面施胶料;所述浆内施胶料按照每吨原纸浆料施加10~20公斤松香胶和5~15公斤AKD;所述表面施胶料包括淋膜后与酸奶接触面胶料配料为表胶淀粉和1~6%表面施胶剂,印刷面胶料配料为15~30%胶黏剂和70~55%无机粉体;及涂布机上机外微涂胶料配料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷链液体包装纸,其特征在于:所述涂布机上机外微涂胶料配料与印刷面胶料配料一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷链液体包装纸,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂为食品级高粘合强度涂布淀粉、胶乳和聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
