技术领域
本发明属于日化洗涤技术领域,特别涉及一种具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
尽管目前市场上有普通的消毒洗衣液,也有单独(定量装)的洗衣凝珠,而既有消毒功能,又有去污功能还是定量装包装的消毒洗衣凝珠市场上还没有。
发明专利CN 107711870A中所述的消毒洗衣液是以非离子表面活性剂为主要的去污成分,以阳离子杀菌剂作为体系的杀菌剂,是非离子与阳离子复配使用达到去污与消毒的双重作用。在本行业领域内可知非离子与阳离子复配是可行的。而在本领域的技术人员可知去污力最强的为阴离子表面活性剂,而阴离子与阳离子复配,达不到稳定的体系。
另外,随着消费升级,目前消费者对环境卫生的需求更为关注,清洗衣物需求希望达到真正干净的效果:即去污又消毒。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,兼具去污、消毒双重功能,使用更加方便。

一种具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠,所述洗衣凝珠内容物的原料包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、助剂、活性酵素、香精和去离子水,各原料的重量份数为:

进一步的,所述阳离子表面活性剂为N,N-二癸基-N,N-二甲基氯化铵(2280)、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(IB)、双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DEQ)中的两种或多种的混合。

所述具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照上述的重量份数,向反应釜中加入助剂和非离子表面活性剂,随后加入阴离子表面活性剂,边加边搅拌,搅拌溶解后,再加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解,随后加入活性酵素和香精,再补齐去离子水,过滤后静置,然后使用PVA水溶性包装膜包装,即得到所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠,是可以实现去污和消毒双重功能的产品,具有杀菌功能的原料一般是阳离子性质的,而起到去污作用的是阴离子表面活性剂,本领域普通技术人员可知阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂复配是这一领域的禁忌,认为两种在水溶液中相互作用会产生沉淀或絮状络合物,从而产生负效应,甚至会使表活失去表面活性,也就是说阳离子杀菌剂失去杀菌作用,阴离子表活失去去污作用;本专利的创新点就在于阴阳离子体系中既保留了阴离子的去污力又保证了阳离子的杀菌性能不受影响;
2、本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠,属于高倍浓缩型定量产品,在稀释8-10倍的情况下进行使用,要想达到高去污力,需要有阴离子表面活性剂,起到主要的去污作用,又有阳离子杀菌剂起到杀菌消毒的作用,通过研发者寻找、筛选特定的阴阳离子表面活性剂,通过控制配方的加料顺序及阴阳离子表面活性剂的添加比例,找到了阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂的共存的平衡点;
3、本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠中,所用到的阴离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐是一类新型的多功能阴离子表面活性剂,无毒无刺激,易生物降解,兼备阴离子与非离子的特性,本发明正是利用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐这一特性,使其与阳离子杀菌剂共存,从而达到去污与杀菌的双重效果;
4、本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠中,所用到的阴离子表面活性剂为改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐,其是对改性油脂乙氧基化物中的双键进行了进一步的磺化,得到的一种性能优良的新型表面活性剂,其可以与阳离子表面活性剂复配,得到稳定的体系。
5、发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠中,利用以上两种阴离子表面活性剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐)的特殊性质,通过控制体系的pH及制备工艺,使其能很好的与阳离子杀菌剂进行配伍,得到既可去污又可消毒的消毒洗衣凝珠;
6、通过实验测试,本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠在一定的实验浓度下对螨虫有非常优良的杀灭作用。
7、一般阳离子杀菌剂是水基型,在少水体系中不能稳定,本发明通过体系配伍,解决了这一难题,应用市面上通用的阳离子杀菌剂达到了其在少水体系中保持稳定,且具有稳定消毒作用。
8、本发明所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠,是定量包装的,定量包装的形式,使消费者使用起来方便,保证杀菌效果不会造成浪费,一颗珠子就能洗一缸衣服,不需再加消毒液,更方便,浓缩型更环保,降低了包装成本和运输成本;并且本发明所用的原料均为环保型原料,适用范围广。

4.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为N,N-二癸基-N,N-二甲基氯化铵(2280)、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(IB)、双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DEQ)中的两种或多种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述助剂为丙二醇、丙三醇、碳酸丙烯脂、异丙醇中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
按照如权利要求1所述的重量份数,向反应釜中加入助剂和非离子表面活性剂,随后加入阴离子表面活性剂,边加边搅拌,搅拌溶解后,再加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解,随后加入活性酵素和香精,再补齐去离子水,过滤后静置,然后使用PVA水溶性包装膜包装,即得到所述的具有消毒功能的洗衣凝珠。
