Abstract
本发明涉及洗衣液技术领域,具体公开一种高粘度洗衣液及其制备方法。本发明洗衣液通过在非离子和阳离子体系中加入特定的增稠剂,得到具有较高粘度的洗衣液,并且去污力不会因粘度增加而降低,同时具有优异的杀菌力。本发明洗衣液的制备方法为将所述各表面活性剂溶解在去离子水中,然后加入增稠剂,搅拌至溶解,再加入液体洗涤剂中允许的其他辅料,去离子水补齐至100%,过滤即得。本发明洗衣液制备方法简单,不需要特殊设备,有利于进行工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及液体洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高粘度洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前洗衣液配方中最常用的是阴离子表面活性剂,其易乳化,去污力强,在洗涤剂中得到广泛应用。随着人们洗涤要求的提高,具有杀菌消毒功能洗涤用品的需求也越来越高,杀菌剂一般为阳离子表面活性剂,其与阴离子表面活性剂共用会发生反应,降低洗衣液功效,因此二者不能复配使用。由于非离子表面活性剂具有不电离、不易受酸碱影响、稳定性和表面活性高等特点,目前越来越多的洗衣液中开始采用非离子表面活性剂。然而非离子表面活性剂体系不易增稠,使用时容易过量,消费者对于粘度低的产品也不容易认可。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明提供一种高粘度洗衣液,并提供其制备方法。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种高粘度洗衣液,包括以下质量含量的原料:
非离子表面活性剂 10-20%
阳离子表面活性剂 5-12%
增稠剂 2-10%
余量为去离子水和/或液体洗涤剂中允许的辅料;
其中,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸共聚物的混合物,二者的质量比为1:3-4。
现有技术中为了提高洗衣液的粘度,一般会加入阴离子表面活性剂,因为阴离子表面活性剂相对容易增稠,然而在含有阳离子表面活性剂作为杀菌剂的体系中,阴离子表面活性剂的加入往往会影响杀菌效果。本发明通过对增稠剂进行选择,在不添加阴离子表面活性剂的情况下,使非离子和阳离子复配体系具有合适的粘度,并且体系粘度随温度变化较小,体系稳定性高,同时去污性和杀菌性也不会因粘度的增加而降低,且洗涤后的衣物柔软蓬松,不干硬,不起静电。具体地,所述非离子表面活性剂可选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和异构醇醚中的一种或多种,所述阳离子表面活性剂可选烷基二甲基苄基铵盐、二烷基二甲基铵盐和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的一种实施方案,所述原料还包括阴离子表面活性剂,其质量含量为1-6%。本发明洗衣液体系可抑制阴离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂之间的反应,使洗衣液保持杀菌性和柔顺性。具体地,所述阴离子表面活性剂可选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐。
作为本发明的一种实施方案,所述洗衣液的原料还包括两性离子表面活性剂,其质量含量为1-5%。具体地,所述两性离子表面活性剂可选甜菜碱型表面活性剂。
作为本发明的一种实施方案,所述原料还包括质量含量0.2-0.5%的酵素,所述酵素可以为蛋白酵素、脂肪酵素和纤维酵素中的一种或几种。
作为本发明的一种实施方案,所述原料还包括消泡剂、防腐剂和香精中的任意一种或多种,具体物质和用量均为本领域的常规选择,可根据具体情况酌情选用。
本发明还提供上述高粘度洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述各表面活性剂溶解在去离子水中,然后加入增稠剂,搅拌至溶解,再加入液体洗涤剂中允许的其他辅料,去离子水补齐至100%,过滤即得所述高粘度洗衣液。
本发明洗衣液的制备方法简单,不需要特殊设备,有利于进行工业化生产。

试验例1
分别在5℃、25℃和45℃下,观察实施例1和对比例1-3洗衣液的外观,并用NDJ-1旋转式粘度计测试粘度,结果如表1所示。

由表1可见,本发明洗衣液性质稳定,具有较高的粘度,且外观和粘度随温度变化均较小,而对比例1-3的外观常温下呈淡黄色,对比例2和3低温时还出现浑浊,对比例1-3的粘度均则随温度变化较大。实施例2-5的外观也均为无色透明,粘度较实施例1稍低,但也均在2300cp以上,且随着温度变化粘度也较为稳定。
试验例2
按照QB/T1224-2012中的方法,测定实施例1和对比例1-3洗衣液的去污力,结果如表2所示。

由表2可见,本发明洗衣液的去污力并未因粘度的增加而降低,与各对比例相比具有显著的优势。其余实施例的去污力和实施例1相当。
试验例3
按照《消毒技术规范-2002》中21.1.7.4部分记载的方法,测定实施例1和对比例1-3洗衣液的杀菌效果,结果如表3所示。

由表3可见,本发明洗衣液具有显著的杀菌效果,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数基本在7以上,即便加入了阴离子表面活性剂的实施例4杀灭对数值也没有明显的下降。而对比例的杀菌效果明显低于实施例1和4,尤其是对比例3,与实施例4对比,改变增稠剂后杀灭对数值明显降低,说明本发明所选用的增稠剂在一定程度上抑制了阴阳离子表面活性剂之间发生反应,保障了杀菌效果。本发明其余实施例的杀菌效果也和实施例1和4相当,在此不在赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下质量含量的原料:
非离子表面活性剂 10-20%
阳离子表面活性剂 5-12%
增稠剂 2-10%;
其中,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸共聚物的混合物,二者的质量比为1:3-4。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述原料还包括阴离子表面活性剂,其质量含量为1-6%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述原料还包括两性离子表面活性剂,其质量含量为1-5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述原料还包括质量含量0.2-0.5%的酵素。
5.如权利要求1所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述原料还包括消泡剂、防腐剂和香精中的任意一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和异构醇醚中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为烷基二甲基苄基铵盐、二烷基二甲基铵盐和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求2所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐。
9.如权利要求3所述的高粘度洗衣液,其特征在于,所述两性离子表面活性剂为甜菜碱型表面活性剂。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述的高粘度洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将所述各表面活性剂溶解在去离子水中,然后加入增稠剂,搅拌至溶解,再加入液体洗涤剂中允许的其他辅料,去离子水补齐至100%,过滤即得所述高粘度洗衣液。
