Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,包括以下的组分,按重量百分比计:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7‑10%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚10‑15%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5‑8%;椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱2‑5%;天然植物酵素5‑10%;稳定剂1‑5%;杀菌剂1‑5%;助剂1‑5%;香料1‑5%;乙二胺四乙酸1‑2%;去离子水余量。本发明大大提高了去污力和杀菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣剂技术领域,具体为一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液的工作原理与传统的洗衣粉,肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。区别在于:传统的洗衣粉,肥皂采用的是阴离子型表面活性剂,是以烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠为主,碱性较强,洗衣粉PH一般大于12,进而在使用时对皮肤的刺激和伤害较大。而洗衣液多采用非离子型表面活性剂,PH接近中性,对皮肤温和,并且排入自然界后,降解较洗衣粉快,所以成为了新一代的洗涤剂。
根据功能,洗衣液种类分为很多,有专门用于婴幼儿的,还有专门用于内衣清洗的,尤其是女性内衣,如果清洗不到位会引起很多妇科疾病。
目前市场上的内衣洗衣液功能比较单一,且杀菌去污效果不佳,因此本申请提供一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,旨在增强杀菌去污效果,提高功能性。
本发明是这样实现的:

可选地,所述天然植物酵素由以下组分组成,以总重量百分比为基础计:
蛋白酵素 3%-6%
脂肪酵素 1%-2%
纤维酵素 1%-2%。
可选地,所述稳定剂包括以下组分,以总重量百分比为基础计:
柠檬酸钙 2%
烷基葡萄糖糖苷APG0810 2%
烷基葡萄糖糖苷APG1214 1%。
可选地,所述杀菌剂采用对氯二甲苯酚。
可选地,所述助剂包括水软化剂以及色素。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本申请加入了三种植物酵素,不仅能够去除汗渍等蛋白污垢,还能够去除油污等脂肪污垢,不伤织物,同时酵素成分也具有杀菌作用;
2、采用了三种表面活性剂复配,使得洗衣液整体的去污能力增强;
3、加入了稳定剂,能够延长植物酵素的活性;
4、加入了香料成分,能够使洗衣液保持清香味道。

对比例3:一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,包括以下的组分,按重量百分比计:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6%;椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱5%;蛋白酵素6%;脂肪酵素2%;纤维酵素:2%;对氯二甲苯酚1%;水软化剂3%;色素2%;香料5%;乙二胺四乙酸2%;去离子水余量。
对比例4:
一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,包括以下的组分,按重量百分比计:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6%;椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱5%;蛋白酵素6%;脂肪酵素2%;纤维酵素:2%;柠檬酸钙2%;烷基葡萄糖糖苷APG08101%;烷基葡萄糖糖苷APG12141%;水软化剂3%;色素2%;乙二胺四乙酸2%;去离子水余量。
对比例1与实施例1的区别为只有一种非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
对比例2与实施例1的区别为,没有添加植物酵素和稳定剂;
对比例3与实施例1的区别为,没有添加稳定剂。
对比例4与实施例1的区别为,没有添加杀菌剂和香料。
在本申请中,分别对实施例1-实施例4以及对比例1进行去污力实验,采用国标炭黑JB-01、国标蛋白JB-02、国标皮脂JB-03作为样本,测试结果如下表:下表为污布洗前洗后的差值。

从上表可以得知,对比例1-对比例2相对于实施例1-实施例4的去污能力均有所下降,实施例1相对于实施例2-3的去污效果最佳。
下面还对洗衣液的去污持久力进行了测试,测试结果如下表:

从上表可以看出,稳定剂能够增加洗衣液的去污时间。
本申请还做了杀菌实验,按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》要求,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及白色念珠菌进行杀菌实验,实验时间均为5分钟,测试结果如下:

从上表可以得知,对比例2没有添加植物酵素和稳定剂,其杀菌效果比实施例1低,对比例3没有添加杀菌剂,其杀菌效果也不如实施例1。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物酵素内衣洗衣液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂采用对氯二甲苯酚。
