Abstract
本发明属于日化产品技术领域,具体涉及一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂及其制备方法。本申请的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成,表面活性剂1.0‑12%,螯合剂8‑20%,酶制剂0.5‑1.0%,无机碱制剂10‑15%,pH调节剂1‑5%,防腐剂0.05‑0.1%,其余含量为水,实现通过加入特定结构的鳌合分散剂,调节体系pH值至特定范围,从而自形成凝胶体系,一方面可以明显降低洗碗机洗涤过程中的泡沫状况;另一方面相比传统卡波姆体系,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,并提高了配方自身活性物的稳定性,有效地提高了活性物的用量,具有广泛的工业应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于日化产品技术领域,具体涉及一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和环保意识的日益增强,自动洗碗机逐渐的在我国年轻一代的家庭中实现普及,消费者对洗涤产品的要求也日益提高,如要求洗涤剂对人体健康无损伤、方便使用、去污力强、价格便宜。
在自动餐具洗涤剂领域,洗碗粉、洗碗片、凝胶型洗碗剂最为普遍,近几年如水溶性膜包裹的凝珠型免计量定投洗涤产品也渐渐流行。传统洗碗粉一般通过提供一定的碱性,维持洗涤液在一定的pH值以起去油污效果,但碱性较强容易对手部皮肤造成一定的刺激损伤,后来出现一些洗碗粉新产品,通过加入表面活性剂和酶等,其中往往含有较多的三聚磷酸钠,其洗涤效果优异,但含磷的洗涤废液排放后容易导致严重的富营养化,且洗碗粉一般通过喷雾干燥而制成,制作工艺相对复杂,成本也比较高,开封后易吸潮和变质。而洗碗片是最早推出的免计量定投产品,便于携带和使用方便是片剂最为突出的优点,但其制作过程中需要高温以将水分蒸发,极易导致酶出现变性失活,生产设备要求高,工艺复杂决定了片剂洗涤剂拥有比粉剂高出一倍的制造成本和售价。传统液体洗涤剂一般是多种表面活性剂与40%~80%的水复配而成,温和、使用方便,但由于受溶解度、表面活性剂的配伍及酶制剂的稳定性等问题的限制,优良助剂的添加量受到了限制,同时也减弱了其洗涤效果,而后推出的卡波类凝胶型的洗涤剂,虽一定程度提高了配方体系的稳定性,但卡波类增稠剂本身具有良好的稳泡性,洗涤时会因为泡沫难以消除影响自动洗碗机的洗涤效果,另外其挂壁特性会影响自动分配器液位测量系统,无法很好的配合现代洗碗机的洗涤程序。
发明内容
为了解决上述洗涤剂不稳定,易产泡而影响洗涤效果,生产工艺复杂、成本高等问题,本发明提供一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成,表面活性剂1.0-12%,螯合剂8-20%,酶制剂0.5-1.0%,无机碱制剂10-15%,pH调节剂1-5%,防腐剂0.05-0.1%,其余含量为水。
进一步的,表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
进一步的,阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸盐型表面活性剂、羧酸盐型表面活性剂、硫酸盐型表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
进一步的,非离子表面活性剂包括C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-C14的烷基糖苷、环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物和C12-C18的醇的缩合物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、C8-C20的支链醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
进一步的,C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步的,螯合剂包括次氨基三亚甲基五钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐、4A分子筛、聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物中的一种或多种。
进一步的,无机碱制剂包括偏硅酸钠、层状硅酸钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
进一步的,酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、氧化酶、糖酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、果胶酸裂合酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,
步骤一:往配料锅内加入水,并加热搅拌,再加入螯合剂、无机碱制剂搅拌均匀;
步骤二:继续往配料锅内加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,接着加入pH调节剂调节溶液pH值;
步骤三:继续在搅拌下往配料锅内加入酶制剂、防腐剂,恒温反应,获得凝胶型洗涤剂。
进一步的,步骤一中的加热温度为40-65℃。
进一步的,步骤二中pH值为6.5-8.5。
进一步的,恒温反应的温度为30-45℃。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成,表面活性剂1.0-12%,螯合剂8-20%,酶制剂0.5-1.0%,无机碱制剂10-15%,pH调节剂1-5%,防腐剂0.05-0.1%,其余含量为水。
表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸盐型表面活性剂、羧酸盐型表面活性剂、硫酸盐型表面活性剂中的一种或多种,如磺酸盐型表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠;硫酸盐型表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
非离子表面活性剂包括C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-C14的烷基糖苷、环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物和C12-C18的醇的缩合物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、C8-C20的支链醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种,该C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,该月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的洗涤、乳化、分散、润湿、增溶等功能,且起泡力强,易漂洗,去污力优异;是表面活性剂中对皮肤刺激性最低的品种之一。它能与各种表面活性剂复配,降低它们的刺激性,改善产品的性能,可代替AES,既能降低产品的刺激性又不增加成本;它还可以作为乳化剂、柔软剂、润湿剂、发泡剂等。
C12-C14的烷基糖苷,Alkyl Polyglucoside(简称APG),它是由葡萄糖的半缩醛羟基和脂肪醇羟基在催化作用下脱水而成,属于非离子表面活性剂,并兼具非离子和阴离子种表面活性剂的性能(可以抗酸碱,配伍性能好,稳定性高,并具有较好的去污、发泡、分散、乳化、润湿等特性)。它是新型高效、无毒、可生物降解的非离子表面活性剂,表面活性很好,复配后可形成目前最好的表面活性剂,烷基糖苷具有十分优异的性能,表面张力低、起泡力强、泡沫稳定、润湿性好、配伍性能极好,对人体刺激性小。由于烷基糖苷的生产原料都来自可再生的农产品,主要有淀粉水解产物葡萄糖、植物油氢化产物高级脂肪醇,所以能迅速生物降解,是目前世界上唯一可被称为无毒级的品种,被誉为“世界级”表面活性剂。
螯合剂包括次氨基三亚甲基五钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐、4A分子筛、聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物中的一种或多种,本实施例的洗涤剂通过多种性能优异的螯合剂混合搭配,如硅酸盐类能与金属离子生成不溶性的盐,有良好的软化硬水、抑制泡沫、消除泡沫的性能,使产品具有优异去污力和洗涤性能。
无机碱制剂包括偏硅酸钠、层状硅酸钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种,其中硅酸钠、偏硅酸钠、层状硅酸钠等硅酸盐在该体系中,中和后有自成凝胶的特性,并且具有很好的悬浮性和稳定悬浮系统的能力,较好地缓解了酶制剂在高无机盐体系中不稳定的问题。
酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、氧化酶、糖酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、果胶酸裂合酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
pH调节剂包括柠檬酸;防腐剂包括卡松。
如图1所示,一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,具体如下:
S101:往配料锅内加入水,并加热搅拌,加热温度为40-65℃,再加入螯合剂、无机碱制剂搅拌均匀;
S102:继续往配料锅内加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,接着加入pH调节剂调节溶液pH值,pH值为6.5-8.5;
S103:继续在搅拌下往配料锅内加入酶制剂、防腐剂,在30-45℃温度下反应,获得凝胶型洗涤剂。
实施例一
一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成:
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5%;柠檬酸钠8%;葡萄糖酸钠5%;硅酸钠2%;蛋白酶0.1%;柠檬酸3.0%;卡松0.1%;水为76.8%。
该高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂采用以下的工艺制得:在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50℃~60℃,启动搅拌,并加入8%柠檬酸钠、5%葡萄糖酸钠、2%硅酸钠,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下向配料锅中加入5%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下加入3.0%柠檬酸,并将pH值调节至7.5-8.5;
在搅拌下加入0.1%蛋白酶和0.1%防腐剂卡松,温度达到35℃-40℃即可取样化验;储存,罐装即得凝胶型洗涤剂。
上述获得的凝胶型洗涤剂的外观为透明凝胶状,粘度为1500cps;酶制剂月衰减率小于1%;高低温条件下稳定性测试:未发现分层与沉淀。
实施例二
一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成:
烷基糖苷5%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%;偏硅酸钠5%;甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐5%;聚丙烯酸钠5%;蛋白酶0.5%;脂肪酶0.5%;柠檬酸5.0%;卡松0.1%;水68.9%。
该高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂采用以下的工艺制得:在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50℃~60℃,启动搅拌,并加入5%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐、5%聚丙烯酸钠、5%偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下向配料锅中加入5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下加入3.0%柠檬酸,并将pH值调节至7.5-8.5;
在搅拌下加入0.5%蛋白酶、0.5%脂肪酶和0.1%防腐剂卡松,温度达到35℃-40℃即可取样化验;储存,罐装即得凝胶型洗涤剂。
上述获得的凝胶型洗涤剂的外观为透明凝胶状,粘度为1400cps;酶制剂月衰减率小于1%,高低温条件下稳定性测试未发现分层与沉淀。
实施例三
一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,由下列组分按质量百分数组成:
烷基糖苷5%;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%;偏硅酸钠5%;乙二胺四乙酸四钠5%;葡萄糖酸钠5%;蛋白酶0.5%;脂肪酶0.5%;柠檬酸5.0%;卡松0.1%;水68.9%。
该高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂采用以下的工艺制得:在配料锅中加入去离子水,加热至50℃~60℃,启动搅拌,并加入5%乙二胺四乙酸四钠、5%葡萄糖酸钠、5%偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下向配料锅中加入5%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5%烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;
在搅拌下加入5.0%柠檬酸,并将pH值调节至7.5-8.5;
在搅拌下加入0.5%蛋白酶、0.5%脂肪酶和0.1%防腐剂卡松,温度达到35℃-40℃即可取样化验;储存,罐装即得凝胶型洗涤剂。
上述获得的凝胶型洗涤剂的外观为透明凝胶状,粘度为1600cps;酶制剂月衰减率小于1%;高低温条件下稳定性测试:未发现分层与沉淀。

上述仅为本发明的优选具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (12)
1.一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:由下列组分按质量百分数组成,表面活性剂1.0-12%,螯合剂8-20%,酶制剂0.5-1.0%,无机碱制剂10-15%,pH调节剂1-5%,防腐剂0.05-0.1%,其余含量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸盐型表面活性剂、羧酸盐型表面活性剂、硫酸盐型表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂包括C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-C14的烷基糖苷、环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物和C12-C18的醇的缩合物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、C8-C20的支链醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述C12-C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂包括次氨基三亚甲基五钠、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐、4A分子筛、聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述无机碱制剂包括偏硅酸钠、层状硅酸钠、硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、氧化酶、糖酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、果胶酸裂合酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
9.一种高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:往配料锅内加入水,并加热搅拌,再加入螯合剂、无机碱制剂搅拌均匀;
步骤二:继续往配料锅内加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,接着加入pH调节剂调节溶液pH值;
步骤三:继续在搅拌下往配料锅内加入酶制剂、防腐剂,恒温反应,获得凝胶型洗涤剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的加热温度为40-65℃。
11.根据权利要求9所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中pH值为6.5-8.5。
12.根据权利要求9所述的高效去污的凝胶型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述恒温反应的温度为30-45℃。
