Abstract
本发明公开了一种胶体环保洗涤剂及其制备方法,其特征在于按质量份计由以下成分组成:硅酸羧酸钠1.0~10份,磺酸5.0~10份,碳酸钠20~35份,表面活性剂25~30份,水18~40份,氢氧化钠0.1~30份,葡萄糖酸钠0.5~2份;本发明具有以下主要有益效果:产品能缓冲碱性,逐步释放,减小对被洗涤物品的侵蚀,不伤手,且对手有一定滋润作用产品无磷和铝,不含有机溶剂和填料,稳定性可达五年以上,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明属于污垢处理技术领域,尤其是一种胶体环保洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗涤剂在工业生产、餐饮行业和日常生活中应用广泛,可以说和每个人的衣食住行密切相关,随着人们对洗涤剂性能需求的提升和研发投入的增加,洗涤剂的种类也层出不穷。
根据使用范畴可以将洗涤剂简单的分为工业洗涤剂和民用洗涤剂,根据外观形态可以分为粉体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂、固体洗涤剂和胶体洗涤剂。粉体洗涤剂存在易受潮、长期储存易变质、长时间使用会使白色织物发灰发黄的缺点。液体洗涤剂中由于溶解度限制及表面活性剂的配伍问题,通常含有40~80%的水份,有效洗涤组份的含量反而很少,不仅影响了洗涤效果,还使得液体洗涤剂产品耗用大量水源和运输费用。固体洗涤剂在硬水中容易与钙、镁离子发生置换反应形成污垢粘附在洗涤用具上,去污能力降低。徐红波,王洪珂等.无磷无泡低温型钢板表面清洁剂及其制备方法(CN 102978022 A)公开的清洁剂虽然环境友好,但其配制需要的试剂种类繁多,配方复杂,生产成本高,使用范围受到限制。赵波,周少雄等.环保型油田污泥处理剂及其制备方法(CN 105198181 A)公开的处理剂由表面活性物质和pH调节剂组成,主要适用于油田污泥处理,适用范围狭窄。
针对传统粉体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂和固体洗涤剂存在的问题,需要开发一种去污能力强、稳定性好、使用范围广并且环境友好的新型洗涤剂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种胶体环保洗涤剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 1.0~10份,
磺酸 5.0~10份,
碳酸钠 20~35份,
表面活性剂 25~30份,
水 18~40份,
pH调节剂 0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠 0.5~2份。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂和/或非离子型表面活性剂。
进一步优选地,所述阴离子型表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和肥皂中的至少一种;
进一步优选地,非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基醇酰胺中的至少一种。
优选地,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值;
(4)加入阴离子或非离子型表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(6)将制备得到的胶体状混合物用挤出机挤出;真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。
优选地,步骤(2)温度控制在40-70℃。
优选地,步骤(3)调节pH值至8-9。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的应用,所述胶体环保洗涤剂适用于作为工业清洗剂、餐具洗涤剂或衣物洗涤剂。
优选地,所述胶体环保洗涤剂的适用温度为42~60℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的胶体环保洗涤剂配伍合理,配方中所含硅酸羧酸钠与水系以水合硅酸凝胶作为胶体洗涤剂的载体。本发明的洗涤剂洗涤效果好,去污力强,乳化、皂化并用,且能有效的防止污垢再沉积;能缓冲碱性,逐步释放,减小对被洗涤物品的侵蚀,不伤手,且对手有一定滋润作用;能降低水的硬度,在采用硬度较高的水时,仍不影响洗涤效果。本发明为无磷、无铝产品,且不含有机溶剂和填料,稳定性可达五年以上,外观呈乳白色胶体状,是一种理想的绿色环保产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 2份,
磺酸 5份,
碳酸钠 20份,
烷基苯磺酸钠 25份,
水 20份,
氢氧化钠 0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠 0.5份。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取各原料,将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀,再加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值至8~9;加入烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀;加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;将上述胶体状组合物用挤出机挤出;用真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。
实施例2:
一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 10份,
磺酸 10份,
碳酸钠 35份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 30份,
水 40份,
氢氧化钠 0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠 2份。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取各原料,将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀,再加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值至8~9;加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;将上述胶体状组合物用挤出机挤出;用真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。
实施例3:
一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 2份,
磺酸 5份,
碳酸钠 20份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 25份,
水 20份,
氢氧化钠 0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠 0.5份。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取各原料,将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀,再加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值至8~9;加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀;加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;将上述胶体状组合物用挤出机挤出;用真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。

一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 10份,

上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取各原料,将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀,再加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值至8~9;加入烷基醇酰胺,搅拌均匀;加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;将上述胶体状组合物用挤出机挤出;用真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。

一种胶体环保洗涤剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠 5份,
磺酸 7份,
碳酸钠 25份,
烷基醇酰胺 15份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 15份,
水 40份,
氢氧化钠 0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠 1份。
上述胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量份称取各原料,将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀,再加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值至8~9;加入烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;将上述胶体状组合物用挤出机挤出;用真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。
Claims (10)
1.一种胶体环保洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
硅酸羧酸钠1.0~10份,
磺酸5.0~10份,
碳酸钠20~35份,
表面活性剂25~30份,
水18~40份,
pH调节剂0.1~30份,
葡萄糖酸钠0.5~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶体环保洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂和/或非离子型表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶体环保洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子型表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和肥皂中的至少一种;
4.根据权利要求2所述的胶体环保洗涤剂,其特征在于,非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基醇酰胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶体环保洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将水与硅酸羧酸钠混合,加热升温至全部溶化,然后至水合凝胶体,加入磺酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)加入氢氧化钠,调节pH值;
(4)加入阴离子或非离子型表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)加入碳酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(6)将制备得到的胶体状混合物用挤出机挤出;真空处理、包装,即制成胶体洗涤剂产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)温度控制在40-70℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的胶体环保洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)调节pH值至8-9。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的胶体环保洗涤剂的应用,所述胶体环保洗涤剂适用于作为工业清洗剂、餐具洗涤剂或衣物洗涤剂。
10.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的胶体环保洗涤剂的应用,所述胶体环保洗涤剂的适用温度为42~60℃。
