Mercury thermometers are fragile and prone to problems of mercury contamination, which have been progressively banned by the european and american countries. As a substitute for mercury thermometers, electronic thermometers have been widely used in medical places and households due to the advantages of safety, convenient reading, sensitive temperature measurement, and the like. In order to ensure the accuracy of the temperature measurement of the electronic thermometer, the technical index of the temperature measurement accuracy of the electronic thermometer needs to be detected.
At present, after a large number of electronic thermometers are assembled in a factory, in order to improve verification efficiency of the electronic thermometers, an automatic verification and sorting pipeline system of the electronic thermometers is introduced to replace manual verification work of the electronic thermometers.
In an automatic verification and sorting assembly line of the electronic thermometers, after a worker at the previous station finishes operation, before the electronic thermometers enter the next station, the gesture of the electronic thermometers to be detected needs to be corrected manually, so that the gesture conversion of the electronic thermometers at different stations is realized, the required position and gesture of the electronic thermometers at the next station are realized, and the automatic verification work of the electronic thermometers is finished.
As an automatic verification sorting assembly line system, the manual operation is used for completing the posture correction work of the electronic thermometers in the verification sorting assembly line, so that the efficiency is low, the electronic thermometers cannot be accurately determined by manual operation and placement, the complete unification of the postures of the electronic thermometers cannot be realized, the next station operation is influenced, and the subsequent station operation is possibly impossible. And further the overall automated verification sort line efficiency can be affected.

In a specific embodiment, the main body circular arc carrier 5 is moved in the screw groove by the fastening screw to adjust the vertical height, so that the bottom of the circular arc surface 51 is separated from the surface of the conveying mechanism 4 by a small gap (for example, 1 mm), and thus the caterpillar band of the conveying mechanism 4 does not rub against the circular arc surface 51 when moving.

As shown in fig. 4, the length from the rotation center of the rotatable arm 9 to the thermometer carrier 10 disposed at the other end of the rotatable arm 9 is smaller than the length from the center of the fan-shaped reinforcing plate 52 to the circular arc surface 51, so that when the rotatable arm 9 drives the thermometer carrier 10, a certain gap is formed between the thermometer carrier 10 and the inner side of the circular arc surface 51 of the main body circular arc carrier 5.
