In this embodiment, the third positioning block 521 abuts against a side of the crane base 81 facing away from the center of the conveying turntable 11, so that the crane base 81 can be pressed against the inner side wall of the positioning groove 13 to accurately position the crane base 81 through the positioning groove 13, however, in practical applications, the crane base 81 may be positioned by simply abutting and pushing the crane base 81 by the third positioning block 521, or the crane base 81 may be clamped by cooperating with the third positioning block 521 by providing a positioning surface on the conveying turntable 11, or the like, so as to position the crane base 81.
In this embodiment, the second feeding device adopts the lifting arm vibrating screen 511, the lifting arm vibrating screen 511 is connected to a second feeding table 513 through a lifting arm conveying rail 512, a second feeding groove 514 adapted to the lifting arm 83 is provided on the second feeding table 513, the second feeding groove 514 is used as the second feeding position, the lifting arm vibrating screen 511 can position and arrange the lifting arm 83 and enable the lifting arm 83 to be conveyed to the second feeding groove 514 along the lifting arm conveying rail 512, thereby accurately positioning the lifting arm 83, effectively improving the machining precision, the lifting arm conveying rail 512 is simultaneously provided on the frame 10 through a third vibrator, and can promote the lifting arm 83 to move along the lifting arm conveying rail 512, meanwhile, the lifting arm conveying rail 512 can also be inclined relative to the horizontal plane to promote the lifting arm 83 to move. In addition, in the present embodiment, the second feeding table 513 is disposed on the frame 10 through a rotary cylinder 516, the rotary cylinder 516 can rotate the second feeding table 513 and then make the lifting arm 83 change the direction for assembly, however, in practical application, if the lifting arm vibrating screen 511 can adjust the lifting arm to a predetermined direction, the lifting arm 83 may be directly grasped from the second feeding table 513 without adding the rotary cylinder 516.
In this embodiment, the second assembling gripper 531 and the second positioning gripper 523 are both a gripper structure driven by an air cylinder, and the second traveling device 532 is an XZ dual-axis traveling structure, which are widely used in the art and are not described in detail herein. In practical applications, the second fixing device may also adopt a vacuum chuck, a positioning table adapted to the crane base 81, and other common fixing structures, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 11, the lift arm pressing device 60 includes a fourth positioning block 61 and a second pressing member 63, the fourth positioning block 61 is driven by a fourth driving device 62 to move laterally to abut against a sidewall of the lift base 81 on the processing station to position the lift base 81, the second pressing member 63 is driven by a fourth lifting device 64 to move up and down to press and fix the lift arm 83 on the lift base 81, after the lift base 81 is conveyed to a position aligned with the second pressing member 63 by the conveying turntable 11, the fourth driving device 62 can drive the fourth positioning block 61 to move to abut against and position the lift base 81, then the second pressing member 63 is driven by the fourth lifting device 64 to move down to press and fix the lift arm 83 on the lift base 81, after the pressing operation is completed, the fourth lifting device 64 drives the second pressing member 63 to move up again to reset, the fourth driving device 62 also drives the fourth positioning block 61 to move back and reset, which avoids blocking the rotation of the conveying turntable 11, and has a simple structure, and is convenient to manufacture and use, in this embodiment, the fourth positioning block 61 can be abutted against the side wall of the side opposite to the conveying turntable 11 of the lifting frame base 81, so that the lifting frame base 81 can be pressed in the positioning groove 13, the lifting frame base 81 can be prevented from being offset and misplaced, the processing quality is ensured, the fourth driving device 62 and the fourth lifting device 64 in this embodiment all adopt cylinders, the structure is simple and reliable, the action is rapid, and the installation, the control and the use are convenient, and of course, in practical application, the fourth driving device 62 and the fourth lifting device 64 can also adopt other common driving structures such as a screw mechanism driven by a motor, a gear rack mechanism and the like, and are not limited to this.
Referring to fig. 12, the blanking device 70 includes a blanking slide 71 and a blanking push block 72, the blanking slide 71 is disposed at a side of the conveying turntable 11, the blanking push block 72 is driven by a blanking driving device 73 to move so as to push a workpiece on the conveying turntable 11 to the blanking slide 71, thereby automatically realizing blanking operation, without manually recovering the workpiece by a worker, improving production efficiency, and having simple structure and convenient manufacture and use, in this embodiment, the blanking driving device 73 adopts a cylinder, has quick action, is convenient to install, control and use, can push the workpiece out of an opening of the positioning slot 13 through the blanking push block 72, and in practical application, the blanking driving device 73 can also adopt other common driving structures such as a motor, or the blanking device 70 can also adopt other common blanking structures such as a manipulator, but is not limited thereto.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all technical solutions for achieving the object of the present invention by substantially the same means are within the scope of the present invention.

the magnetic sheet assembling device (30) is used for installing the lifting frame magnetic sheet (82) on the lifting frame base (81) on the processing station;
the magnetic sheet pressing device (40) is used for pressing and fixing the lifting frame magnetic sheet (82) on the lifting frame base (81);
the lifting arm assembly device (50) is used for installing the lifting arm (83) of the lifting frame on the lifting frame base (81) on the processing station;
the lifting arm pressing device (60) is used for pressing and fixing the lifting arm (83) of the lifting frame on the lifting frame base (81);
the blanking device (70) is used for removing the workpieces on the conveying turntable (11) from the processing station;
the magnetic sheet assembling device (30) comprises a first feeding device, a first fixing device and a first assembling mechanical claw (331), wherein the first feeding device can convey the lifting frame magnetic sheet (82) to a first feeding level, and the first fixing device is used for fixing the lifting frame base (81) on the conveying turntable (11); the first assembling mechanical claw (331) is arranged on the frame (10) through a first travelling device (332) and is used for grabbing the lifting frame magnetic attraction piece (82) from a first feeding position and moving and installing the lifting frame magnetic attraction piece (82) on the lifting frame base (81);
the magnetic sheet compressing device (40) comprises a second positioning block (41) and a first compressing piece (43), the second positioning block (41) is driven by a second driving device (42) to move transversely to be abutted against the side wall of the lifting frame base (81) on the processing station so as to position the lifting frame base (81), and the first compressing piece (43) is driven by a second lifting device (44) to move up and down so as to compress and fix the lifting frame magnetic sheet (82) on the lifting frame base (81).

A toaster lifter assembly machine according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the processing stations is six and evenly distributed around the conveying turntable (11), and the base feeding device (20), the magnetic attraction sheet assembling device (30), the magnetic attraction sheet compressing device (40), the lifting arm assembling device (50), the lifting arm compressing device (60) and the blanking device (70) are evenly distributed around the conveying turntable (11).

A toaster lifter assembly machine according to claim 1, wherein: a positioning groove (13) matched with the lifting frame base (81) is formed in the processing position of the conveying turntable (11), and an opening through which the lifting frame base (81) can pass is formed in one side, back to the center of the conveying turntable (11), of the positioning groove (13); the base feeding device (20) comprises a base conveying rail (22), and when the processing station is aligned with the base conveying rail (22), the base feeding device (20) can convey the lifting frame base (81) into the positioning groove (13) along the base conveying rail (22) through the opening.

A toaster lifter assembly machine according to claim 1, wherein: the first fixing device comprises a first positioning block (321) and a first positioning mechanical claw (323), the first positioning block (321) is driven by a first driving device (322) to move transversely to be abutted against the side wall of the lifting frame base (81) on the processing station so as to position the lifting frame base (81), the first positioning mechanical claw (323) is driven by a first lifting device (324) to move up and down relative to the frame (10), and the first positioning mechanical claw (323) can clamp the lifting frame base (81) on the processing station so as to fix the lifting frame base (81).
