Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的球囊导引导管,该球囊导引导管由近端至远端依次设置有Y型连接件、扩散应力管、外管、内管、通液孔、显影标识、球囊和末端。其中内管为三层结构构成;该导管末端结构与内管一致。本发明专利提供的球囊导引导管,在介入治疗中,既可用作导引导管将其他介入器械导入病灶位置,通过扩张的球囊,将血管远端临时闭塞,阻断血流,减少球囊收缩时间,可及时将导管顺利的撤出体内;且由于本发明导管末端的结构,本球囊导引导管可以起到远端通路导引导管的作用,可以同时实现对远端导管的抽吸和支架的输送,能大大的减少患者的费用,提高介入手术的可操作性和效率。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种球囊导引导管。
背景技术
在介入治疗手术过程中,常规的球囊导引导管主要起到封堵血流,预防栓子流向血流远端,防止远端栓塞的作用;它在使用时,需配合远端通路导引导管一起使用,从而对血管病变处进行血流封堵和血栓的抽吸作用。
因此,如何设计一种球囊导引导管,既能对正向血流进行封堵,又能直接进行介入支架或者器械的输送,并能对血栓进行抽吸,从而不仅可以大大的降低手术的成本,减少手术的步骤,提高手术效率;是非常重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种球囊导引导管,其不仅能起到对正向血流的封堵作用,同时由于其末端的导管构型,能够起到远端通路导引导管的作用;且由于其具有高柔顺性和抗折性,在临床应用中,可以通过复杂曲折的血管,也可以作为导引导管直接进行递送介入支架或者器械;避免了手术过程球囊导引导管的撤出过程,大大节约了手术时间,降低了手术的风险,同时也减轻了手术的成本和繁琐性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:提供一种球囊导引导管,由近端至远端依次设置有Y型连接件、扩散应力管、外管、内管、显影标识、末端。所述Y型连接件具有通液口和导引口,内管的内腔为导引腔,内管和外管之间形成通液腔,导引腔与通液腔相隔离;所述外管远端的侧壁设有通液孔,通液孔外侧设有球囊:其特征在于:所述的球囊和末端末端处均含有显影标识;所述的内管和末端均为三层结构组成,外层为尼龙弹性体、尼龙或聚氨酯,内层为聚四氟乙烯,中间层为金属丝。
进一步的,所述的球囊导引导管的长度为20-150cm。
进一步的,所述的球囊导引导管的外管材质硬度由近端至远端逐渐变小。
进一步的,所述的球囊导引导管的外管材质硬度由近端至远端分段依次减小。
进一步的,所述的球囊导引导管的外管外层经亲水润滑涂层处理。
进一步的,所述的球囊为顺应性高分子材料构成,优选硅胶、乳胶、TPU中的一种。
进一步的,所述的末端的长度为20-300mm。
进一步的,所述的亲水润滑涂层处理所用的润滑添加剂采用亲水性高分子添加剂、亲水性纳米高分子添加剂、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯类材料或自润滑高分子材料,优选聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硅油。
进一步的,所述的内管和末端中间层的金属丝均由螺距自近端至远端逐渐变大的螺旋弹簧构成。
进一步的,所述的内管和末端中间层的金属丝均由自近端至远端逐渐变大的井字构造而成。
进一步的,所述的显影标识为通过Pt金属丝缠绕在中间层而形成的显影环而构成。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在详述本发明实施例时,为了便于说明,示意图不依一般比例局部放大,不应以此作为对本发明的限定。
本发明专利中所涉及的“近端”是指距离该导引导管的操作者较近的一端,“远端”是指距离该导引导管的操作者较远的一端。
图1所示的是本发明专利的球囊导引导管的结构图,图2是图1所示的球囊导引导管的轴向剖面图,图3是图2所示的球囊导引导管的横向A-A处剖面图。如图1所示,该球囊导引导管具备:Y型连接件1、扩散应力管2、外管3、内管4、显影标识5和末端6。如图2 所示,外管远端设有通液孔11,通液孔外侧设有球囊12,在内管远端的端部连接导管末端6,在内管远端处包含有显影标记5;Y型连接件具有通液口7和导引口8,内管的内腔为导引腔9,导引腔与导引口连通、与通液口相隔离;内管和外管之间形成通液腔10,通液腔与通液口、通液孔和球囊相通,且通液腔与导引腔相隔离。
如图2所示内管为三层结构构成:内管的外层为尼龙弹性体、尼龙或聚氨酯,内层为聚四氟乙烯,中间层为金属丝13;内管远端端部连接的导管末端的长度为20-300mm。
如图4所示:具体应用时,将球囊导引导管的球囊部位植入至病变位置后,通过通液腔10和通液孔7将充盈介质通入球囊12中,以使球囊12膨胀,从而实现对正向血流的阻断,防止栓子的逃逸,避免远端的栓塞。
如图2、3所示,本实施例的球囊导引导管,一方面可以阻断正向血流,避免远端栓塞,进一步的可以作为远端通路导引导管使用,能够作为远端导管对血栓进行抽吸;这不仅可以节约患者的费用,同时可以提高医生手术时的工作效率。
本实施例中球囊导引导管的外管的硬度由近端至远端逐渐变小,这样在实际输送时,可以很好的通过迂回复杂的血管通路,达到血管病变位置。本实施例的球囊导引导管的外管外层经亲水润滑涂层处理:作为亲水润滑涂层处理所用的润滑添加剂采用亲水性高分子添加剂、亲水性纳米高分子添加剂、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯类材料、自润滑高分子材料,进一步的优选为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
作为构成球囊导引导管的长度约为20-150cm。
本实施例中,作为球囊导引导管的远端末端的长度为20-300mm。
本实施例中作为内管和末端的中间层的金属丝均由螺距自近端至远端逐渐变大的螺旋弹簧构成;本发明的另一实施例中作为内管和末端的金属丝由自近端至远端逐渐变大的井字构造而成。
本发明的实施例中,在膨胀状态下,球囊的最大直径为4-28mm。当然,本发明专利包括但不限于这些优选尺寸,具体根据实际情况进行设置。
此外,本发明专利的通液孔的数量为多个,且沿所述外管的轴向间隔分布,和沿所述外管的径向对称分布,这样可以提升充盈压力,使得所述的球囊可以迅速膨胀和回缩;同时本发明专利的显影环标识数量可以为2-4个,分别分布于球囊和远端末端处。综上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (11)
1.一种球囊导引导管,所述球囊导引导管由近端至远端依次设置有Y型连接件(1)、扩散应力管(2)、外管(3)、内管(4)、显影标识(5)和末端(6);所述Y型连接件具有通液口(7)和导引口(8),内管的内腔为导引腔(9),内管和外管之间形成通液腔(10),导引腔与通液腔相隔离;所述外管远端的侧壁设有通液孔(11),通液孔外侧设有球囊(12):其特征在于:所述的球囊和导管末端处均设有显影标识;所述的内管和末端均为三层结构组成,外层为尼龙弹性体、尼龙或聚氨酯,内层为聚四氟乙烯,中间层为金属丝(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊导引导管的长度为20-150cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊导引导管的外管材质的硬度由近端至远端逐渐变小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊导引导管的外管材质的硬度由近端至远端分段依次减小。
5.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊导引导管的外管外层经亲水润滑涂层处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊为顺应性高分子材料构成,优选硅胶、乳胶、TPU中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的末端的长度为20-300mm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的亲水润滑涂层处理所用的润滑添加剂采用亲水性高分子添加剂、亲水性纳米高分子添加剂、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯类材料或自润滑高分子材料,优选聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硅油。
9.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的内管和末端的中间层的金属丝均由螺距自近端至远端逐渐变大的螺旋弹簧构成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的内管和末端的中间层的金属丝均由自近端至远端逐渐变大的井字构造而成。
11.根据权利要求1所述的球囊导引导管,其特征在于:所述的显影标识由通过Pt金属丝缠绕在中间层而形成的显影环而构成。
