(2) soaking an SMS non-woven fabric consisting of a spunbond layer and a melt-blown layer into an anti-blood finishing agent for two-dipping and two-rolling, wherein experiments prove that the liquor loading rate of the one-dipping and one-rolling is not more than 50% of the process requirement, and the uniformity is not enough, and the cloth cover rolling surplus rate of the SMS non-woven fabric is up to 60% and the coating uniformity is achieved through the two-dipping and two-rolling;
(3) pre-gluing the two soaked and two rolled SMS non-woven fabrics in an environment of about 120-140 ℃, wherein the pre-gluing time is about 25-35S approximately; curing the pre-glued SMS non-woven fabric in an environment of about 100-120 ℃, and drying at a temperature range for about 85-95 seconds;
(4) the tension of the SMS non-woven fabric with the cured adhesive coating is controlled by an automatic tension controller, so that the M layer of the SMS non-woven fabric is not damaged.
9. The anti-blood SMS non-woven mask according to claim 8, wherein: the blood-resistant non-woven fabric can prevent menstrual blood from passing through 100%, and the air permeability of the blood-resistant non-woven fabric is more than 5000cm3/m2 · d · atm.
