The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 2, characterized in that: in the dispersing agent, the mass ratio of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene phosphate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer is 1: 0.5-1.5: 1-2.

The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wetting agent is selected from at least two of triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate sulfonate, triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate triethanolamine salt, triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfate, sodium lignosulfonate and calcium lignosulfonate.
5. The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 4, characterized in that: the wetting agent is triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate sulfonate and calcium lignosulfonate according to a mass ratio of 1: 0.5-2.

The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickening agent is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, Arabic gum, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and fumed silica.
7. The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 1, characterized in that: the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified siloxane, polypropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.

9. The triadimenol suspension fungicide having a plant growth regulating effect according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preservative is selected from one or more of sodium benzoate, isothiazolinone, formaldehyde or paraformaldehyde;
the regulator is selected from compound sodium nitrophenolate, diethylaminoacetate caproate, sodium naphthylacetate, potassium indolebutyrate, gibberellin, triacontanol and brassinolide. One or more of forchlorfenuron.
10. A method for preparing the triadimenol suspension fungicide according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(21) weighing water, a regulator and an antifreezing agent according to a formula, and stirring and mixing at 38-43 ℃ to form a uniform mixed solution;
(22) adding a dispersing agent into the system in the step (21), adjusting the temperature to 42-45 ℃, slowly adding one third of the triadimenol raw pesticide in the formula amount through a negative pressure system, and keeping the temperature and stirring until the triadimenol raw pesticide is uniformly mixed;
(23) adding a certain amount of wetting agent and defoaming agent into the system in the step (22), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 1500-3000 r/min;
(24) adding a certain amount of thickening agent and preservative into the system in the step (23), and continuously shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; slowly dripping a certain amount of defoaming agent in the stirring process;
(25) cooling the system to 0-5 ℃, preserving heat, and circularly wet-grinding the system by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1-5 mu m;
(26) adding one third of triadimenol technical in formula amount into the system in the step (25), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; then, circularly wet-grinding the mixture by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1 to 5 mu m;
(27) adding the residual triadimenol technical in one third of the formula amount into the system in the step (26), and operating according to the method in the step (26), and crushing the material to the particle size of 1-5 mu m; the temperature in the whole sanding process needs to be controlled to be 0-5 ℃; a certain amount of defoaming agent is added in the sanding process to perform defoaming treatment, the triadimenol suspension bactericide is obtained after the sanding is finished, the triadimenol suspension bactericide is detected, and the triadimenol suspension bactericide is packaged after the quality is qualified.
