(27) adding the residual metconazole technical material with one third of the formula amount into the system in the step (26), and operating according to the method in the step (26), and crushing the material to the particle size of 1-5 mu m; the temperature in the whole sanding process needs to be controlled to be 0-5 ℃; a certain amount of defoaming agent is added in the sanding process to perform defoaming treatment, the metconazole suspension bactericide is obtained after the sanding is finished, the metconazole suspension bactericide is detected, and the metconazole suspension bactericide is packaged after the quality is qualified.
The detection shows that the content of active ingredient metconazole is 30.09 wt%, the PH value is 7.02, the wet sieve test (passing a 75 mu m sieve) is more than or equal to 98%, the suspension rate is more than or equal to 90%, the lasting foamability (1min) is less than or equal to 60ml, the residue after pouring is less than or equal to 5.0 wt%, the residue after washing is less than or equal to 0.5%, the low-temperature stability is qualified, and the heat storage stability is qualified.

Claims (9)

1. The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting the crop constitution is characterized by comprising the following components: 5-70 wt% of metconazole technical material, 1-15 wt% of dispersing agent, 0.1-10 wt% of wetting agent, 0.5-10 wt% of thickening agent, 0.5-10 wt% of antifreezing agent, 0.01-0.3 wt% of regulator, 0.01-3 wt% of preservative, 0.01-0.5 wt% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.
2. The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the preparation method of the dispersant comprises the following steps:
(11) weighing a certain proportion of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, placing the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and the polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester into a reactor, adjusting the temperature to 0-20 ℃, and carrying out high-speed shearing and mixing under the condition that the rotating speed is 1500-3000 r/min; stirring for 1-2 h;
(12) adding a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether segmented copolymer into the system obtained in the step (11), adjusting the temperature to 15-25 ℃, and continuing high-speed shearing and mixing under the condition that the rotating speed is 2000-2500 r/min; stirring for 1-2 h;
(13) and (3) adding a polar solvent, a non-polar solvent or an environment-friendly solvent into the system obtained in the step (12) in a certain proportion, mixing at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 r/min, and stirring for 0.5-1 h to obtain the dispersing agent.

The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: in the dispersing agent, the mass ratio of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene phosphate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer is 1: 0.5-1.5: 1-2.

The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the wetting agent is selected from at least two of triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate sulfonate, triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate triethanolamine salt, triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfate, sodium lignosulfonate and calcium lignosulfonate.
5. The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 4, which is characterized in that: the wetting agent is triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate sulfonate and calcium lignosulfonate according to a mass ratio of 1: 0.5-2.

The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the thickening agent is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, Arabic gum, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and gaseous silicon dioxide.

8. The metconazole water suspension bactericide capable of adjusting crop constitution according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the preservative is selected from one or more of formaldehyde, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, kasong, potassium sorbate and sodium sorbate;
the regulator is selected from compound sodium nitrophenolate, diethylaminoacetate caproate, sodium naphthylacetate, potassium indolebutyrate, gibberellin, triacontanol and brassinolide. One or more of forchlorfenuron.

(24) adding a certain amount of thickening agent and preservative into the system in the step (23), and continuously shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; slowly dripping a certain amount of defoaming agent in the stirring process;
(25) cooling the system to 0-5 ℃, preserving heat, and circularly wet-grinding the system by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1-5 mu m;
(26) adding one third of metconazole technical product in formula amount into the system in the step (25), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; then, circularly wet-grinding the mixture by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1 to 5 mu m;
(27) adding the residual metconazole technical material with one third of the formula amount into the system in the step (26), and operating according to the method in the step (26), and crushing the material to the particle size of 1-5 mu m; the temperature in the whole sanding process needs to be controlled to be 0-5 ℃; a certain amount of defoaming agent is added in the sanding process to perform defoaming treatment, the metconazole suspension bactericide is obtained after the sanding is finished, the metconazole suspension bactericide is detected, and the metconazole suspension bactericide is packaged after the quality is qualified.
