The pesticide composition disclosed by the invention is suitable for preventing and treating weeds in corn fields, is good in safety and plays a positive role in protecting the ecological environment.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the various dosage forms of the present disclosure may be diluted for use as desired in actual use.
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Example 1
Isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor missible oil
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: the pesticide composition of the embodiment is obtained by uniformly mixing 20 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 5 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 5 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 20 parts by weight of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and 50 parts by weight of methyl oleate.
Example 2
Isoxaflutole-terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor suspending agent
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 4 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 13 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 13 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.1 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.3 part by weight of organosilicon antifoaming agent and 64.6 parts by weight of water to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Example 3
Isoxaflutole-terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor oil suspending agent
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: 20 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 5 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 5 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 10 parts by weight of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 10 parts by weight of benzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 1 part by weight of organobentonite and 49 parts by weight of methyl oleate are uniformly mixed to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Example 4
Isoxaflutole-terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor suspoemulsion
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 12.5 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 12.5 parts by weight of refined metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 10 parts by weight of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1 part by weight of ethylene glycol, 1 part by weight of sodium benzoate, 0.1 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organic silicon defoamer, 20 parts by weight of solvent oil 150# and 32.7 parts by weight of water to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Example 5
Aqueous emulsion of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 20 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 5 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 5 parts by weight of refined metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 10 parts by weight of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1 part by weight of glycol, 1 part by weight of sodium benzoate, 0.1 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organic silicon defoamer, 20 parts by weight of solvent oil 150# and 32.7 parts by weight of water to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Example 6
Isoxaflutole-terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor microemulsion
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: the pesticide composition of the embodiment is obtained by uniformly mixing 6 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 12 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 12 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 30 parts by weight of mineral spirit 200#, 20 parts by weight of sorbitan monooleate, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum and 19.8 parts by weight of water.
Example 7
Isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor wettable powder
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: the pesticide composition of the embodiment is obtained by uniformly mixing 6 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 8 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 16 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 10 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 5 parts by weight of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and 55 parts by weight of kaolin.
Example 8
Water dispersible granule of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 12 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 13 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 10 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts by weight of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and 50 parts by weight of diatomite to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.

Isoxaflutole-terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor microcapsule suspending agent
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 15 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 10 parts by weight of refined metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts by weight of urea, 5 parts by weight of formaldehyde, 10 parts by weight of sorbitan trioleate, 1 part by weight of ethylene glycol, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organosilicon antifoaming agent and 38.6 parts by weight of water to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.

Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 10 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 15 parts by weight of refined metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts by weight of toluene diisocyanate, 5 parts by weight of ethylenediamine, 10 parts by weight of sorbitan trioleate, 1 part by weight of ethylene glycol, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organic silicon defoamer and 38.6 parts by weight of water to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.

Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: 30 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of organosilicon antifoaming agent and 63.6 parts by weight of water are uniformly mixed to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.

30% mesotrione-atrazine suspension
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: taking 15 parts by weight of mesotrione, 15 parts by weight of atrazine, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of organosilicon antifoaming agent and 63.6 parts by weight of water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Comparative example 4
30% s-metolachlor-butachlor emulsifiable concentrate
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: the pesticide composition of this example was prepared by mixing 15 parts by weight of S-metolachlor, 15 parts by weight of butachlor, 15 parts by weight of calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and 55 parts by weight of S-200# solvent oil.
Comparative example 5
30% isoxaflutole terbuthylazine mesotrione suspension
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: the pesticide composition of the present embodiment was obtained by uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of isoxaflutole, 10 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 10 parts by weight of mesotrione, 3 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.2 parts by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 parts by weight of silicone defoamer and 63.6 parts by weight of water.
Comparative example 6
30% s-metolachlor microcapsule suspending agent
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: 30 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts by weight of urea, 5 parts by weight of formaldehyde, 10 parts by weight of sorbitan trioleate, 1 part by weight of ethylene glycol, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organosilicon antifoaming agent and 38.6 parts by weight of water are uniformly mixed to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Comparative example 7
30% terbuthylazine-s-metolachlor microcapsule suspension-suspending agent
Based on 100 parts by weight of the pesticide composition: 15 parts by weight of terbuthylazine, 15 parts by weight of s-metolachlor, 3 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts by weight of toluene diisocyanate, 5 parts by weight of ethylenediamine, 10 parts by weight of sorbitan trioleate, 1 part by weight of ethylene glycol, 0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum, 0.2 part by weight of an organic silicon defoamer and 33.6 parts by weight of water are uniformly mixed to obtain the pesticide composition of the embodiment.
Test example 1
The pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were tested for weed control in a corn-planted field, and the specific steps included: the pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were spray applied in different planting areas, wherein the application rates of the pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were 100 g/mu. The area of the planting area of each pesticide composition is tested to be 5 mu, the pesticide composition is diluted by water when being applied until the spraying amount per mu is 30L, and water is used for replacing the pesticide composition as blank treatment, and other planting conditions of various planting areas are completely the same except that the herbicide is applied according to the scheme. The control effects of green bristlegrass, large crabgrass and goosegrass herb in the corn field are investigated 15 days after the application of the pesticide, and the specific test method is carried out according to the pesticide field efficacy test criteria. Sampling is carried out at random at 5 points in each treatment area, 25 corns are investigated in each treatment area, the prevention and control effects of green bristlegrass, crab grass and goosegrass in the corn field of each treatment area are investigated, the prevention and control effects of plants are calculated according to the formula (1), and the specific results are shown in the table 1:

As can be seen from the comparison of the data of examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-7 in Table 1, the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor compound composition of the present invention has good control effect, synergistic effect and high safety to crops compared with the single-component isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor, or the binary compound composition, or the pesticide composition of other components. Comparing examples 1-10, it can be seen that the weight ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor is 1: (0.1-15): (0.1-15), especially when the weight ratio of the isoxaflutole, the terbuthylazine and the s-metolachlor is 1: (0.5-5): (0.5-5), the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor can better exert the synergistic effect, further improve the control effect, expand the weeding spectrum, delay the generation of resistance, reduce the dosage and improve the safety to crops. Comparing examples 1 to 10, it can be seen that the preferred formulation of the pesticide composition of the present invention, which consists of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor in a preferred ratio, is a microcapsule suspension-suspension concentrate, and the pesticide composition, which consists of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor in a preferred formulation, achieves significantly better technical effects in the preferred formulation, as can also be seen from the data in table 1, when the preferred formulation is selected, the control effects of the pesticide composition of the present invention on various weeds are significantly higher than those of other formulations, and the inventors of the present invention found that the crop weeds to which the microcapsule suspension-suspension formulation pesticide composition is applied can be controlled better than the crop weeds to which other formulations are applied, and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the crops is significantly better than that of the pesticide composition to which other formulations are applied.
Test example 2
The pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were tested for weed control in a corn-planted field, and the specific steps included: the pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were spray applied in different planting areas, wherein the application rates of the pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were 100 g/mu. The control effect of the corn goosegrass and the amaranth is investigated 15, 30 and 50 days after the pesticide is applied, and the specific test method is carried out according to the pesticide field efficacy test criterion. Sampling is carried out at random at 5 points in each treatment area, 25 corns are investigated in each treatment area, the control effect of the goosegrass and the amaranth in the corn field of each treatment area is investigated, the control effect of the plants is calculated according to the formula (1), and the specific results are shown in the table 2:

As can be seen from the comparison of the data of examples 1-10 and comparative examples 1-7 in Table 2, the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor compound composition of the present invention has good control effect, synergistic effect and high safety to crops compared with the single-component isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor, or the binary compound pesticide composition, or the pesticide composition of other components. Compared with the single use of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine or s-metolachlor, the composition has more remarkable control effect, the use ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor has synergistic effect in a wider range, the dosage can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, and the pollution of pesticide residue to the environment can be reduced. Meanwhile, the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and the s-metolachlor in the pesticide composition are combined and used according to a specific proportion, so that a plurality of field weeds can be simultaneously controlled, and compared with the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and the s-metolachlor which are single components, the pesticide composition has the advantages of obvious synergistic effect, low dosage and cost saving. Comparing examples 1-10, it can be seen that the weight ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor is 1: (0.1-15): (0.1-15), particularly, when the weight ratio of the isoxaflutole to the terbuthylazine to the s-metolachlor is 1: (0.5-5): (0.5-5), the isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor can better exert the synergistic effect, further improve the control effect, expand the weeding spectrum, delay the generation of resistance, reduce the dosage and improve the safety to crops. Comparing examples 1-10, it can be seen that the preferred formulation of the pesticide composition of the present invention, which is composed of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine, and s-metolachlor in a preferred ratio, is a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent, and the pesticide composition, which is composed of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine, and s-metolachlor, has significantly better technical effects and strong duration of action under the preferred formulation. As can also be seen from the data in table 2, the control effect of the pesticide composition of the present invention on various weeds was significantly higher than that of other formulations when the preferred formulation was selected. The pesticide composition is suitable for preventing and controlling weeds in corn fields, has good safety and plays a positive role in protecting the ecological environment.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. The pesticide composition is characterized by containing active ingredients, wherein the active ingredients comprise isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and metolachlor, and the pesticide composition is in a dosage form of one of missible oil, a suspending agent, an oil suspending agent, a suspoemulsion, an emulsion in water, a microemulsion, a wettable powder, a water dispersible granule, a microcapsule suspending agent and a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent.
2. The pesticide composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor is 1: (0.1-15): (0.1-15).
3. The pesticide composition as set forth in claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor is 1: (0.3-10): (0.3-10).
4. The pesticide composition as set forth in claim 3, wherein the weight ratio of isoxaflutole, terbuthylazine and s-metolachlor is 1: (0.5-5): (0.5-5).
5. The pesticide composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein the pesticide composition further comprises an auxiliary ingredient, and the weight ratio of the active ingredient to the auxiliary ingredient is from 1: (0.2-10); the auxiliary components comprise at least one of water, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent, an antifreezing agent, an emulsifying agent, a solvent, a defoaming agent, a water-soluble capsule wall material, an oil-soluble capsule wall material, a pH regulator and a solid inert carrier.
6. The pesticide composition as set forth in claim 5, wherein the pesticide composition is in the form of an aqueous emulsion comprising 1 to 50% by weight of the active ingredient, 0.1 to 30% by weight of a solvent, 1 to 30% by weight of an emulsifier, 0.1 to 10% by weight of an antifreeze agent, 0.1 to 5% by weight of a thickener and 20 to 40% by weight of water; or the pesticide composition is microemulsion, and the pesticide composition of the microemulsion contains 0.1-50 wt% of active component, 0.1-30 wt% of solvent, 1-30 wt% of emulsifier, 3-10 wt% of antifreezing agent and 15-40 wt% of water.

The pesticidal composition according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the wetting agent comprises at least one of sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate, and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; the dispersing agent comprises at least one of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium lignosulfonate, sorbitan polyoxyethylene ether, dibenzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate polycondensate, styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether and diisobutyl naphthalene sulfonate; the thickening agent comprises at least one of magnesium aluminum silicate, xanthan gum, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, modified polyacrylate, polyvinyl acetate, carboxymethyl cellulose, clay, organic bentonite and white carbon black; the antifreezing agent comprises at least one of ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol, urea, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol and sodium chloride; the emulsifier comprises at least one of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, benzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, sorbitan trioleate, sorbitan tristearate, polyethylene glycol monostearate, glycerol monostearate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene monopalmitate, sorbitan polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate polycondensate, styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether; the solvent comprises at least one of methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, glycerol, n-butanol, isobutanol, tert-butanol, n-pentanol, isoamyl alcohol, n-hexanol, n-heptanol, n-octanol, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, sorbitol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, chloroform, 150# solvent oil, 200# solvent oil and methyl oleate; the defoaming agent comprises at least one of a polyether defoaming agent and a silicone defoaming agent; the water-soluble capsule wall material comprises at least one of ethylene diamine, propylene diamine, diethylene glycol, diethylenetriamine, triethanolamine, urea resin prepolymer and melamine resin prepolymer; the oil-soluble capsule wall material comprises at least one of toluene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, aliphatic triisocyanate and aliphatic polyisocyanate; the pH regulator comprises at least one of hydrochloric acid, glacial acetic acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, ammonium chloride, ethylenediamine, triethylamine, triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide; the solid inert carrier comprises at least one of clay, silicon dioxide, diatomite, kaolin, attapulgite, montmorillonite, bentonite, talcum powder, white carbon black and calcium carbonate.
8. Use of the pesticidal composition of any one of claims 1-7 for controlling weeds in crop fields.
9. The use of claim 8, wherein the crop comprises corn.
10. Use according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the weeds comprise at least one of, for example, crab grass, goosegrass, barnyard grass, green bristlegrass, amaranth and dayflower.
