本发明公开一种SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法,该方法包括:在控制器正常供电基础上增加远程唤醒控制模块;识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式;在控制器工作在远程唤醒模式时执行远程程序刷写。本发明通过远程唤醒刷写程序,可以实现车辆在静默状态下无人干预自动刷写,降低产品应用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及柴油机尾气后处理SCR系统,尤其涉及一种SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法。
背景技术
SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction,选择性催化还原技术)系统是一种安装在柴油发动机排放系统中的NOx处理系统,它可以在NOx排放物质进入大气之前将其处理为N2和水。SCR系统在使用过程中,由于使用条件的变化,可能增加或更改某些功能,需要对SCR控制器的程序进行升级更新,如果依靠市场服务对控制器进行程序刷写,需要花费较多的人力物力成本。

本发明的目的在于通过一种SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法,来解决以上背景技术部分提到的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法,该方法包括:在控制器正常供电基础上增加远程唤醒控制模块;识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式;在控制器工作在远程唤醒模式时执行远程程序刷写。
特别地,所述识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式,具体包括:控制器软件根据正常供电和远程唤醒供电不同信号状态识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式。
特别地,若程序刷写过程中车辆启动中断刷写,则控制器回滚到远程唤醒刷写前的程序状态。
本发明提出的SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法通过远程唤醒刷写程序,可以实现车辆在静默状态下无人干预自动刷写,降低产品应用成本。

具体的,在本实施例中所述识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式,具体包括:控制器软件根据正常供电和远程唤醒供电不同信号状态识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式。
具体的,在本实施例中若程序刷写过程中车辆启动中断刷写,则控制器回滚到远程唤醒刷写前的程序状态。
本发明提出的技术方案通过远程唤醒刷写程序,可以实现车辆在静默状态下无人干预自动刷写,降低产品应用成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法,其特征在于,所述识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式,具体包括:控制器软件根据正常供电和远程唤醒供电不同信号状态识别控制器工作在正常工作模数还是远程唤醒模式。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的SCR系统控制器远程刷写方法,其特征在于,若程序刷写过程中车辆启动中断刷写,则控制器回滚到远程唤醒刷写前的程序状态。
