Abstract

本发明提供了一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,接地圆钢焊接处刷涂本发明的可剥流动橡胶其整体中性盐雾测试结果显示,耐腐蚀时间为216个小时,即:耐腐蚀性能约为9年。目前接地焊接处防腐工艺为刷涂沥青,环氧煤沥青耐腐时间为20小时,即:耐腐蚀性能不足1自然年,普通沥青防腐时间更短;本发明的防腐工艺性能远优于现行的沥青防腐。

500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺
技术领域
本发明属于输电线路接地网的防腐领域,具体涉及一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺。
背景技术
在输电线路日常运维工作中总会遇到接地网断裂导致接地电阻超标不合格的问题。通过观察,发现地埋式接地网自身腐蚀断裂的情况在运维工作中比较少见,比较常遇见的断裂位置主要出现在接地引下线与土壤交界位置,其次是接地线的焊点处位置,这两点位置往往受腐蚀较为严重,最终发展为接地线断裂。本工艺主要针对架空输电线路接地引下线与土壤交界处、接地网焊点位置的防腐处理,通过采取新工艺提高上述接地网易断裂位置的耐腐性能,延长接地网的使用寿命,稳定线路耐雷水平。
线路运维人员传统修复接地线锈蚀方法,均采用表面除锈再喷涂银色防锈漆的方式进行,该方法存在诸多不足。如:无法确保除锈是否彻底到位,喷涂的防锈漆防腐性能不佳,接地网在自然环境下,不到一个月可能即已生锈。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
开发一种新的专门针对输电线路接地网防腐的流动橡胶封闭工艺,大大延长地埋式接地线易断点的耐腐蚀性。根据第三方YTR1802276_1检测报告:该流动橡胶可耐盐雾试验216小时,
根据第三方YTR1900060_1_1,YTR1900060_1_2两份检测报告可知,流动橡胶工艺在耐盐雾腐蚀方面远大于市面上的镀锌件和涂沥青的镀锌件工艺。
一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,所述流动橡胶由A 料、B料和C料组成,其中,A 料按重量份数计包括:碳酸钙3-5份;环烷油20-25份;防老剂0.1-1份;色粉0.1-1份;B料按重量份数计包括:60-200目的橡胶60-80份;C料按重量份数计包括:混合溶剂10-20份;所述混合溶剂为乙二醇苯醚醋酸酯与正己烷按体积比8:2混合而成;B料中使用的橡胶包括丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、异戊橡胶中的一种或多种;所述防老剂为二烷基对苯二胺与烷基芳基对苯二胺并用。
流动橡胶的生产工艺包括:将 A 料中的各原料按比例配好后,与B料一起加入橡胶密炼机中混炼至 120℃ ,卸料后将料团放入开炼机中进行开炼,然后出片成小块后,加入C料一起浸泡溶解,搅拌均匀即得成品流动橡胶;
将流动橡胶用于500kV架空输电线路接地网防腐工艺的使用方法:将成品流动橡胶灌装密封携带至作业点,待接地线焊接完毕后,金属冷却至常温后,用毛刷沾取流动橡胶均匀涂覆在接地线焊接处,常温自然固化。
本品只能在电气设备的外表面使用,不可用于集成电路板等精密电子产品。
本发明的优点在于:
1.根据运行经验地埋式接地线自然腐蚀断裂的情况在线路运维工作中比较少见,比较常遇见的断裂位置出现在接地引下线与土壤接触位置和接地线的焊接处。根据检测报告编号:YTR1802276-1可知,接地圆钢焊接处刷涂本发明的可剥橡胶其整体中性盐雾测试结果显示,耐腐蚀时间为216个小时,即:耐腐蚀性能约为9年。目前接地焊接处防腐工艺为刷涂沥青,根据检测报告编号:YTR1900060-1-2可知,环氧煤沥青耐腐时间为20小时,即:耐腐蚀性能不足1自然年,普通沥青防腐时间更短;本发明的防腐工艺性能远优于现行的沥青防腐。
2.流动橡胶可快速固化、密封、防尘、防水、隔绝空气,剥离后不会残留在电气设备表面,具有携带方便、易于操作、隔绝空气、密封防水、可整体剥离的特性,其在线路接地网防腐方面性能远优于沥青。

为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,作详细说明。本发明的方法如无特殊说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,所述流动橡胶由A 料、B料和C料组成,其中,A 料按重量份数计包括:碳酸钙3份;环烷油20份;防老剂0.1份;色粉0.1份;B料按重量份数计包括:60目的丁苯橡胶60份;C料按重量份数计包括:混合溶剂10份;所述混合溶剂为乙二醇苯醚醋酸酯与正己烷按体积比8:2混合而成。
实施例2
一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,所述流动橡胶由A 料、B料和C料组成,其中,A 料按重量份数计包括:碳酸钙4份;环烷油22份;防老剂0.5份;色粉0.5份;B料按重量份数计包括:100目的顺丁橡胶70份;C料按重量份数计包括:混合溶剂15份;所述混合溶剂为乙二醇苯醚醋酸酯与正己烷按体积比8:2混合而成。
实施例3
一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,所述流动橡胶由A 料、B料和C料组成,其中,A 料按重量份数计包括:碳酸钙5份;环烷油25份;防老剂1份;色粉1份;B料按重量份数计包括:200目的异戊橡胶80份;C料按重量份数计包括:混合溶剂20份;所述混合溶剂为乙二醇苯醚醋酸酯与正己烷按体积比8:2混合而成。
流动橡胶的生产工艺包括:将 A 料中的各原料按比例配好后,与B料一起加入橡胶密炼机中混炼至 120℃ ,卸料后将料团放入开炼机中进行开炼,然后出片成小块后,加入C料一起浸泡溶解,搅拌均匀即得成品流动橡胶;

1.一种500kV架空输电线路接地网流动橡胶防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述流动橡胶由A料、B料和C料组成,其中,A 料按重量份数计由碳酸钙3-5份、环烷油20-25份、防老剂0.1-1份、色粉0.1-1份组成;B料按重量份数计由60-200目的橡胶60-80份组成;C料按重量份数计由混合溶剂10-20份组成;所述混合溶剂为乙二醇苯醚醋酸酯与正己烷按体积比8:2混合而成;
流动橡胶的生产工艺包括:将 A 料中的各原料按比例配好后,与B料一起加入橡胶密炼机中混炼至 120℃ ,卸料后将料团放入开炼机中进行开炼,然后出片成小块后,加入C料一起浸泡溶解,搅拌均匀即得成品流动橡胶;
