In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, the receiving barrel 30 further includes a heat pressing member 340 and a heat sealing adhesive tape 330, the heat sealing adhesive tape 330 is connected to the suction mechanism 600, the heat pressing member 340 is disposed on the barrel 300, the heat pressing member 340 and the bag fixing device 20 are disposed on the same side of the barrel opening 301, the heat pressing member 340 is disposed adjacent to the bag fixing device 20, and the heat sealing adhesive tape 330 moves along with the suction mechanism 600 and movably abuts against the heat pressing member 340.
In this embodiment, the heat pressing member 340 and the heat-seal adhesive tape 330 are used to heat-seal the mouth of the bag, so that the mouth is closed. Specifically, hot pressing 340 is the metalwork, and hot pressing 340 generates heat after the circular telegram, and heat-seal adhesive tape 330 and hot pressing 340 carry out the hot pressing to the lateral wall of sack from the both sides in the outside of sack, because the material of sack is plastics, can make the lateral wall hot pressing connection of the both sides of sack through the hot pressing to seal the sack. In this embodiment, after a certain amount of rubbish is filled in the bag, the user can press the button on the storage barrel 30 to control the storage barrel 30 to heat-seal the mouth of the bag. In this embodiment, the heat pressing member 340 is disposed below the bag fixing device 20, and the heat sealing adhesive tape 330 is fixedly connected to the tape fixing base 320. In addition, in this embodiment, the upper cover 310 is provided with a second button, the second button is electrically connected to the control module, the control module is electrically connected to the driving motor, the control module is configured to control the driving motor to operate when receiving a pressing instruction of the second button, the control module is further electrically connected to the thermal pressing member 340, and the control module is further configured to conduct the thermal pressing member 340, so that the thermal pressing member 340 is electrically heated.
Specifically, under the pocket mouth open mode, rubbish gets into in the bag through the pocket mouth, when receiving the trigger command of the second button on the admission barrel 30, actuating mechanism 400 drive adhesive tape fixing base 320 and move towards bag fixing device 20, because heat-seal adhesive tape 330 and adhesive tape fixing base 320 fixed connection, thus, heat-seal adhesive tape 330 is close to bag fixing device 20 along with adhesive tape fixing base 320, and heat-seal adhesive tape 330 and hot pressing piece 340 butt in the outside of the both sides of pocket mouth, through the heating of hot pressing piece 340 to the bag, and hot pressing piece 340 and heat-seal adhesive tape 330 pressurize the both sides of bag, make the lateral wall of the both sides of pocket mouth realize the heat-seal, thereby make the bag after filling up rubbish, can seal, the user can take out the bag after the heat-seal through the takeout mouth 303 of one side of staving.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the upper cover 310 includes a cover body 312 and a support frame 313, the support frame 313 is detachably connected to the top end of the tub 350, the cover body 312 is connected to the support frame 313, the input port 319 is disposed on the cover body 312, the upper cover door 316 is rotatably disposed on the cover body 312, the driving mechanism 400, the guiding mechanism 500, the adsorbing mechanism 600 and the bag fixing device 20 are disposed on the support frame 313, in this embodiment, the guiding mechanism 500 includes two guide rails 311, the two guide rails 311 are disposed on two sides of the support frame 313 respectively, the adsorbing mechanism 600 includes two tape holders 320 and two nano tapes 321, the number of the tape holders 320 is two, the two tape holders 320 are connected to a movable seat 322, two sides of the movable seat 322 are provided with movable holes 323, each guide rail 311 is disposed in a movable hole 323, the movable seat 322 is slidably disposed on the guide rail 311 through the movable hole 323, one end of the guide rail 311 is disposed close to the bag fixing device 20, and the other end of the guide rail 311 is disposed far from the bag fixing device 20, in this embodiment, the guide rail 311 is cylindrical, the movable hole 323 is a circular hole, the driving mechanism 400 includes a driving motor 410, a transmission gear 430, two belt pulleys 440 and a belt 420, the driving motor 410 is disposed on the supporting frame 313, the transmission gear 430 and the two belt pulleys 440 are respectively rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 313, the driving motor 410 is in driving connection with the transmission gear 430, the transmission gear 430 is connected with the belt pulleys 440 through a transmission shaft, both the transmission gear 430 and the belt pulleys 440 are disposed on the transmission shaft, the two belt pulleys 440 are respectively disposed on one side of the supporting frame 313 close to the bag fixing device 20 and one side far from the bag fixing device 20, the belt 420 is wound around the two belt pulleys 440, the belt 420 is connected to the movable base 322, in this embodiment, the number of the driving mechanisms 400 is two, and the belt 420 of each driving mechanism 400 is connected to one movable base 322.
Like this, when driving motor 410 during operation, drive pulley 440 through drive gear 430 and rotate, pulley 440 drives belt 420 transmission, belt 420 drives the slider along the slider motion, the slider drives tape holder 320 motion, thereby make tape holder 320 be close to bag fixing device 20 or keep away from bag fixing device 20, when tape holder 320 is close to bag fixing device 20, nanometer sticky tape 321 on tape holder 320 butts the bag on bag fixing device 20, with the bag adhesion, subsequently, when tape holder 320 keeps away from bag fixing device 20, nanometer sticky tape 321 keeps away from bag fixing device 20 along with tape holder 320, the lateral wall of one side of bag is fixed to bag fixing device 20, the lateral wall of the opposite side of nanometer sticky tape 321 adhesion bag, make the lateral wall separation of the both sides of sack, and then realize opening the sack of sack.
In one embodiment, a storage barrel apparatus is provided, please refer to fig. 1 to 7, which includes a bag 10, and further includes a storage barrel 30 described in any of the above embodiments; the bag 10 includes the bag body 100, and the bag body 100 has a sack 101, and specifically, the one end of bag 10 is sack end 110, the other end of the bag body 100 is bottom 120, sack end 110 is seted up sack 101, sack 101 has relative first lateral wall 130 and the second lateral wall 140 that sets up, the sack first lateral wall 130 is fixed in on the bag fixing device 20, adsorption apparatus 600 activity butt in the second lateral wall 140 of sack, and work as adsorption apparatus 600 is towards keeping away from when the bag fixing device 20 moves, second lateral wall 140 is along with adsorption apparatus 600 moves so that the sack is opened.
In this embodiment, the bag is made of plastic. The adsorption mechanism 600 includes a nano adhesive tape 321, the first sidewall 130 of the mouth of the bag is fixed by the bag fixing device 20, and the second sidewall 140 of the mouth of the bag is adhered by the nano adhesive tape 321, so that the second sidewall 140 is separated from the first sidewall 130 when the nano adhesive tape 321 is far away from the bag fixing device 20, and the mouth of the bag is opened.
To achieve the securement of the first sidewall 130 of the bag, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-10, the bag securing device 20 includes a bagging mechanism 200, a pushing mechanism 210, and a support 220; the bagging mechanism 200 has a stop surface 233 facing away from the adsorption mechanism 600, the stop surface 233 is provided with a fixing post 231, the stop surface 233 is provided with a bag outlet 232, a string hole 102 is formed in a first sidewall 130 of the bag outlet, the fixing post 231 is inserted into the string hole 102, the support member 220 is connected with the bagging mechanism 200, one end of the pushing mechanism 210 is connected with the support member 220, the other end of the pushing mechanism 210 abuts against the first sidewall 130 so that the first sidewall 130 abuts against the stop surface 233, the second sidewall 140 is staggered from the string hole 102, and the second sidewall 140 is disposed in the bag outlet 232 or at least partially disposed outside the bagging mechanism 200 through the bag outlet 232.
In this embodiment, the connection between the supporting member 220 and the bagging mechanism 200 may be a direct connection or an indirect connection, for example, when the bag fixing device 20 is installed on the trash can 30, the supporting member 220 and the bagging mechanism 200 are respectively connected with the upper cover or the can body of the trash can 30, so as to realize the indirect connection between the supporting member 220 and the bagging mechanism 200.
In this embodiment, the bag includes the bag body, the one end of the bag body is sack end 110, the other end of the bag body is bottom 120, sack end 110 sets up the sack, the sack has relative first lateral wall 130 and the second lateral wall 140 that sets up, one side of first lateral wall 130 with one side of second lateral wall 140 is connected, the opposite side of first lateral wall 130 with the opposite side of second lateral wall 140 is connected, first lateral wall 130 with the inboard formation of second lateral wall 140 connection the sack. The first sidewall 130 is formed with at least one string hole 102, and the second sidewall 140 and the string hole 102 are staggered. Since the second sidewall 140 and the string hole 102 are staggered from each other, the second sidewall 140 is prevented from shielding the string hole 102, so that when the first sidewall 130 abuts against the stop surface 233, the first sidewall can be serially connected to the fixing post 231 through the string hole 102, and the second sidewall 140 is exposed through the bag outlet 232, so that when the nano-adhesive tape 321 approaches and abuts against the exposed second sidewall 140, the nano-adhesive tape 321 can adhere to the second sidewall 140, and the first sidewall 130 is fixed by the fixing post 231, and as the tape fixing seat 320 is far away from the bag fixing device 20, the second sidewall 140 is separated from the first sidewall 130, so that the bag outlet of the bag is opened.
In order to achieve the staggering between the string hole 102 and the second sidewall 140, in some embodiments, the height of the first sidewall 130 may be set to be greater than the height of the second sidewall 140, so that the string hole 102 is opened at a position higher than the height of the second sidewall 140, and thus, the second sidewall 140 can be prevented from shielding the string hole 102; in another embodiment, the width of the first sidewall 130 may be set to be greater than the width of the second sidewall 140, such that the string hole 102 is positioned at both sides of the outer side of the first sidewall 130, such that the string hole 102 is not blocked by the second sidewall 140; in some other embodiments, the second sidewall 140 can be folded to avoid the string hole 102, so that the second sidewall 140 is staggered to avoid the string hole 102 being blocked by the second sidewall 140.
In order to better install the bag, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the bagging mechanism 200 includes a box 230, the inner surface of one side of the box 230 is provided as the stop surface 233, the supporting member 220 is connected to the box 230, the pushing mechanism 210 is movably disposed in the box 230, and the pushing mechanism 210 abuts against the stop surface 233.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the pushing mechanism 210 includes an elastic element 211 and a pushing plate 212, one end of the elastic element 211 is connected to the supporting member 220, the other end of the elastic element 211 is connected to the pushing plate 212, and the pushing plate 212 abuts against the stopping surface 233 under the elastic force of the elastic element 211.
In order to mount the bag fixing device 20 on the tub 300, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 4, 8 and 9, the supporting frame 313 is provided with a mounting cavity 315, one end of the mounting cavity 315 is provided with a discharge outlet 317, the other end of the mounting cavity 315 is provided with a mounting port 318, the box 230 is disposed in the mounting cavity 315, the discharge outlet 232 is aligned with the discharge outlet 317 and is communicated with each other, so that the box 230 can be mounted in the mounting cavity 315 through the mounting port, thereby fixing the box 230 on the supporting frame 313, and bags in the box 230 can pass through the discharge outlet 232 and the discharge outlet to enter the receiving cavity 309 in the tub 350.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a first infrared detection module 710 is disposed on a side of the upper cover 310 close to the bag fixing device 20, a second infrared detection module 720 is disposed on a side of the upper cover 310 far from the bag fixing device 20, one of the first infrared detection module 710 and the second infrared detection module 720 is an infrared emission module, the other one of the first infrared detection module and the second infrared detection module is an infrared reception module, the first infrared detection module and the second infrared detection module are electrically connected to the control module, the infrared emission module is configured to emit an infrared signal to the infrared reception module, the infrared reception module is configured to receive the infrared signal emitted by the infrared emission module, such that when the nano-adhesive tape 321 is adhered to a sidewall of the bag, such that the mouth of the bag is opened, and such that a portion of the bag received in the box 230 is pulled out from the box body 230 to the receiving cavity 309, the bag shelters from infrared signal, make infrared receiving module can't receive infrared signal, thereby judge and accomodate the intracavity 309 in there is the bag, and after the bag is filled with rubbish and is taken away by the user, accomodate not the bag in the intracavity 309, when the signal of infrared emission module transmission can be received by infrared receiving module, judge and accomodate not the bag in the chamber 309, then infrared receiving module is then to driving motor send signal, make driving motor drive tape fixing base 320 towards bag fixing device 20 motion, and then make next bag can be opened and accomodate the intracavity 309, thereby the automation of bag is opened and automatic replenishment has been realized.
In order to allow the bag to open more fully and to provide a better heat seal at the mouth of the bag, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, further comprises two swing arm mechanisms 750, each swing arm mechanism 750 is slidably connected to the tape holder 320, and the inner side of each swing arm mechanism 750 is provided with a side adhesive tape 752, one end of the swing arm mechanism 750 far away from the bag fixing device 20 is fixedly connected with the barrel body, one end of the swing arm mechanism 750 close to the bag fixing device 20 is movably arranged, when the tape holder 320 moves closer to the bag holding device 20, the tape holder 320 applies a force to the swing arm mechanism 750, so that the side tapes 752 of the two swing arm mechanisms 750 approach each other, when the tape holder 320 moves away from the bag holder 20, the tape holder 320 applies a force to the swing arm mechanism 750, so that the side tapes 752 of the two swing arm mechanisms 750 move away from each other. Specifically, side sticky tape 752 is used for gluing the both sides of sack, the second lateral wall of sack is by the sticky tape adhesion of sticky tape fixing base 320 and keep away from sack fixing device 20 along with sticky tape fixing base 320, make the sack open, the lateral wall of sack both sides is adsorbed by the side sticky tape 752 that is close to each other, make the sack all obtain adsorbing on four directions, make opening of sack more abundant, and when sticky tape fixing base 320 moved towards sack fixing device 20, because the both sides of sack are adsorbed by side sticky tape 752, make the both sides of sack can fully open so that first lateral wall and second lateral wall can fully contact and by the heat-seal, avoided the heat-seal insufficient, make the heat-seal effect of sack better.
In order to achieve the suction of the swing arm structure to both sides of the bag, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 4 again, the swing arm structure includes two elastic swing arms 751, the elastic swing arms 751 may be made of plastic or metal, the number of the swing arm mechanisms 750 is two, the elastic swing arms 751 extend from a side away from the bag fixing device 20 to a side close to the bag fixing device 20, one end of the elastic swing arms 751 away from the bag fixing device 20 is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 313, one end of the elastic swing arms 751 close to the bag fixing device 20 is movably disposed, that is, one end of the elastic swing arms 751 close to the bag fixing device 20 is a free end, a surface of each elastic swing arm 751 facing the other elastic swing arm 751 is provided with a side adhesive tape 752, both sides of the adhesive tape fixing seat 320 are respectively provided with a limiting groove 327, each elastic swing arm 751 is inserted into the limiting groove, thus, when the tape holder 320 slides on the guide rail, the elastic swing arm 751 is deformed by the abutment of the side wall of the limiting groove 327 against the elastic swing arm 751, so that the two side tapes 752 approach or move away from each other.
In order to enable the side tapes 752 to approach each other when the tape holder 320 moves away from the bag holder 20 and to move away from each other when the tape holder 320 moves close to the bag holder 20, in an embodiment, the support frame 313 is provided with a support pillar 754, one end of the elastic swing arm 751, which is away from the bag holder 20, is provided with a socket portion 753, the socket portion 753 is sleeved on the support pillar 754, and the socket portion 753 is rotatably disposed on the support pillar 754, so that an angle of the elastic swing arm 751 on the support pillar 754 is adjustable, and the socket portion 753 can be fixed with the support pillar 754 through a threaded structure, a screw, or the like, so that the elastic swing arm 751 can be fixed on the support pillar 754 after the angle. In this way, by adjusting the distance between the two elastic swing arms 751 and the end close to the adhesive tape holder 320 and close to the bag holder 20 to be greater than the distance between the two elastic swing arms 751 and the end far from the adhesive tape holder 320 and close to the bag holder 20, the two elastic swing arms 751 are opened outwards at the end close to the adhesive tape holder 320 and close to the bag holder 20, so that the side adhesive tapes 752 of the two elastic swing arms 751 can be close to each other when the adhesive tape holder 320 moves away from the bag holder 20 and can be far away from each other when the adhesive tape holder 320 moves close to the bag holder 20.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the bagging mechanism 200 includes a box body 230, the inner side surface of one side of the box body 230 is provided with a stop surface 233, the two fixing posts 231 are convexly disposed on the stop surface 233, the two fixing posts 231 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the stop surface 233, the stop surface 233 is provided with the bag outlet 232, the support member 220 is connected with the box body 230, the pushing mechanism 210 includes an elastic element 211 and a pushing plate 212, one end of the elastic element 211 is connected with the support member 220, the other end of the elastic element 211 is connected with the pushing plate 212, the pushing plate 212 is movably disposed in the box body 230, and the pushing plate 212 abuts against the stop surface 233 under the elastic force of the elastic element 211.
In this embodiment, the box 230 is used for receiving the bag body 100, so, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the first sidewall 130 of the bag opening end 110 of the bag body 100 can be strung on the fixing post 231 through the string hole 102, and the middle portion and the portion close to the bottom end 120 of the bag body 100 can be received in the box 230 in a folding manner, the middle portion and the portion close to the bottom end 120 of the bag body 100 are folded as shown in fig. 11, and the first sidewall 130 abuts against the stopping surface 233, and the second sidewall 140 passes through the bag outlet 232 of the stopping surface 233 and is exposed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the trash can 30 is provided with an upper cover 310 having a hollow structure at a position of a bung 301 of the can body 300, the box body 230 is provided at one side of the upper cover 310, specifically, an installation cavity 315 is provided at one side of the upper cover 310, and the box body 230 is provided in the installation cavity 315. Go out sack 232 towards the middle part of upper cover 310, the opposite side of upper cover 310 sets up tape holder 320, sets up driving motor (sheltered from in the figure, not shown) and guide rail 311 on the upper cover 310, and the guide rail sets up to the opposite side along one side of upper cover 310, and driving motor is connected with tape holder 320 drive, and tape holder 320 slides and sets up in the guide rail, and tape holder 320 sets up nanometer sticky tape 321 towards the one side of box body 230. Referring to fig. 3, 4, 8, 9 and 11, when the tape holder 320 moves toward the direction close to the box 230, the nano adhesive tape 321 abuts against the second sidewall 140, the nano adhesive tape 321 adheres to the second sidewall 140, and then the tape holder 320 moves in a reverse direction, so that the second sidewall 140 moves away from the first sidewall 130, the first sidewall 130 abuts against the stop surfaces 233 at two sides of the bag opening 232, and the first sidewall 130 does not move along with the movement of the second sidewall 140 under the limitation of the fixing post 231, so that the second sidewall 140 is separated from the first sidewall 130, and the bag opening 101 is opened, and thus the bag opening 101 can be opened in the trash can 30, and the trash put into the trash can 30 through the upper cover 310 can fall into the bag body 100. During the garbage loading process, the nano adhesive tape 321 continuously supports the second sidewall 140, so that the bag opening 101 can be kept open. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in fig. 7, the bag 100 is in an open state, and at this time, the second folded portion 141 is unfolded along with the opening of the second side wall 140, and the first folded portion 131 is still strung on the fixing post, so that the first folded portion 131 still maintains the folded state and is not unfolded.
It is worth mentioning that, the material of this nanometer sticky tape forms for ya keli and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) complex, for example, the nanometer sticky tape includes ya kelien layer and PET layer, a large amount of nanometer micropores are seted up on the surface of nanometer sticky tape, make the nanometer sticky tape have superstrong adsorption affinity, can easily the adhesion on various object surfaces, can have stronger adhesion with bag body adhesion, repeatedly usable, and when the bag body received external force and pulled, can break away from on the nanometer sticky tape, make the bag body can keep intact when breaking away from on the nanometer sticky tape.
In this embodiment, the second sidewall 140 of the bag body 100 is disposed in the bag outlet 232, or passes through the bag outlet 232 and is disposed outside the box 230, so that the second sidewall 140 can be adhered by the nano adhesive tape 321, and moves along with the movement of the adhesive tape fixing seat 320, the middle part and the bottom end 120 of the bag body 100 are folded and stored in the box 230, when the second sidewall 140 is pulled out by the nano adhesive tape 321, the middle part and the bottom end 120 of the bag body 100 are pulled out through the bag outlet 232, and then the bag outlet 101 of the bag body 100 is opened, and the middle part and the bottom end 120 of the bag body 100 are drooping after being pulled out from the bag outlet 232, and are opened along with the opening of the bag outlet 101, so as to store.
After the bag is used, in order to replenish the bag, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the supporting member 220 is detachably disposed on the box body 230, in one embodiment, a material inlet 234 is disposed on one side of the box body 230 away from the bag outlet 232, insertion grooves 235 are disposed on sidewalls of two sides of the material inlet 234, and two ends of the supporting member 220 are detachably inserted into the insertion grooves 235. In this way, the two ends of the supporting member 220 are inserted into the inserting grooves 235, so that the supporting member 220 is fixed on the box 230, and when the bag 100, the elastic member 211 and the pushing plate 212 need to be detached, the two ends of the supporting member 220 are separated from the inserting grooves 235, so that the supporting member 220 can be detached from the box 230, and the elastic member 211 and the pushing plate 212 can be detached at the same time, so that the bag 100 can be placed in the box 230, the bag 100 enters the box through the material inlet 234 and is fixed on the fixing posts 231 through the string holes 102, and then the elastic member 211 and the pushing plate 212 are placed in the box, so that the pushing plate 212 abuts against the second side wall 140 of the bag 100, the two ends of the supporting member 220 are placed in the inserting grooves 235, so that the bag 100 is fixed by being pressed, and in addition, the supporting member 220 can effectively support the elastic member.
In order to realize the installation and the removal of the supporting member 220, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the two ends of the supporting member 220 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 221, a plug 222 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 221, and one end of the plug 222 can be inserted into the plug groove 235 when sliding to the outside of the sliding groove 221, so that the supporting member 220 can be fixed on the box 230 by the sliding insertion of the plug 222, and when the plug 222 slides to be separated from the plug groove 235, the supporting member 220 can be separated from the box 230 and can be removed from the box 230.
In one embodiment, the inserting sheet 222 is connected to the supporting member 220 through an elastic member (not shown), for example, the elastic member is a spring, in one embodiment, an end portion of the sliding groove 221 near one end of the inserting groove 235 is provided with a limiting portion, an end portion of the inserting sheet 222 far from the inserting groove 235 is provided with a protruding abutting portion, the abutting portion movably abuts against the limiting portion, the limiting portion is used for limiting the inserting sheet 222 to be separated from the inserting groove 235, specifically, the elastic member is used for providing elastic force towards the inserting groove 235 for the inserting sheet 222, that is, the elastic force of the elastic member is in a direction towards the inserting groove 235, so that the inserting sheet 222 is automatically inserted into the inserting groove 235 under the action of the elastic member, and the limiting portion abuts against the abutting portion, the inserting sheet 222 can be limited to completely slide out of the sliding groove 221, and the inserting sheet 222 is prevented from being separated from the sliding groove 221, when the supporting member 220 needs, so as to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member, and to make the insertion piece 222 move in the direction away from the insertion groove 235, so that the insertion piece 222 is separated from the insertion groove 235, and the supporting member 220 can be detached from the box body 230; when the supporting member 220 needs to be installed, a force is applied to the inserting sheet 222, so that the inserting sheet 222 is contracted to the inner side of the end of the supporting member 220, the supporting member 220 is installed on the box body 230, and then the inserting sheet 222 is released and inserted into the inserting groove 235 under the elastic force of the elastic member, thereby achieving the installation of the supporting member 220.
In order to realize the pushing force to the bag body 100, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the elastic component 211 includes two elastic members (not shown) and two rotation support plates 213, one end of each rotation support plate 213 is rotatably connected to the support member 220, the other end of each rotation support plate 213 abuts against a surface of the pushing plate 212 facing away from the stopping surface 233, one end of each elastic member is connected to the rotation support plate 213, and the other end of each elastic member is connected to the support member 220.

In order to enable the first sidewall 130 of the bag 10 to be fixed by the fixing pillar and stopped by the stopping surface, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 11, in one embodiment, two first folding portions 131 are respectively formed by folding two sides of the first sidewall 130, and the serial holes 102 are respectively formed in the two first folding portions 131. For example, the width of the second sidewall 140 is smaller than the width of the folded first sidewall 130, and the two string holes 102 are respectively located at the outer sides of the two sides of the second sidewall 140, so that the second sidewall 140 and the string holes 102 are staggered, and the second sidewall 140 is prevented from blocking the string holes 102. Since two points define a straight line, the bag body 100 can be smoothly fixed to the fixing posts and be balanced by the fixing of the two string holes 102.
In one embodiment, two second folded portions 141 are formed by folding two sides of the second sidewall 140, and the second folded portions 141 are offset from the string holes 102. In this embodiment, two sides of the second sidewall 140 are folded inward, the second folding portions 141 are respectively formed on two sides of the second sidewall 140, and each second folding portion 141 is staggered from the serial hole 102 on the first folding portion 131 located on the same side, so that the two second folding portions 141 can further facilitate folding of the bag body 100, and facilitate stacking of a plurality of bag bodies 100.
In one embodiment, the folded width of the first sidewall 130 is greater than the folded width of the second sidewall 140. In one embodiment, the distance between the ends of the two first folding portions 131 is greater than the distance between the ends of the two second folding portions 141, that is, the distance between the ends of the two first folding portions 131 is greater than the distance between the ends of the two second folding portions 141, so that the width of the folded first side wall 130 is greater than the width of the folded second side wall 140.
In this embodiment, the width of the first sidewall 130 is larger than the width of the bag outlet of the bag filling mechanism, and the width of the second sidewall 140 is smaller than the width of the bag outlet, so that when the first sidewall 130 is stopped by the stop surface of the bag fixing device, the second sidewall 140 can pass through the bag outlet and be adhered by the nano adhesive tape.
