Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 7-9, the bagging mechanism is arranged in the lower working area 1-2, the bagging mechanism comprises a bag mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a separating mechanism, the bag mechanism comprises a winding mechanism for winding the garbage bag and a bag opening mechanism for opening the garbage bag, the bag opening mechanism comprises a fixed opening bag component, a movable opening bag component and a bag opening driving mechanism for driving the movable opening bag component to be close to or far away from the fixed opening bag component, the fixed opening bag component and the movable opening bag component are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other, and the garbage bag is positioned between the fixed opening bag component and the movable opening bag component; the fixed-opening bag assembly comprises a fixed adsorption strip 18 for adsorbing the garbage bag, a fixed clamping block 19 for clamping the garbage bag and a fixed clamping driving mechanism for driving the fixed clamping block 19 to move; the fixed clamping block 19 is positioned above the fixed adsorption strip 18; in the initial state, a groove structure is formed between the fixed clamping block 19 and the fixed adsorption strip 18, so that films at two ends of the garbage bag can be separated and attached to the groove, and the fixed clamping block 19 moves towards the groove to effectively clamp the garbage bag.
Further, the fixed clamping driving mechanism comprises a fixed clamping driving cylinder 20, and an expansion link of the fixed clamping driving cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with the fixed clamping block 19.
The dynamic bag opening assembly comprises a dynamic adsorption strip for adsorbing the garbage bag, a dynamic clamping block 21 for clamping the garbage bag and a dynamic clamping driving mechanism for driving the dynamic clamping block 21 to move; the movable clamping block 21 is positioned above the movable adsorption strip; in the initial state, a groove structure is formed between the movable clamping block 21 and the movable adsorption strip, so that films at two ends of the garbage bag can be separated and attached to the groove, and the movable clamping block 21 moves towards the groove to effectively clamp the garbage bag.
Further, the movable clamping driving mechanism comprises a movable clamping driving cylinder, and an expansion rod of the movable clamping driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the movable clamping block 21.
The bag opening driving mechanism comprises a bag opening driving motor (not shown in the figure) and a bag opening transmission assembly, the bag opening transmission assembly comprises a synchronous belt 22 and synchronous wheels, and the synchronous belt 22 is arranged between the synchronous wheels; the dynamic bag opening assembly is connected with a synchronous belt 22 through a movable connecting block 23. Through the structure, the dynamic bag opening component can be far away from or close to the fixed bag opening component under the driving of the bag opening driving motor to complete the bag-opening work, as shown in figures 7-8.
The sealing mechanism comprises a sealing piece 24, and the sealing piece 24 is integrally arranged below the fixed adsorption strip 18 and the movable adsorption strip; further, the sealing member 24 is an electric melting element. Of course, the closure 24 may have other configurations.
The separating mechanism comprises a separating piece 25, wherein the separating piece 25 is integrally arranged above the sealing piece 24, and the integrated structure with the bag opening, heat sealing and cutting functions is realized. Further, the separating member 25 is a heating wire. Of course, the separating member 25 may be a shearing structure.
Referring to fig. 2, the bagging mechanism further comprises a garbage can 27 for loading garbage bags; the recycling shell 1 is provided with a recycling port, and a recycling door 1-4 is arranged at the recycling port. Through the structure, the garbage can 27 is used for limiting and fixing the garbage bag, and the packaged garbage bag can be taken out from the recycling opening.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the operation principle of the harmful garbage recycling device in this embodiment is as follows:
when the garbage throwing device works, if garbage needs to be thrown, the receiving and throwing disk is driven by the receiving and driving mechanism to extend outwards, and the receiving and throwing disk is exposed outside; after the garbage is thrown into the receiving and throwing disc, the receiving and throwing disc is driven to retract by the receiving and driving mechanism, then the garbage is thrown downwards by the receiving and throwing disc, and packaging and bagging are carried out by a packaging and bagging mechanism in the lower working area 1-2.
Before putting in rubbish, the sack operation is accomplished earlier to packing bagging-off mechanism: the garbage bag is placed down by a proper distance by the winding mechanism, then the bag opening driving mechanism drives the dynamic bag opening component to be close to the fixed bag opening component, when the garbage bag is attached between the dynamic bag opening component and the fixed bag opening component, the fixed adsorption strip 18 and the movable adsorption strip respectively adsorb two side walls of the garbage bag, so that gaps are generated between the two side walls of the garbage bag, and then the movable clamping block 21 and the fixed clamping block 19 respectively clamp the two side walls of the garbage bag (the fixed adsorption strip 18 and the movable adsorption strip cancel adsorption); and then, the bag opening driving mechanism drives the movable bag opening assembly to be away from the fixed bag opening assembly, so that the garbage bag is opened, and then the garbage can be loaded.
When the garbage capacity in the garbage bag reaches a certain value, the bag opening driving mechanism drives the dynamic bag opening assembly to be close to the fixed bag opening assembly to fold the garbage bag, the sealing piece 24 seals the garbage bag, and the separating piece 25 cuts the garbage bag above the sealed position, so that the garbage bag below is separated from the main body, and the packaging work is completed.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents and are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A harmful garbage recovery device is characterized by comprising a recovery shell, a receiving and throwing mechanism and a packaging and bagging mechanism;
an upper working area and a lower working area are arranged in the recovery shell, and a mutually communicated falling channel is arranged between the upper working area and the lower working area;
the receiving and throwing mechanism is arranged in the upper working area and comprises a receiving and throwing disc and a receiving driving mechanism for driving the receiving disc to stretch and retract;
the bag packaging mechanism is arranged in the lower working area and comprises a bag mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a separating mechanism, the bag mechanism comprises a winding mechanism for winding the garbage bag and a bag opening mechanism for opening the garbage bag, the bag opening mechanism comprises a fixed opening bag component, a movable opening bag component and a bag opening driving mechanism for driving the movable opening bag component to be close to or far away from the fixed opening bag component, the fixed opening bag component and the movable opening bag component are arranged in parallel and oppositely, and the garbage bag is positioned between the fixed opening bag component and the movable opening bag component; the fixed-opening bag assembly comprises a fixed adsorption strip for adsorbing the garbage bag and a fixed clamping block for clamping the garbage bag; the dynamic bag opening assembly comprises a dynamic adsorption strip for adsorbing the garbage bag and a dynamic clamping block for clamping the garbage bag;
the sealing mechanism comprises a sealing piece which is arranged on the fixed-opening bag assembly or/and the dynamic-opening bag assembly;
the separation mechanism comprises a separation piece which is arranged on the fixed-opening bag component or/and the dynamic-opening bag component;
before garbage is thrown in, the garbage bag is lowered by a set distance through the winch mechanism, then the bag opening driving mechanism drives the movable bag opening assembly to be close to the fixed bag opening assembly, when the garbage bag is attached between the movable bag opening assembly and the fixed bag opening assembly, the fixed adsorption strip and the movable adsorption strip respectively adsorb two side walls of the garbage bag, gaps are formed between the two side walls of the garbage bag, and then the movable clamping block and the fixed clamping block respectively clamp the two side walls of the garbage bag; the bag opening driving mechanism drives the dynamic bag opening assembly to be far away from the fixed bag opening assembly, so that the garbage bag is opened and garbage is loaded;
when the garbage is thrown in, the bearing and throwing disk is driven by the bearing and driving mechanism to extend outwards, and the bearing and throwing disk is exposed outside; after the garbage is thrown into the receiving and throwing disc, the receiving and throwing disc is driven to retract by the receiving and driving mechanism, then the garbage is thrown downwards by the receiving and throwing disc, and is packed and bagged by a packing and bagging mechanism in a lower working area;
when the garbage capacity in the garbage bag reaches a set value, the bag opening driving mechanism drives the movable bag opening assembly to be close to the fixed bag opening assembly to fold the garbage bag, the sealing member seals the garbage bag, and the separating member cuts the garbage bag above the sealing position, so that the garbage bag below is separated from the main body, and the packaging work is completed.

The harmful garbage recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the receiving and throwing plate comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, the movable plate is connected with the driving end of the receiving driving mechanism, and a sliding receiving groove is formed in the movable plate; the fixed disc is arranged in the sliding accommodating groove and is connected with the fixed rod; a compression spring is arranged in the sliding accommodating groove, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively abutted against the side surface of the fixed disc and the inner side wall of the movable disc;
the movable disc is provided with a feeding opening and an inclined part for guiding the garbage to the feeding opening;
in a contracted state, the throwing opening is positioned above the falling channel without blocking; in the extended state, the fixed disk opening is positioned in the throwing opening.

The hazardous waste recycling device of claim 1, wherein the receiving driving mechanism comprises a receiving driving cylinder and a driving arm, and two ends of the driving arm are respectively fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the receiving driving cylinder and a receiving throwing disc.

The hazardous waste recycling device of claim 1, wherein the recycling case is provided with an opening and closing mechanism, the opening and closing mechanism comprises an opening and closing plate and an opening and closing driving mechanism for driving the opening and closing plate to move; in the closed state, the opening plate is located below the falling passage.

The harmful garbage recycling device according to claim 4, wherein the opening and closing driving mechanism comprises an opening and closing driving motor, an opening transmission assembly and a closing transmission assembly, the opening transmission assembly comprises a pulling rope and a pulley, and two ends of the pulling rope are respectively connected with an output shaft of the opening and closing driving motor and the opening plate;
the closed transmission assembly comprises a return spring, and two ends of the return spring are respectively connected with the opening plate and the fixed structure.
6. The hazardous waste recovery device of claim 5, wherein the opening plate is provided in two, and the two opening plates are horizontally disposed to face each other;
the opening transmission assembly and the closing transmission assembly are respectively provided with two groups; the opening and closing driving motor is arranged on the side surface of the opening and closing plate, and an output shaft of the opening and closing driving motor is respectively connected with the pull ropes of the two groups of opening transmission assemblies;
and each group of opening transmission assemblies is provided with two pulleys, and the pull rope is connected with the corresponding opening plate by bypassing the two pulleys.

8. The hazardous waste recovery device of claim 1, wherein the tension-limiting bag assembly further comprises a tension-limiting driving mechanism for driving the tension-limiting blocks to move; the fixed clamping block is positioned above the fixed adsorption strip;
in an initial state, a groove structure is formed between the fixed clamping block and the fixed adsorption strip.
9. The hazardous waste recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dynamic bag opening assembly further comprises a dynamic clamping driving mechanism for driving the dynamic clamping block to move; the movable clamping block is positioned above the movable adsorption strip;
in an initial state, a groove structure is formed between the movable clamping block and the movable adsorption strip.
10. The hazardous waste recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sealing member is disposed under the stationary absorbing strip or/and the movable absorbing strip;
