As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cutting device 2 includes a supporting plate 26, a blade 29, an output motor 210, a gear pair, and two rubber wheels; output motor 210 rotates through two rubber wheels of gear pair drive, a position fixed mounting of two rubber wheels is on support body 5, and another rubber wheel position movable mounting is on support body 5, and two rubber wheel rear sides are equipped with layer board 26, layer board 26 one end is rotated and is installed on support body 5, and two rubber wheels are accepted to layer board 26 and are pulled out the disposal bag, and the layer board 26 other end is equipped with blade 29 along its width direction.

The output device of the garbage can mainly realizes the functions of automatic bagging, garbage loading, garbage bag sealing and garbage output of garbage. The waste bag is first loaded in the waste bag box 1, pulled out through the driving rubber wheel 28 and the driven rubber wheel 27, and stuck to the supporting aluminum tube 38. The supporting aluminum pipe 38 struts the garbage bag, moves to a garbage throwing position, seals the garbage bag after the garbage is filled, moves to the rightmost side, and takes away the packaged garbage bag.
The garbage bag adopts the automatic bagging mode, and the user only needs to put the freshness protection package of garbage bag in the garbage bag box 1. The bags extend from the aperture in the bag box 1 and are transported past the two rubber wheels to below the supporting aluminium tube 38. The two rubber wheels are a driven rubber wheel 27 and a driving rubber wheel 28. The driving rubber wheel 28 is directly connected by an output motor 210, and the driven rubber wheel 27 is meshed with a gear on the driving rubber wheel 28 through a gear, so that power transmission is realized. The distance between the driven rubber wheel 27 and the driving rubber wheel 28 can be adjusted through the ribbon board 22, and the garbage bag is convenient to replace.
The trash bags pass through two rubber wheels and then enter a rotatable cutting blade carrier (i.e., the pallet 26 and the blade 29). The carriage is mounted behind two rubber wheels, below the supporting aluminium tube 38, and is driven by a third steering engine 25 as the prime mover. The garbage bag guide device has two functions, namely, guiding the garbage bags, arranging the supporting plate 26 between two supporting aluminum pipes 38, and enabling the supporting plate 26 to rotate upwards to adhere the garbage bags on the supporting aluminum pipes 38 to the adhesive tapes; secondly, the garbage bag is cut off. A fourth steering engine is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 26 and drives a pressure lever 211 to press the garbage bag downwards, so that the contact force between the garbage bag and the blade 29 is increased, and the garbage bag is easier to separate.
Two support aluminum tubes 38 are provided to support the garbage bag and serve to stick to the outside of the garbage bag and to move the garbage bag to a desired position. A replaceable adhesive tape and sealer 39 is mounted on the supporting aluminum tube 38. After the adhesive tape is stuck on the two sides of the garbage bag, the supporting aluminum pipe 38 moves in the opposite direction, and the garbage bag can be unfolded. When sealing, the distance of the supporting aluminum pipe 38 is reduced, and the sealers 39 at both ends are energized when they are in contact. The sealer 39 is provided with a high-temperature metal strip, and realizes the sealing function by melting the garbage bag at high temperature.
The translation device 3 for supporting the aluminum tube 38 uses a direct current motor as a prime mover, a transmission system is a synchronous belt, and two supporting aluminum tubes 38 for supporting garbage bags are fixed on the first synchronous belt 32 and are used as an actuating mechanism. Therefore, the direct current motor drives the synchronous belt to transmit, so that the translational motion of the garbage bag can be controlled, and the garbage bag is moved to the lower part of different garbage throwing positions. Two supporting aluminum tubes 38 for supporting the garbage bags are connected by a lead screw 34. By adopting another direct current motor, the relative distance of the supporting aluminum pipes 38 can be changed by controlling the rotation of the lead screw 34, so as to realize the opening and closing of the garbage bag opening. In order to ensure that the distance between the supporting aluminum pipes 38 on both sides is the same, a second synchronous belt 310 is used to connect the lead screws 34 on both sides, so that the lead screws 34 rotate synchronously.
When in use, the garbage enters the pulled garbage bag. And sealing and outputting after the garbage is poured out.
The transmission form has small occupied space and high transmission efficiency, and can realize the function of enabling the bottom layer collecting and outputting device to freely and smoothly move.
