The traditional automatic packaging garbage can adopts a specially-made annular through-body garbage bag, the garbage bag is sealed and bottomed by matching with a sealing mechanism, a suction fan is used for generating negative pressure in a can cavity 11 to draw the garbage bag out of a bag storage box 4, the automatic packaging process is complex, the negative pressure generated by the suction fan is limited, the reliability is not high, a small part of the garbage bag is hung on one side of the garbage can one by one, and the garbage bag is opened by a bag pulling mechanism to complete bagging, but the capacity of the can cavity 11 is reduced and the containing capacity is reduced due to the fact that the garbage bag occupies the space of the can cavity 11, and hot melting sealing is difficult to complete; the garbage bag is sent out through the upper rubber roller 54 and the lower rubber roller 57, so that the garbage bag is simple in structure, low in cost and high in reliability; one side of the garbage bag is fixed on the garbage roll bag through a fracture line, the other side of the garbage bag is fixed on the bag pulling slide seat 34, the bag opening of the garbage bag is opened through moving the bag pulling slide seat 34, manual bag sleeving is not needed, and the garbage bag is convenient to use.
Specifically, the left end and the right end of the front side of the bag storage box 4 are respectively vertically provided with a lower rubber roller sliding groove 41, a rubber roller mounting sleeve 411 is vertically and slidably mounted in the lower rubber roller sliding groove 41, the left end and the right end of a lower rubber roller 57 are respectively rotatably mounted on the two rubber roller mounting sleeves 411, a rubber roller resetting piece 412 is further arranged in the lower rubber roller sliding groove 41, the upper end of the rubber roller resetting piece 412 abuts against the rubber roller mounting sleeve 411, and the lower end of the rubber roller resetting piece 412 abuts against the bottom of the lower rubber roller sliding groove 41; due to the fact that the thicknesses of the garbage roll bags of different brands and different qualities are different, the situation that the garbage bag is too thick and cannot pass through the lower rubber roll 57 and the upper rubber roll 54 is prevented, or the garbage bag is too thin and the lower rubber roll 57 or the upper rubber roll 54 slips is avoided, the lower rubber roll 57 has vertical displacement in the lower rubber roll chute 41, the lower rubber roll 57 is always pressed on the upper rubber roll 54 under the action of the rubber roll resetting piece 412, the garbage roll bag automatic feeding device is suitable for garbage bags of different thicknesses, and therefore the application range of the garbage roll bags is widened.

When a new garbage roll bag is added, the first garbage bag of the garbage roll bag needs to pass through the gap between the lower rubber roller 57 and the upper rubber roller 54, and in order to facilitate the passing of the garbage bag, the upper rubber roller 54 and the lower rubber roller 57 are designed in a separable mode, and the upper rubber roller 54 has the following two installation modes:

The gluing roller 54 is arranged on the bag storage box 4, after the bag storage box 4 is taken down, the clutch buckle 434 is separated from the bag storage box 4 through the unlocking rod 435, and then the gluing roller 54 is rotated to be opened to be separated from the lower gluing roller 57, so that the garbage bag can conveniently pass through.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the glue applying roller 54 is rotatably mounted at the rear side of the lower part of the barrel cover 2, the left and right ends of the bag box mounting position are respectively provided with a pressing block 59, the middle part of the pressing block 59 is provided with a glue applying roller chute 591 with an upward opening, the pressing block 59 is fixedly mounted at the bottom surface of the barrel cover 2, the top surface of the pressing block 59 is in abutting fit with the bottom surface of the barrel cover 2, the two glue applying roller chutes 591 are respectively provided with another glue roller mounting sleeve 411, the two ends of the glue applying roller 54 are respectively rotatably mounted at the two glue roller mounting sleeves 411, when the bag storage box 4 is inserted at the bag box mounting position, the glue applying roller 54 is positioned above the glue applying roller 57, and the glue applying roller 54 is in rolling fit with the glue applying roller 57. The gluing roller 54 is arranged on the barrel cover 2, and when the bag storage box 4 is taken down, the gluing roller 54 is separated from the gluing roller 57 at the same time.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the lower glue roller 57 includes a plurality of lower rollers 58 arranged at intervals, each lower roller 58 is rotatably installed at the front side of the bag storage box 4, the rotating shafts of each lower roller 58 are located on the same straight line, the upper glue roller 54 includes a linkage rod 55 and a plurality of upper rollers 56 arranged on the linkage rod 55 at intervals, the number of the upper rollers 56 is the same as that of the lower rollers 58, the upper rollers 56 are located above the lower rollers 58, and the upper rollers 56 are in rolling fit with the lower rollers 58. Preferably, each lower roller 58 is connected through another linkage rod 55, and both ends of the linkage rod 55 are respectively rotatably mounted on the rubber roller mounting sleeve 411 in the lower rubber roller chute 41. The garbage bags are sent out through the rolling fit of the upper roller 56 and the lower roller 58, the material usage is reduced, the cost is further reduced, and the weight of the whole machine is reduced.
Specifically, the upper glue roller 54 and the lower glue roller 57 may be any one of a flat roller, a patterned glue roller, and a brush glue roller. The flat roller is sleeved with an anti-slip sleeve, and the friction force between the upper rubber roller 54 and the lower rubber roller 57 and the garbage bag is increased through the anti-slip sleeve; as shown in fig. 11, the brush roller can sweep away dust on the garbage bag, and take out static electricity of the garbage bag to a certain extent, so as to prevent the garbage bag from being adsorbed on the inner wall of the barrel cavity 11.
Specifically, the fixing device includes at least one bag clamp 341, the clamp head of the bag clamp 341 faces the bag storage box 4, an open clamp stopper 345 is respectively arranged above each bag clamp 341, the open clamp stopper 345 is integrally formed on the bag pulling slide seat 34, and the open clamp stopper 345 is movably abutted against and matched with the bag clamp 341; bag clamp 341 adopts an A-shaped clamp, and is fixed through bag clamp 341 centre gripping disposal bag, fixes more firmly and is convenient for take off the disposal bag, and fixing device still can set up to magnet, sucking disc, couple, viscose and fix the disposal bag.
The left side and the right side of the feeding port 21 are respectively provided with a sliding rail 35, the sliding rails 35 are fixedly arranged at the upper part of the barrel body 1 or the inside of the barrel cover 2, the two sliding rails 35 are arranged in parallel, and the left end and the right end of the bag pulling sliding seat 34 are respectively arranged on the two sliding rails 35 in a sliding manner; the bag-pulling slide 34 moves back and forth under the feeding opening 21, so as to open the bag mouth of the garbage bag, and the bag mouth of the garbage bag is arranged under the feeding opening 21, thereby preventing the garbage from splashing.
The bag feeding driving mechanism comprises a bag feeding driving motor 51 and a plurality of bag feeding transmission gears 52, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is fixedly arranged inside the barrel cover 2, the bag feeding transmission gears 52 are in toothed connection with each other, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is in transmission connection with the bag feeding transmission gears 52, a rubber roller transmission gear 53 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the upper rubber roller 54 or the lower rubber roller 57, and the rubber roller transmission gear 53 is in toothed connection with any one of the bag feeding transmission gears 52; the bag feeding driving motor 51 drives the bag feeding transmission gear 52 to rotate, and then the bag feeding transmission gear 52 drives the rubber roller transmission gear 53 to rotate, so that the upper rubber roller 54 or the lower rubber roller 57 is driven to rotate, and the garbage bag is fed into the barrel cavity 11. Preferably, the rubber roller transmission gear 53 is installed at the end part of the gluing roller 54, when the gluing roller 54 is installed on the bag storage box 4, the bag storage box 4 is drawn out, the rubber roller transmission gear 53 is separated from the bag feeding transmission gear 52 and is installed in the bag storage box 4, and the rubber roller transmission gear 53 is in gear joint with the bag feeding transmission gear 52; when the gluing roller 54 is arranged on the barrel cover 2, the gluing roller transmission gear 53 and the bag feeding transmission gear 52 are always meshed.
The bag pulling driving mechanism comprises two synchronous transmission devices, the bag pulling driving motor 31 is fixedly arranged inside the barrel cover 2, the two synchronous transmission devices are respectively arranged above the two sliding rails 35 and comprise a synchronous belt 331 and two belt transmission gears 332, the two belt transmission gears 332 are respectively rotatably arranged at two end portions of the sliding rails 35, two ends of the synchronous belt 331 are respectively sleeved on the two belt transmission gears 332 and are in toothed connection with the belt transmission gears 332, a synchronous rod 333 is further arranged between the two synchronous transmission devices, two ends of the synchronous rod 333 are respectively provided with a synchronous gear 334, the two synchronous gears 334 are respectively in toothed connection with the two belt transmission gears 332 on the two synchronous transmission devices on the same side, the bag pulling transmission gear 32 is arranged on an output shaft of the bag pulling driving motor 31, and the bag pulling transmission gear 32 is in toothed connection with any synchronous gear 334. The bag pulling driving motor 31 drives the bag pulling transmission gear 32 to rotate, the bag pulling transmission gear 32 drives any one of the synchronous gears 334 to rotate, under the action of the synchronous rod 333, the two synchronous gears 334 keep synchronous rotation, the two synchronous gears 334 respectively drive the two belt transmission gears 332 on the same side of the two synchronous transmission devices to rotate, so that the bag pulling sliding seat 34 is driven to move back and forth through the synchronous belt 331, the bag pulling sliding seat 34 moves more smoothly, and jamming is not easy to generate.
Specifically, a self-locking mechanism is further respectively arranged beside each bag clamp 341 and is in locking fit with the bag clamp 341, a self-locking trigger mechanism 36 is arranged at the bottom of the barrel cover 2, the self-locking trigger mechanism 36 is located on a motion track of the self-locking mechanism, and the self-locking mechanism is in triggering fit with the self-locking trigger mechanism 36 when the bag-pulling slide seat 34 passes through the self-locking trigger mechanism 36, so that a chuck opening of the bag clamp 341 is kept when the bag-pulling slide seat 34 is locked to slide; the bottom of the bag clamp 341 is provided with a bag clamping slide seat 342, the bag clamping slide seat 342 is installed on the bag pulling slide seat 34 in a front-back sliding manner, the bag clamping slide seat 342 extends out of a locking part 343 towards the self-locking mechanism, the locking part 343 extends to the lower part of the self-locking mechanism, the locking part 343 is provided with at least one locking hole 344, and the locking hole 344 is positioned right below the self-locking mechanism; after the bag clamp 341 is opened, in order to prevent the bag clamp 341 from being accidentally closed when the bag pulling slide seat 34 slides and injuring a user, the clamping success rate is low, the bag clamp 341 is locked by the self-locking mechanism when the bag pulling slide seat 34 slides, the bag clamp 341 is prevented from being accidentally closed, the clamping success rate is improved, and the use safety is improved.
Self-locking mechanism includes casing 371, locking reset spring 373 and locking pole 372, casing 371 fixed mounting is in drawing bag slide 34, sliding mounting is in the inside of casing 371 from top to bottom in locking pole 372, the pole-penetrating hole has been seted up at the top of casing 371, the upper portion of locking pole 372 passes the pole-penetrating hole and triggers the cooperation with self-locking trigger mechanism 36, the middle part of locking pole 372 is provided with spacing platform 374, spacing platform 374 and the spacing cooperation of casing 371, locking reset spring 373 overlaps establishes the lower part with locking pole 372, the upper end of locking reset spring 373 supports the bottom surface of propping up spacing platform 374, the lower tip of locking reset spring 373 supports and props up and draws bag slide 34, the lower part and the locking hole 344 bolt cooperation of locking pole 372. As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the bag pulling slide 34 moves from the initial position to a side of the lid 2 away from the bag storage box 4 until, as shown in fig. 13, the bag pulling slide 34 presses against an inner wall of the lid 2, so that the bag clamping slide 342 slides on the bag pulling slide 34 toward the bag storage box 4, and at this time, the opening stopper 345 moves from the head of the bag clamp 341 to the tail of the bag clamp 341, thereby opening the clamp head of the bag clamp 341; after the bag clamp 341 is opened, as shown in fig. 14, in the process that the bag pulling slide seat 34 slides towards the bag storage box 4, the locking rod 372 is in triggering fit with the self-locking trigger mechanism 36, the self-locking trigger mechanism 36 is integrally formed on the barrel cover 2 and protrudes downwards, slopes are arranged at two end portions, the locking rod 372 is in abutting press fit with the self-locking trigger mechanism 36 through the slopes, so that the locking rod 372 moves downwards in the shell 371 and is inserted into the locking hole 344, the bag clamp 341 is prevented from moving, and the opening of the bag clamp 341 is maintained; as shown in fig. 15, when the bag clamp 341 abuts against the garbage bag, the locking rod 372 is disengaged from the self-locking trigger mechanism 36, and under the action of the locking return spring 373, the locking rod 372 is returned upward and withdrawn from the locking hole 344; as shown in fig. 16, the bag-pulling slide 34 continues to slide toward the bag box 4, and at this time, the open-clamp stopper 345 moves from the tail of the bag clamp 341 to the head of the bag clamp 341, and the clamp head of the bag clamp 341 is closed to clamp the garbage bag.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, the automatic packaging garbage can is further provided with a sealing mechanism, the sealing mechanism includes a bar-shaped heating device 61 and a bag pressing rubber mat 62, the heating device 61 is fixedly installed below the bag storage box 4 or the lower portion of the bag pulling slide carriage 34, the corresponding bag pressing rubber mat 62 is fixedly installed below the bag pulling slide carriage 34 or the lower portion of the bag storage box 4, and the heating device 61 and the bag pressing rubber mat 62 are movably abutted and press-fitted; the sack centre gripping of disposal bag is generating heat between device 61 and the pressure bag cushion 62, carries out the hot melt through the sack of generating heat device 61 to the disposal bag and seals, and the process of bagging-off and packing is simple, and the bagging-off is efficient with the packing, and the power consumption is little, isolated rubbish and external contact, clean health further promotes the convenience in use.
The bottom of the bag clamping slide seat 342 is provided with at least one guide sliding hole, the corresponding bag pulling slide seat 34 is provided with at least one guide sliding column, the guide sliding hole is sleeved on the guide sliding column and is in front-back sliding fit with the guide sliding column, the guide sliding column is sleeved with a guide return spring, one end of the guide return spring abuts against the bag pulling slide seat 34, and the other end of the guide return spring abuts against the bag clamping slide seat 342; through the cooperation of direction slide opening and direction traveller, prevent to press from both sides bag slide 342 and produce lateral displacement, improve its reliability, under initial condition, direction reset spring keeps the chuck of bag clamp 341 closed, prevents that bag clamp 341 from opening by accident when splendid attire rubbish, further improves its reliability.
Preferably, a bag clamping top strip 44 corresponding to the position of the bag clamp 341 is transversely arranged on the front side surface of the bag storage box 4, and a bag storage chamber 45 with an upward opening for placing a garbage roll bag is arranged in the bag storage box 4. The bag clamping top strip 44 jacks up the garbage bag to fit the shape of the chuck of the bag clamp 341, so that the bag clamp 341 can clamp the garbage bag conveniently, and the clamping success rate is improved.
Specifically, the automatic packaging garbage can is provided with a control circuit, the control circuit is installed inside the can cover 2, and the bag pulling driving motor 31 and the bag feeding driving motor 51 are respectively electrically connected with the control circuit; the bottom of the barrel cover 2 is provided with a plurality of trigger switches 71 for sensing the positions of the bag pulling slide seats 34, each trigger switch 71 is respectively positioned on the motion trail of the bag pulling slide seat 34, the bag pulling slide seats 34 are respectively in trigger fit with each trigger switch 71, and each trigger switch 71 is respectively electrically connected with the control circuit; the position of the bag pulling slide seat 34 is sensed through the trigger switch 71, so that the forward and reverse rotation or the stop of the bag pulling driving motor 31 and the bag feeding driving motor 51 are automatically controlled, and the automation degree is high. As shown in fig. 13, after the bag clamp 341 is opened, the bag pulling slide 34 triggers the trigger switch 71, so that the bag pulling driving motor 31 rotates reversely, as shown in fig. 16, after the bag clamp 341 finishes clamping the garbage bag or when the heat generating device 61 is pressed against the bag pressing rubber pad 62, the bag pulling slide 34 triggers the trigger switch 71, so that the bag pulling driving motor 31 rotates normally or stops, as shown in fig. 12, when the bag pulling slide 34 moves to the initial position, the bag pulling slide 34 triggers the trigger switch 71, so that the bag pulling driving motor 31 stops.
The top or the side surface of the barrel cover 2 is fixedly provided with a plurality of control keys 72 and working indicator lamps 73, and the control keys 72 and the working indicator lamps 73 are respectively and electrically connected with a control circuit; different programs are executed by controlling a control circuit through different control keys 72, independent sealing, independent bagging or automatic sealing and bagging are carried out, and the working state of the automatic packaging garbage can is displayed through a working indicator lamp 73.
The bag feeding mechanism is also provided with a bag feeding induction device, the bag feeding induction device comprises two bag feeding light-operated inductors which are arranged oppositely, the front part of the bag storage box 4 is provided with an induction through hole 46 which penetrates through the bag storage box 4, the two bag feeding light-operated inductors are respectively arranged above and below the induction through hole 46, and the two bag feeding light-operated inductors are respectively electrically connected with the control circuit; a through hole for passing through laser is formed in the bag opening of the garbage bag, and when the garbage bag is blocked between the two bag feeding light-operated sensors, the bag feeding driving motor 51 works to feed the garbage bag; when the laser of the bag feeding light-operated sensor passes through the through hole of the garbage bag, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is stopped, the bag feeding is completed, the bags are fed one by one, the automatic control is realized, and the bag feeding is more accurate.
The bag-lack detection device is arranged at the feeding port 21 and comprises two bag-lack light-operated sensors which are arranged in opposite directions and are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the feeding port 21; when no garbage bag is in shortage, the garbage bag is blocked between the two bag-shortage light-operated sensors, and the bag-feeding driving motor 51 keeps a stop state; after the full garbage bag is taken out, the two bag-lacking light-operated sensors are communicated, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is started to feed the bag, manual operation is not needed, and the automation degree is higher.
A bin door 12 is arranged on the front side of the bin body 1, and one side of the bin door 12 is hinged with the bin body 1 so as to open and close the bin door 12 and take the garbage roll bag; the full garbage bag can be taken out by opening the barrel door 12, the barrel cover 2 with heavier weight does not need to be opened, and the operation is more convenient. Preferably, the barrel door 12 is in transmission connection with a barrel door driving mechanism, the barrel door driving mechanism is electrically connected with the control circuit, and when the garbage is filled in the barrel door driving mechanism, the barrel door 12 is automatically opened, so that the use is more convenient.
The top of the barrel cover 2 is hinged with a cover plate 22, the cover plate 22 is covered on the putting-in opening 21, one side, close to a rotating shaft of the cover plate 22, of the inside of the barrel cover 2 is provided with a cover plate driving mechanism, the cover plate driving mechanism comprises a cover plate 22 driving motor and a cover plate transmission mechanism 23, the cover plate 22 driving motor is fixedly installed inside the barrel cover 2, the cover plate 22 driving motor is in transmission connection with the cover plate transmission mechanism 23, the cover plate transmission mechanism 23 is in transmission connection with the cover plate 22, the cover plate 22 driving motor is electrically connected with the control circuit, the top surface of the barrel cover 2 is provided with a distance sensor or a cover opening button, and the distance sensor or the cover opening button is electrically connected with the control circuit. The barrel cover 2 covers the throwing port 21 to prevent peculiar smell from scattering, when garbage needs to be discarded, the cover plate 22 is automatically opened by a human hand through detection of the distance sensor, or the cover plate 22 is opened by pressing the cover opening button, so that the garbage can is convenient to use and is cleaner and more sanitary.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
after the bag shortage detection device detects bag shortage, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is started to rotate forwardly, the bag feeding driving motor 51 drives the gluing roller 54 to rotate through the bag feeding transmission gear 52, the garbage bag is fed from the bag storage box 4 to the barrel cavity 2 under the roller pressure of the gluing roller 54 and the lower gluing roller 57 until the bag feeding sensing device detects the sensing position on the garbage bag, the bag feeding driving motor 51 is stopped to work, and bag feeding is completed;
the bag pulling mechanism performs bagging, the bag pulling driving motor 31 reversely rotates to drive the bag pulling slide seat 34 to move from the initial position shown in fig. 12 to one side of the barrel cover 2 far away from the bag storage box 4 through the bag pulling transmission gear 32 and the synchronous transmission device until the bag pulling slide seat 34 presses against the inner wall of the barrel cover 2 as shown in fig. 13, so that the bag clamping slide seat 342 slides on the bag pulling slide seat 34 to the bag storage box 4, at this time, the opening stop block 345 moves from the head of the bag clamp 341 to the tail of the bag clamp 341, so as to open the chuck of the bag clamp 341, after the bag clamp 341 is opened, the bag pulling slide seat 34 triggers the trigger switch 71, the bag pulling driving motor 31 forwardly rotates, as shown in fig. 14, the bag pulling slide seat 34 is driven to slide to the bag storage box 4, in the sliding process, the locking rod 372 is triggered and matched with the self-locking triggering mechanism 36, the self-locking triggering mechanism 36 is integrally formed on the barrel cover 2 and protrudes downwards, both ends have slopes, the locking rod 372 is pressed and matched with the self-locking triggering mechanism 36 through the slopes, the locking rod 372 moves downwards in the shell 371 and is inserted into the locking hole 344, so that the bag holder 341 is prevented from moving and the bag holder 341 is kept open; as shown in fig. 15, when the bag clip 341 abuts against the garbage bag, the locking rod 372 is disengaged from the self-locking trigger mechanism 36, and under the action of the locking return spring 373, the locking rod 372 is returned upward and withdrawn from the locking hole 344; as shown in fig. 16, the bag pulling slide 34 continues to slide towards the bag storage box 4, at this time, the opening block 345 moves from the tail of the bag clamp 341 to the head of the bag clamp 341, the chuck of the bag clamp 341 is closed to clamp the garbage bag, and at the same time, the bag pulling slide 34 triggers the trigger switch 71 again to make the bag pulling driving motor 31 rotate reversely, the bag pulling slide 34 is driven to move to the initial position shown in fig. 12, so that the bag opening of the garbage bag is opened and is positioned below the input opening 21, and bagging is completed;
when the garbage is thrown, the cover plate driving mechanism is automatically started by detecting hands through the distance sensor, or the cover plate driving mechanism is started by pressing the cover opening button, so that the cover plate 22 is opened through the cover plate transmission mechanism 23 to throw the garbage, and the cover plate driving mechanism is automatically reversed within a set time after the cover plate 22 is opened, so that the cover plate 22 is automatically closed;

the bag pulling driving mechanism comprises two synchronous transmission devices, a bag pulling driving motor (31) and at least one bag pulling transmission gear (32), the bag pulling driving motor (31) is fixedly arranged inside the barrel cover (2), the two synchronous transmission devices are respectively arranged above the two sliding rails (35), each synchronous transmission device comprises a synchronous belt (331) and two transmission gears (332), the two transmission gears (332) are respectively rotatably arranged at the two ends of the corresponding sliding rail (35), the two ends of each synchronous belt (331) are respectively sleeved on the two transmission gears (332) and in toothed connection with the transmission gears (332), a synchronous rod (333) is further arranged between the two synchronous transmission devices, two synchronous gears (334) are respectively arranged at the two ends of each synchronous rod (333), the two synchronous gears (334) are respectively in toothed connection with the two transmission gears (332) on the same side of the two synchronous transmission devices, the bag pulling transmission gear (32) is arranged on an output shaft of the bag pulling driving motor (31), and the bag pulling transmission gear (32) is in tooth joint with any one synchronous gear (334).
