The embodiment provides an opening clamp triggering mechanism 3 with an up-and-down avoiding structure, which supports against an opening clamp stop block 31 when a bag pulling mechanism moves back, so that the bag pulling mechanism can avoid moving back and is clamped firmly, stably and reliably.
