本发明公开了一种用于塑料回收的破碎清洗机,包括机体、送料机构、破碎机构、冲洗机构及过滤机构,所述送料机构包括设于所述机体上的进料斗、设于所述进料斗内的压板、设于所述压板上的挡板、驱动所述压板上下移动的驱动组件及用于向进料斗内输送原料的上料组件;对塑料编织袋进行破碎清洗时,先将原料输送到进料斗内,然后驱动压板向下移动,从而将进料斗内的原料压入到机体内,以免原料堵塞在进料斗内,保证下料的均匀度。

技术领域
本发明属于老化油处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于塑料回收的破碎清洗机。
背景技术
老化油通常所采用的处理方法是加入化学药剂处理,处理效果不理想,处理后原油中残余大量的杂质和水,达不到外输要求;另外化学药剂对身体和环境有伤害,且老化油常常经一次处理并不能处理干净。
为了解决上述问题,现在可采用物理方法对老化油进行处理,其中有一步就是通过粉碎冲洗机分离塑料表面沾油泥沙和编织袋角处的泥沙。由于塑料编织袋自身较轻,且大多呈蓬松状,易堆积在进料斗内,影响下料均匀度,易发生堵塞。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于塑料回收的破碎清洗机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种用于塑料回收的破碎清洗机,包括机体、送料机构、破碎机构、冲洗机构及过滤机构,所述送料机构包括设于所述机体上的进料斗、设于所述进料斗内的压板、设于所述压板上的挡板、驱动所述压板上下移动的驱动组件及用于向进料斗内输送原料的上料组件;对塑料编织袋进行破碎清洗时,先将原料输送到进料斗内,然后驱动压板向下移动,从而将进料斗内的原料压入到机体内,以免原料堵塞在进料斗内,保证下料的均匀度。
优选的,所述上料组件包括与所述进料斗配合的输送带、设于所述进料斗内的转轴、均匀设于所述转轴上的多个拨板、设于所述拨板上的弧形弯曲部、设于所述弧形弯曲部上的多个凸起及驱动所述转轴转动的第一驱动件;进料时,先将原料放置在输送带上,由输送带输送到进料斗内,启动第一驱动件带动拨板转动,拨板将带动原料均匀的进入到机体内,且拨板可以将原料压实,便于保证进料均匀度,还不易将进料斗堵塞;设置弧形弯曲部便于拨板压实原料;设置凸起便于拨板带动原料进入到机体内。
优选的,所述进料斗内倾斜设有刮板,所述刮板设有与凸起配合的凹槽;设置刮板可以将粘连在拨板上的原料去除下来,以免原料缠绕在拨板上。
优选的,所述破碎机构包括对应设于所述机体内的破碎辊、均匀设于所述破碎辊上的刀片、驱动所述破碎辊转动的第二驱动件、连接所述刀片与破碎辊的连接组件及防缠组件。
优选的,所述连接组件包括设于所述破碎辊上的多个固定槽、设于所述刀片上的方形孔、设于所述破碎辊内的多个插孔及设于所述插孔内的固定杆,所述固定槽可供刀片插入,所述方形孔可供固定杆插入;当单个刀片损坏时,只需将固定杆抽出即可对单个刀片进行更换,无需整体更换破碎辊,减低成本。
优选的,所述防缠组件包括设于所述破碎辊内的进水腔、设于所述破碎辊上的多个喷水孔及与所述进水腔连通的进水管;通过进水管向进水腔内注水,使得水从喷水孔内喷出,进而将粘连在破碎辊上的原料冲落,既可以避免破碎辊卡死,还可以对碎塑料表面的杂物进行冲洗。
优选的,所述过滤机构包括箱体、设于所述机体上的出料口、倾斜设于所述机体内的导料板、设于所述箱体内的筛网板、用于抖动筛网板的抖动组件及用于固定筛网板的固定组件;破碎完成的塑料掉落到导料板上,进而从出料口滑落到筛网板上,从而将泥沙与塑料分离。
优选的,所述固定组件包括设于所述箱体内壁上的安装槽、设于所述安装槽内的弹性件、设于所述筛网板上的插板及设于所述安装槽侧壁上的插槽,所述插槽可供插板插入;设置第一弹性件,使得塑料和水流冲击到筛网板时,可带动筛网板上下晃动,以免筛网板堵塞;设置插板可将安装槽密封,以免水进入到安装槽内,保证弹性件的使用寿命。
优选的,所述抖动组件包括设于所述箱体内的抖动轴、设于所述抖动轴下端上的抖动板、设于所述筛网板上的多个球型凸起、设于所述抖动轴上的多个搅拌杆及驱动所述抖动轴转动的第三驱动件;通过第三驱动件带动抖动轴转动,进而带动抖动板转动,使得抖动板与球型凸起间歇接触,进而使得筛网板上下抖动,以免筛网板堵塞;设置搅拌杆,可对塑料编织袋上的杂物进一步分离。
优选的,所述导料板内设有收集腔,且其上端面设有多个收集孔;当破碎后的塑料编织袋掉落在导料板上,冲落的泥沙大部分将通过收集孔进入到收集腔内,便于后续分离,提高清洗效果。
综上所述,对塑料编织袋进行破碎清洗时,先将原料输送到进料斗内,然后驱动压板向下移动,从而将进料斗内的原料压入到机体内,以免原料堵塞在进料斗内,保证下料的均匀度。

如图1-6所示,一种用于塑料回收的破碎清洗机,包括机体1、送料机构、破碎机构、冲洗机构及过滤机构,所述送料机构包括进料斗2、输送带21、转轴22、拨板23、第一驱动件24、弧形弯曲部25、凸起26、刮板27、压板28、挡板29及气缸,所述进料斗2固定在机体上;所述输送带21选用常规的传送带,其一端伸入到进料斗内;所述转轴22两端分别转动连接在进料斗内壁上;所述拨板23均匀固定在转轴上;所述第一驱动件24选用常规的电机,其输出轴固定在转轴端部上,则进料时,先将原料放置在输送带上,由输送带输送到进料斗内,启动第一驱动件带动拨板转动,拨板将带动原料均匀的进入到机体内,且拨板可以将原料压实,便于保证进料均匀度,还不易将进料斗堵塞;所述弧形弯曲部25选用橡胶制成,其数量与拨板相同,分别固定在拨板上,设置弧形弯曲部便于拨板压实原料;所述凸起26固定在弧形弯曲部上,便于拨板带动原料进入到机体内;所述刮板27倾斜固定在进料斗内壁上,且刮板开设有供凸起穿过的凹槽,设置刮板可以将粘连在拨板上的原料去除下来,以免原料缠绕在拨板上;所述压板28设于进料斗内;所述挡板固定在压板上,且进料斗设有供挡板伸出的槽;所述气缸选用常规气缸,其输出端固定在压板上,则气缸可驱动压板向下移动,从而将进料斗内的原料压入到机体内,以免原料堵塞在进料斗内,保证下料的均匀度。
具体的,所述所述破碎机构包括破碎辊3、刀片31、第二驱动件、进水腔33、喷水孔34、进水管35、固定槽36、固定杆37及插孔,所述破碎辊3对应设于机体内,其两端分别转动连接在机体内壁上;所述固定槽36均匀开设在破碎辊表面;所述刀片31选用常规破碎刀,其开设有方向孔,且插入到固定槽内;所述插孔开设在破碎辊内,其与固定槽连通;所述固定杆37可插入到插孔内,且与刀片的方形孔形状相同,则当单个刀片损坏时,只需将固定杆抽出即可对单个刀片进行更换,无需整体更换破碎辊,减低成本;所述第二驱动件选用电机,其输出轴固定在破碎辊端部;所述进水腔33开设在破碎辊内;所述喷水孔34开设在破碎辊上,且与进水腔连通;所述进水管35一端伸入到进水腔内,另一端与一水泵连接,则通过进水管向进水腔内注水,使得水从喷水孔内喷出,进而将粘连在破碎辊上的原料冲落,既可以避免破碎辊卡死,还可以对碎塑料表面的杂物进行冲洗。
具体的,所述冲洗机构包括喷头11、水泵、水箱及连接管14,所述连接管14选用金属管,其伸入到机体内,且与水泵出水口连通;所述喷头11固定在连接管上,则通过喷头可对破碎后塑料进行冲洗。
具体的,所述过滤机构包括箱体4、出料口41、导料板42、筛网板43、安装槽44、弹性件45、插板46、插槽47及抖动组件,所述出料口41开设在机体底部;所述导料板42倾斜固定在机体内壁上,导料板内部开设有收集腔421,且其上端面开设有多个收集孔422,当破碎后的塑料编织袋掉落在导料板上,冲落的泥沙大部分将通过收集孔进入到收集腔内,便于后续分离,提高清洗效果;所述安装槽44开设在箱体内壁上;所述弹性件45选用弹簧,其均匀设在安装槽内,且其下端固定在安装槽上;所述筛网板43固定在弹性件的上端;则破碎完成的塑料掉落到导料板上,进而从出料口滑落到筛网板上,从而将泥沙与塑料分离,且设置第一弹性件,使得塑料和水流冲击到筛网板时,可带动筛网板上下晃动,以免筛网板堵塞;所述箱体底部开设有排泥口,且排泥口设有阀门;所述插槽47开设在安装槽侧壁上,所述插板46固定在筛网板底面上,且可插入到插槽内,则设置插板可将安装槽密封,以免水进入到安装槽内,保证弹性件的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述抖动组件包括抖动轴5、抖动板51、球型凸起52、搅拌杆53及第三驱动件54,所述抖动板51固定在抖动轴下端上;所述球型凸起52呈环形分布固定在筛网板上;所述第三驱动件54选用电机;所述抖动轴固定在第三驱动件的输出轴上;所述搅拌杆固定在抖动轴上,则通过第三驱动件带动抖动轴转动,进而带动抖动板转动,使得抖动板与球型凸起间歇接触,进而使得筛网板上下抖动,以免筛网板堵塞;设置搅拌杆,可对塑料编织袋上的杂物进一步分离。

所述上料组件包括与所述进料斗(2)配合的输送带(21)、设于所述进料斗(2)内的转轴(22)、均匀设于所述转轴上的多个拨板(23)、设于所述拨板上的弧形弯曲部、设于所述弧形弯曲部上的多个凸起及驱动所述转轴转动的第一驱动件(24);
所述进料斗(2)内倾斜设有刮板(27),所述刮板(27)设有与凸起配合的凹槽;
所述破碎机构包括对应设于所述机体(1)内的破碎辊(3)、均匀设于所述破碎辊(3)上的刀片(31)、驱动所述破碎辊转动的第二驱动件、连接所述刀片与破碎辊的连接组件及防缠组件;
