As shown in fig. 3, the email client and the email server (receiving server, sending server) form an email system, wherein the email client includes a user interaction module, a storage module, a sending module, and a receiving module; the user interaction module is mainly responsible for mail account login, mail display, mail writing, account setting and the like; the storage module is mainly responsible for storing mail information, account information, user setting information and the like; the sending module is mainly responsible for communicating with the sending server, and collects and packages the mail information written by the user into a mail format to be sent to the sending server; the receiving module is mainly responsible for synchronously receiving the new mails on the server, acquiring the data and the related information of the mails and storing the mail data in the storage module.
The following are specific steps of the method for processing the mail in this embodiment:
step S10, acquiring the sent mail of the current mail account;
in this embodiment, an association relationship between a sent mail and a reply mail corresponding to the sent mail is established and stored according to the sent mail of the mail account and all reply mails corresponding to the sent mail.
When a user wants to know the reply condition of the sent mail, the user logs in the mail account of the user through the mail client and enters a sent mail list interface, and the mail client acquires the sent mail of the current mail account. Optionally, the mail information of the sent mail is acquired, and the mail information of the sent mail is displayed.
Step S20, inquiring whether the sent mail has an associated reply mail; if yes, go to step S30; if not, go to step S40;
step S30, displaying the replied mark on the display interface corresponding to the sent mail;
step S40, the operation ends.
And then, according to the association relationship between the sent mail and the reply mail corresponding to the sent mail, inquiring whether the sent mail of the current mail account has the associated reply mail, namely inquiring whether the sent mail is replied. Optionally, for a plurality of sent mails in the sent mail list, sequentially inquiring whether each sent mail has an associated reply mail.
For each sent email, there may be two query results, one query result is that the sent email has an associated reply email, that is, the sent email has been replied, and at this time, a preset replied mark is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the sent email.
Another query result is that the sent email has no associated reply email, that is, the sent email has not been replied, at this time, the operation is ended, and the query of the next sent email is performed until each sent email in the sent email list is queried.
In this way, for each replied sent mail in the sent mail list, a preset replied mark is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the sent mail. The user can intuitively know whether the sent mail is replied or not by looking at the replied mark.
Optionally, after the step S20, the method further includes:
step a, if the sent mail has a relevant reply mail, reading mail information of the reply mail, wherein the mail information comprises information of a replying person;
and b, displaying the information of the replier on a display interface corresponding to the sent mail.
Optionally, in order to further improve user experience, when it is found that the sent email has an associated reply email, the email client reads email information corresponding to the reply email associated with the sent email, where the email information includes replying person information, and the replying person information includes, but is not limited to, a replying person name, a replying person email account, and other information.
And displaying the information of the replied person on the display interface corresponding to the sent mail according to the acquired information of the replied person while displaying the preset replied mark on the display interface corresponding to the sent mail. Therefore, when the user checks the information of the replier, the user can intuitively know who replied the sent mail, so that the user experience is greatly improved for the condition that the user sends the sent mail to a plurality of people, and the user does not need to check who replied one by one and does not reply.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the recipient information of the sent email is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the sent email, and for different situations that the recipient has replied and has not replied, the recipient information is displayed in different ways, and optionally, different colors are displayed to distinguish different situations that the recipient has replied and has not replied. For example, the recipient information is displayed in grayscale in the case of a reply, and is displayed in black in the case of an unanswered reply.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, whether the associated reply e-mail exists in the sent e-mail is inquired by acquiring the sent e-mail of the current e-mail account, and if the associated reply e-mail exists in the sent e-mail, the reply mark is displayed on the display interface corresponding to the sent e-mail, so that a user can intuitively know whether the sent e-mail is replied by checking whether the reply mark is displayed, and does not need to input keyword search in an inbox list and check whether the reply e-mail exists in a search result, so that the efficiency of acquiring the reply state of the e-mail is improved, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In an embodiment, a second embodiment of the mail processing method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after step S20, the method further includes:

In order to further improve the user experience, in this embodiment, when it is found that the sent email has an associated reply email, a shortcut entry is displayed on a display interface corresponding to the sent email. The user can quickly acquire the reply mails related to the sent mails through the quick entrance. Specifically, when the user needs to obtain the reply email corresponding to the sent email, the user may execute a corresponding preset operation based on the shortcut entry, for example, click the shortcut entry.
When receiving a preset operation based on a shortcut entrance executed by a user, the mail client side inquires and acquires the reply mail associated with the sent mail according to the stored association relationship between the sent mail and the reply mail corresponding to the sent mail. When the reply e-mail associated with the sent e-mail is acquired, the acquired reply e-mail is displayed, and optionally, all the reply e-mails associated with the sent e-mail are displayed in a list. For example, when the user sends the sent mail to multiple recipients, the reply mails of the multiple recipients to the sent mail may be received later, and when the stored association relationship between the sent mail and the reply mail corresponding to the sent mail is queried, multiple reply mails associated with the sent mail are obtained. And when the multiple reply mails are acquired, displaying the multiple reply mails in a list. In an implementation example, in order to further improve the user experience, the multiple reply mails are displayed in a list with the priority in the order from high to low (or from low to high). Specifically, when the plurality of reply emails are acquired, the priority corresponding to each reply email is determined according to the replier of each reply email. For example, the priority corresponding to each reply e-mail is determined according to the priority level of the repliers preset by the user. And after the priority corresponding to each reply mail is determined, displaying the multiple reply mails in a list according to the priority corresponding to each reply mail.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when the existence of the reply e-mail associated with the sent e-mail is inquired, the shortcut entry is displayed on the display interface corresponding to the sent e-mail, then when the preset operation based on the shortcut entry is received, the reply e-mail associated with the sent e-mail is obtained, and the obtained reply e-mail is displayed, namely, the reply e-mail is rapidly obtained through the shortcut entry, so that the rapidity of obtaining the reply e-mail is improved.
