In the device provided by the embodiment of the application, when receiving a confirmation instruction sent by a user, a pre-created notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction is sent to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail; for each addressee, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time; if the information mail fed back by the receiver is received, the information mail is stored in a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the addressee is not received, the preset reminding information is sent to the addressee at regular time so as to remind the addressee of feeding back the information. By applying the application, the information mails fed back by the addressees can be automatically classified and stored, if the information mails fed back by the user are not monitored, the reminding information is sent to the addressees at regular time according to the preset timing nodes, so that the addressees fed back by the addressees are reminded at regular time, the time spent by the user is not needed to check the addressees without feeding back the information mails one by one, the reminding information is sent to each addressee fed back by one, the time and effort required by the user for collecting the information through the mails are effectively reduced, and the working efficiency of the user is improved.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the present application, based on the above scheme, the device may further be configured:
the first judging unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the non-feedback information mail exists or not;
the generating unit is used for generating feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mail if no addressees of the information mails which are not fed back exist, and feeding the feedback completion information back to the user so as to remind the user that the information mails corresponding to the notification mail are collected; and if the addressees of the information mails which are not fed back exist, the feedback completion information is not generated.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the present application, based on the above scheme, the device may further be configured:
an acquiring unit configured to acquire mail creation information and recipient information in an information collection mail when the information collection mail is received;
the determining unit is used for determining a receiver list corresponding to the notification mail according to the receiver information, wherein the receiver list at least comprises one receiver;
and the adding unit is used for creating notification mails according to the mail creation information, adding the mailbox addresses of the recipients in the recipient list into the notification mails, and creating temporary folders for the notification mails.
In the apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present application, based on the above scheme, the monitoring unit 402 may be configured to:
the detection subunit is used for detecting whether the mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time;
the extraction subunit is used for extracting mail information in the mail if the mail fed back by the addressee is detected, and judging whether the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail according to the mail information;
a first determining subunit, configured to determine, if the information identifier of the mail information is the same as the feedback identifier of the notification mail, the mail as an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
and the second determining subunit is used for determining the mail as the information mail corresponding to the notification mail if the information identifier of the mail information is different from the feedback identifier of the notification mail.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the present application, based on the above scheme, the device may further be configured:
the second judging unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the non-feedback information mail exists or not when the preset stop time node is reached;
the feedback unit is used for generating an unreturned information mail list if the recipients of the unreturned information mails exist, wherein the unreturned information mail list comprises all the recipients of the unreturned information mails; feeding back the non-feedback information mail list to the user, and stopping monitoring the recipients of the non-feedback information mail; and if the recipients of the non-feedback information mail do not exist, the non-feedback information mail list is not generated.
The embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein when the instructions run, the equipment where the storage medium is controlled to execute the following email processing method, and the method comprises the following steps:
when receiving a confirmation instruction sent by a user, sending a pre-created notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail;
for each addressee, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is received, the information mail is stored in a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time so as to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, whose structural schematic diagram is shown in fig. 5, specifically including a memory 501, and one or more programs 502, where the one or more programs 502 are stored in the memory 501, and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 503, where the one or more programs 502 perform the following operations:
when receiving a confirmation instruction sent by a user, sending a pre-created notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail;
for each addressee, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is received, the information mail is stored in a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time so as to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.

Claims (6)

1. A method of processing an email, comprising:
when a confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, analyzing the confirmation instruction to acquire the determination information in the confirmation instruction, and determining a corresponding pre-created notification mail according to the determination information;
sending the determined notification mail to each addressee corresponding to the notification mail; the notification mail is a mail which is created in advance based on mail creation information of the notification mail; the mail creation information comprises a mail identifier and a feedback identifier; the feedback identification includes a keyword or a format of a body in the mail;
for each addressee, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is received, the information mail is stored in a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is not received, the preset reminding information is sent to the addressee at regular time so as to remind the addressee of feeding back the information mail; the temporary folder is a folder created according to the mail identifier of the notification mail;
judging whether the recipients of the non-feedback information mails exist or not according to the information mails stored in the temporary folder, if the information mails fed back by each recipient are stored in the temporary folder, determining that the recipients of the non-feedback information mails do not exist, and if the information mails fed back by all the recipients are not stored in the temporary folder, judging that the recipients of the non-feedback information mails exist;
if no addressees of the information mails which are not fed back exist, feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mails is generated, and the feedback completion information is fed back to the user so as to remind the user that the information mails corresponding to the notification mails are collected;
if the addressees of the information mails which are not fed back exist, the feedback completion information is not generated;
the real-time monitoring whether the information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the recipient is received or not includes:
detecting whether a mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time;
if the mail fed back by the addressee is detected, extracting mail information in the mail, and judging whether the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail according to the mail information; the mail information comprises an information identifier, wherein the information identifier is a keyword or a text format of a text in a mail;
if the information identification of the mail information is the same as the feedback identification of the notification mail, determining the mail as the information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
if the information identification of the mail information is different from the feedback identification of the notification mail, the mail is not determined to be the information mail corresponding to the notification mail.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the process of pre-creating the notification mail comprises:
when receiving an information collection mail, acquiring mail creation information and recipient information in the information collection mail;
determining a receiver list corresponding to the notification mail according to the receiver information, wherein the receiver list at least comprises one receiver;
creating notification mails according to the mail creation information, adding the mailbox addresses of the recipients in the recipient list into the notification mails, and creating temporary folders for the notification mails.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
when the preset stop time node is reached, judging whether a receiver of the non-feedback information mail exists or not;
if the recipients of the non-feedback information mails exist, generating a non-feedback information mail list, wherein the non-feedback information mail list comprises all the recipients of the non-feedback information mails; feeding back the non-feedback information mail list to the user, and stopping monitoring the recipients of the non-feedback information mail;
and if the recipients of the non-feedback information mail do not exist, the non-feedback information mail list is not generated.
4. An electronic mail processing apparatus, comprising:
the sending unit is used for analyzing the confirmation instruction to acquire the determination information in the confirmation instruction when receiving the confirmation instruction sent by the user, and determining the corresponding pre-created notification mail according to the determination information; sending the determined notification mail to each addressee corresponding to the notification mail; the notification mail is a mail which is created in advance based on mail creation information of the notification mail; the mail creation information comprises a mail identifier and a feedback identifier; the feedback identification includes a keyword or a format of a body in the mail;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether the information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time for each addressee; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is received, the information mail is stored in a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; if the information mail fed back by the addressee is not received, the preset reminding information is sent to the addressee at regular time so as to remind the addressee of feeding back the information mail; the temporary folder is a folder created according to the mail identifier of the notification mail;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the recipients of the non-feedback information mails exist according to the information mails stored in the temporary folder, if the information mails fed back by each recipient are stored in the temporary folder, determining that the recipients of the non-feedback information mails do not exist, and if the information mails fed back by all the recipients are not stored in the temporary folder, determining that the recipients of the non-feedback information mails exist;
the generating unit is used for generating feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mail if no addressees of the information mails which are not fed back exist, and feeding the feedback completion information back to the user so as to remind the user that the information mails corresponding to the notification mail are collected; if the addressee of the non-feedback information mail exists, the feedback completion information is not generated
Wherein, the monitoring unit includes:
the detection subunit is used for detecting whether the mail fed back by the addressee is received or not in real time;

an acquiring unit configured to acquire mail creation information and recipient information in an information collection mail when the information collection mail is received;
the determining unit is used for determining a receiver list corresponding to the notification mail according to the receiver information, wherein the receiver list at least comprises one receiver;
and the adding unit is used for creating notification mails according to the mail creation information, adding the mailbox addresses of the recipients in the recipient list into the notification mails, and creating temporary folders for the notification mails.
6. The apparatus as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
the second judging unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the non-feedback information mail exists or not when the preset stop time node is reached;
the feedback unit is used for generating an unreturned information mail list if the recipients of the unreturned information mails exist, wherein the unreturned information mail list comprises all the recipients of the unreturned information mails; feeding back the non-feedback information mail list to the user, and stopping monitoring the recipients of the non-feedback information mail; and if the recipients of the non-feedback information mail do not exist, the non-feedback information mail list is not generated.
