a monitoring unit 402, configured to monitor, in real time, whether an information email corresponding to the notification email and fed back by the recipient is received for each recipient; if an information mail fed back by the receiver is received, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, a pre-created notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction is sent to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail; for each receiver, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time; if receiving an information mail fed back by a receiver, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information. By applying the method and the device, the information mails fed back by the receivers can be automatically classified and stored, if the information mails fed back by the user are not monitored, the reminding information is sent to the receivers at regular time according to the preset timing node so as to remind the receivers of feeding back the information mails at regular time, so that the users do not need to spend time to check the receivers of the mails which are not fed back one by one and send the reminding information to each receiver which is fed back the information mails one by one, the time and the energy which are required by the users to collect the information through the mails are effectively reduced, and the working efficiency of the users is improved.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above scheme, the apparatus may further be configured to:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists;
the generating unit is used for generating feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mail and feeding back the feedback completion information to the user to remind the user that the information mail corresponding to the notification mail is collected completely if no receiver of the information mail which is not fed back exists; and if the recipients of the mails without the feedback information exist, the feedback completion information is not generated.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above scheme, the apparatus may further be configured to:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a sending unit and a receiving unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring mail creating information and recipient information in an information collecting mail when the information collecting mail is received;
a determining unit, configured to determine, according to the recipient information, a recipient list corresponding to the notification email, where the recipient list at least includes one recipient;
and the adding unit is used for creating a notification mail according to the mail creating information, adding the mailbox address of each receiver in the receiver list to the notification mail, and creating a temporary folder for the notification mail.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above scheme, the monitoring unit 402 may be configured to:
the detection subunit is used for detecting whether the mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time;
the extracting subunit is configured to, if a mail fed back by the recipient is detected, extract mail information in the mail, and determine, according to the mail information, whether the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
a first determining subunit, configured to determine, if an information identifier of the mail information is the same as a feedback identifier of the notification mail, that the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
and the second determining subunit is configured to, if the information identifier of the mail information is different from the feedback identifier of the notification mail, not determine the mail as an information mail corresponding to the notification mail.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above scheme, the apparatus may further be configured to:
the second judgment unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists or not when the preset stop time node is reached;
the feedback unit is used for generating an unrevealed information mail list if the receivers of the unrevealed information mails exist, wherein the unrevealed information mail list comprises all the receivers of the unrevealed information mails; feeding back the list of the unrevealed information mails to the user, and stopping monitoring the receivers of the unrevealed information mails; and if the addressees of the mails with the information which is not fed back do not exist, the list of the mails with the information which is not fed back is not generated.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored instruction, wherein when the instruction runs, the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the following email processing method, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, sending a pre-established notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail;
for each receiver, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time; if an information mail fed back by the receiver is received, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 5, specifically including a memory 501 and one or more programs 502, where the one or more programs 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations of the one or more programs 502:
when a confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, sending a pre-established notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail;
for each receiver, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time; if an information mail fed back by the receiver is received, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (10)

1. An electronic mail processing method, comprising:
when a confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, sending a pre-established notification mail corresponding to the confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail;
for each receiver, monitoring whether an information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time; if an information mail fed back by the receiver is received, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists;
if the receiver of the information mail which is not fed back does not exist, generating feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mail, and feeding back the feedback completion information to the user to remind the user that the information mail corresponding to the notification mail is collected;
and if the recipients of the mails without the feedback information exist, the feedback completion information is not generated.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the process of pre-creating the notification mail comprises:
when an information collection mail is received, mail creation information and recipient information in the information collection mail are obtained;
determining a recipient list corresponding to the notification mail according to the recipient information, wherein the recipient list at least comprises one recipient;
and creating a notification mail according to the mail creating information, adding the mailbox address of each receiver in the receiver list to the notification mail, and creating a temporary folder for the notification mail.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the real-time monitoring whether the information mail corresponding to the notification mail fed back by the receiver is received comprises:
detecting whether the mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time;
if the mail fed back by the receiver is detected, extracting the mail information in the mail, and judging whether the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail according to the mail information;
if the information identifier of the mail information is the same as the feedback identifier of the notification mail, determining the mail as an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
and if the information identifier of the mail information is not the same as the feedback identifier of the notification mail, not determining the mail as the information mail corresponding to the notification mail.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a preset stop time node is reached, judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists or not;
if the receivers of the mails with the information which is not fed back exist, generating a list of the mails with the information which is not fed back, wherein the list of the mails with the information which is not fed back contains all the receivers of the mails with the information which is not fed back; feeding back the list of the unrevealed information mails to the user, and stopping monitoring the receivers of the unrevealed information mails;
and if the addressees of the mails with the information which is not fed back do not exist, the list of the mails with the information which is not fed back is not generated.
6. An electronic mail processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a sending unit, a receiving unit and a sending unit, wherein the sending unit is used for sending a pre-created notification mail corresponding to a confirmation instruction to each receiver corresponding to the notification mail when the confirmation instruction sent by a user is received;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether an information mail which is fed back by the receiver and corresponds to the notification mail is received in real time for each receiver; if an information mail fed back by the receiver is received, storing the information mail into a temporary folder corresponding to the notification mail; and if the information mail fed back by the receiver is not received, sending preset reminding information to the receiver at regular time to remind the receiver of feeding back the information mail.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists;
the generating unit is used for generating feedback completion information corresponding to the notification mail and feeding back the feedback completion information to the user to remind the user that the information mail corresponding to the notification mail is collected completely if no receiver of the information mail which is not fed back exists; and if the recipients of the mails without the feedback information exist, the feedback completion information is not generated.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a sending unit and a receiving unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring mail creating information and recipient information in an information collecting mail when the information collecting mail is received;
a determining unit, configured to determine, according to the recipient information, a recipient list corresponding to the notification email, where the recipient list at least includes one recipient;
and the adding unit is used for creating a notification mail according to the mail creating information, adding the mailbox address of each receiver in the receiver list to the notification mail, and creating a temporary folder for the notification mail.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the monitoring unit comprises:
the detection subunit is used for detecting whether the mail fed back by the receiver is received in real time;
the extracting subunit is configured to, if a mail fed back by the recipient is detected, extract mail information in the mail, and determine, according to the mail information, whether the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
a first determining subunit, configured to determine, if an information identifier of the mail information is the same as a feedback identifier of the notification mail, that the mail is an information mail corresponding to the notification mail;
and the second determining subunit is configured to, if the information identifier of the mail information is different from the feedback identifier of the notification mail, not determine the mail as an information mail corresponding to the notification mail.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second judgment unit is used for judging whether a receiver of the mail without the feedback information exists or not when the preset stop time node is reached;
the feedback unit is used for generating an unrevealed information mail list if the receivers of the unrevealed information mails exist, wherein the unrevealed information mail list comprises all the receivers of the unrevealed information mails; feeding back the list of the unrevealed information mails to the user, and stopping monitoring the receivers of the unrevealed information mails; and if the addressees of the mails with the information which is not fed back do not exist, the list of the mails with the information which is not fed back is not generated.
