Abstract

Nowadays, e-mail is an indispensable communication tool in work and life, and people need to spend a lot of time to send and receive e-mail every day, which reduces work efficiency.
In the prior art, some mail assistants help users to screen mails and distinguish important mails from secondary mails, but the function cannot play a role in the work of a mail communication flow of team cooperation, and cannot help users to improve the mail processing efficiency in the work of the mail communication flow.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1:
the team project has the advantages of more personnel, long project time and more mails, the energy of the personnel required to process the mails is huge, and if the time consumed by the workers in the mail processing process can be reduced, the project processing efficiency can be improved.
Some mail assistants designed by those skilled in the art often do not consider specific application scenarios, and generally are settings in display for spam mails and normal mails, and these settings cannot be applied to mail processing in this scenario.
The applicant finds out through research that the most main and key technical problems in the mail processing process are as follows: the content of a plurality of places in the mail needs to be set manually, and the writing of the mail text needs to consume much time. In step S1, there are many methods for verifying the user identity, and any method in the prior art can be used to identify the identity, and after the identification is completed, step 2 is performed, and the mail template list is loaded from the local or remote storage medium according to the user identity information; at least one mail template is recorded in the mail template list. Those skilled in the art can set the mail template locally or in the cloud or both locally and in the cloud to improve fault tolerance. And when the mail template cannot be found locally and a mail template list is generated, the mail template list is obtained from the cloud.
In this embodiment, the email template list includes a plurality of email templates, which can be selected by a user. Each mail template is provided with a respective format module, a flow module and an instruction module so as to generate the required mail according to the requirement.

In this embodiment, the body format includes: paragraph font, color, background, and font size; the indentation, alignment mode and number of each paragraph; whether HTML rendering and rendering mode. The text content is the content of the pre-editing number and can be directly filled into the mail for rendering.
In this embodiment, the first process module includes: whether a sending mode, a personnel list, a file address and a mail need to be answered or not; and if the mail needs to be answered, setting a flow number in the generated mail.
In this embodiment, the flow code includes a work content code, a serial number, a reply duration code, and a check code, where the work content code is used to determine items of the mail, the serial number determines the order of the mail, the reply duration code is used to determine the reply time of the mail, and the check code is used to check whether the flow code is correct.

In step S3, responding to the first mail template selected by the user and calling a first instruction module of the first mail template, where the first instruction module is configured to extract data from the first format module and the first process module of the first mail template, and obtain a recipient, a transcriber, a subject, a text, a file, and a process number of the mail according to the extracted data; and generating the acquired addressees, the copying and sending persons, the subjects, the texts, the files and the process numbers into the mails.
In this implementation, the functions that the instruction module can implement include, but are not limited to, the following functions: data can be extracted from the flow module; setting a mail sending mode, a receiver and a copying and sending person; traversing and packaging files of the target path; checking whether the file or the data list is complete; text data of the format module can be filled and rendered; abstract information (which can be the project or project name and also can be a team cooperation subject) can be inserted into the mail subject (or title); and inserting a flow code according to the flow data for specifying whether the user needs to reply the email.

in step S4, a mail is transmitted at a set time in response to a mail transmission command from the user.

In step S5, the acquiring the mail from the mail server specifically includes:

In this embodiment, the first reminder is used to remind the user to reply to the email. Since in team collaboration, both the recipient and sender of the mail are generally fixed, the list of people can be modified directly if a change occurs. In step S6, it is understood that the reply mail is sent as a mail, and therefore, the method is different from the method of sending a mail in embodiment 1 in that the necessary mail template can be automatically screened out when the reply mail is sent, thereby further saving labor of workers.

Since the worker may not reply to the mail in the first time, the delay of the reply may easily cause the problem that the mail is forgotten to reply and the reply is overdue. Therefore, the problem of missed response and overdue response of the mail needs to be solved through flow coding.

and sending the mail at the set time in response to the mail sending command of the user.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first process module comprises: whether a sending mode, a personnel list, a file address and a mail need to be answered or not; and if the mail needs to be answered, setting a flow number in the generated mail.

a second instruction module of a second mail template is called, the second instruction module is used for extracting data from a second format module and a second flow module of the second mail template, and a receiver, a copying person, a subject, a text, a file and a flow number of the mail are obtained according to the extracted data; generating mails from the acquired recipients, the copying and sending persons, the subjects, the texts, the files and the process numbers;
and sending the mail at the set time in response to the mail sending command of the user.
6. A method for receiving and replying to an e-mail as claimed in claim 5, wherein said obtaining the e-mail from the e-mail server comprises:
