本发明公开了一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,它是由超耐候薄膜,丁基自粘胶,PE隔离膜以及专用底涂剂组成,其中超耐候薄膜由表层白色耐候膜、中间复合强力交叉膜骨架以及下层粘结膜组成,丁基自粘胶由丁基橡胶45‑55%,氯化聚乙烯8‑12%,增塑剂3‑9%,增粘树脂20‑25%,补强剂12.5‑24%,抗氧剂3‰‑8‰,紫外线吸收剂5‑8‰组成,配以硅烷偶联剂用作底涂剂,本发明的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材具有力学性能优异,兼具反光隔热功能,耐久性佳,可长期外露使用的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,属材料领域。
背景技术
金属屋面因无法覆混凝土保护层,同时温差大,变形伸缩大,我国普遍使用的沥青类防水卷材以及金属屋面涂料在金属屋面上使用效果均较差,耐用年限只有3-5年,而国外金属屋面广泛应用的PVC和TPO类防水卷材在我国起步较晚,同时技术门槛较高,施工配件无相应国家标准,施工质量参差不齐,导致金属屋面用防水卷材是近年来防水行业重点研发、完善区域。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是目前金属屋面用防水卷材耐久性差以及施工要求高,3-5年即需要翻修,严重影响此类防水领域应用等问题,本发明重点解决金属屋面用防水卷材粘结不牢、耐久性差以及施工要求高等问题,旨在开发金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,可外露使用20年以上。
为解决上述问题,本发明公开一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,通过以下技术方案实现。
一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,它是由超耐候薄膜,丁基自粘胶以及专用底涂剂组成,其中超耐候薄膜由表层白色耐候膜、中间复合强力交叉膜骨架以及下层粘结膜组成,丁基自粘胶由氯化丁基橡胶45-55%,氯化聚乙烯8-12%,增塑剂3-9%,增粘树脂20-25%,补强剂12.5-24%,抗氧剂3‰-8‰,紫外线吸收剂5-8‰组成,配以硅烷偶联剂用作底涂剂。
本发明中,所述表层白色耐候膜选自铝膜为面层,铝膜反射率86-90%,膜基厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
本发明中,所述中间复合强力交叉膜骨架由强力交叉膜70-80%和空心玻璃珠20-30%混炼复合挤出而成,其中强力交叉膜为45°角复合而成,空心玻璃珠二氧化硅含量>75%。
本发明中,所述下层粘结膜由POE树脂吹塑而成,其中熔体流动速率6.0-8.5g/10min。
本发明中,所述丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶,门尼粘度48-51,氯含量1.1%。
本发明中,所述氯化聚乙烯为树脂型氯化聚乙烯,氯含量35-36%。
本发明中,所述增塑剂选自环烷油和橡胶填充油的组合,其中环烷油:橡胶填充油比例在(2-4):1,环烷油占比较大,可充分溶胀丁基橡胶,降低螺杆挤出粘度,便于生产操作,环烷油运动粘度200-600mpa·s,橡胶填充油运动粘度1300-2000mpa·s。
本发明中,所述的丁基自粘胶,增粘树脂以氢化碳五石油树脂为主体,含量60-80%,软化点91-92℃,经氢化反应后树脂中的不饱和烃转变成为饱和烃,耐候性极好,同时配以萜烯树脂,软化点103-108℃,进行增粘丁基橡胶,赋予丁基自粘胶良好的润湿性和粘结性。
本发明中,所述补强剂为气相法白炭黑,其中SiO2含量90-95%,DOP吸收值:2.00-2.80cm/g。
本发明中,所述抗氧剂选自亚磷酸酯,酚类抗氧剂配合使用,按照亚磷酸三(2.4-二叔丁基苯基)酯:N,N’-1,6-亚己基-二-[3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰胺]=3:1复配配合使用,将亚磷酸酯与酚类抗氧剂配合使用,可充分发挥协同作用,其中亚磷酸酯为辅助抗氧剂,此复配抗氧剂可以保证热熔压敏胶在生产和使用过程中不降解。
本发明中,所述紫外线吸收剂按照聚-{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-亚氨基]-1:3,5-三嗪-2,4-二基][2-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)-氨基]-亚己基-[4-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)-亚氨基]}=2:1复合使用。
上面所述超耐候薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯颗粒与空心玻璃珠通过共挤吹塑,旋切成45°角的拉伸定型成复合强力交叉膜。
将中间复合强力交叉膜与下层POE膜采用多层共挤的方式高温熔融叠压复合而成。
在真空条件下将铝熔融气化,在复合强力交叉膜上镀上一层金属铝形成超耐候薄膜。
上面所述丁基自粘胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将氯化丁基橡胶和白炭黑在密炼机中充分混合,捏练,温度控制在135-140℃。
加入树脂型氯化聚乙烯和增塑剂,在密炼机中捏和均匀,以体系为粘稠均一膏状体为重点。
升温至165-170℃,随后加入增粘树脂、抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂搅拌均匀,出料即可。
上面所述的专用底涂剂选自市售硅烷偶联剂。
上面所述一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材包括以下步骤:
超耐候薄膜在设备上经烘干、定型匀速铺展开。
丁基自粘胶在145-155℃下熔融,通过螺杆挤出,将丁基自粘胶覆在超耐候薄膜上,控制挤出模口厚度为0.5mm,覆合温度125±3℃。
随后覆合PE隔离膜,对卷材进行定型冷却,即得成品。
本发明的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,采用底涂剂的底涂处理,可大大降低施工难度,且可保证与基层的满粘性,同时丁基橡胶本身极好的耐老化性能以及与超耐候薄膜的复合使用,可有效反射能量,降低卷材表面温度,大大延长卷材使用寿命,根据人工气候加速老化检测,评估可外露使用20年以上。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的发明实质,以下举例详细说明。
实施例1
强力交叉膜在设备上经烘干、定型匀速铺展开,将配方用量制成的丁基自粘胶在145-148℃下熔融,通过螺杆挤出,将丁基自粘胶覆在超耐候薄膜上,控制挤出模口厚度为0.5mm,覆合温度122-125℃。随后覆合PE隔离膜,对卷材进行定型冷却,即得成品。具体配方用量及性能测试见表一。
实施例2
超耐候薄膜由白色铝膜(厚度:0.1mm)、覆合强力交叉膜(76%强力交叉膜和21%空心玻璃珠复合而成,厚度0.1mm)、POE膜组成。超耐候薄膜在设备上经烘干、定型匀速铺展开,将配方用量制成的丁基自粘胶在145-148℃下熔融,通过螺杆挤出,将丁基自粘胶覆在超耐候薄膜上,控制挤出模口厚度为0.5mm,覆合温度122-125℃。随后覆合PE隔离膜,对卷材进行定型冷却,即得成品。具体配方用量及性能测试见表一。
实施例3

实施例5
超耐候薄膜由白色铝膜(厚度:0.1mm)、覆合强力交叉膜(76%强力交叉膜和21%空心玻璃珠复合而成,厚度0.15mm)、POE膜组成。超耐候薄膜在设备上经烘干、定型匀速铺展开,将配方用量制成的丁基自粘胶在148-153℃下熔融,通过螺杆挤出,将丁基自粘胶覆在超耐候薄膜上,控制挤出模口厚度为0.5mm,覆合温度122-125℃。随后覆合PE隔离膜,对卷材进行定型冷却,即得成品。具体配方用量及性能测试见表一。

由上述数据可以看出,本发明的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,与金属板剥离强度高,经过严格的人工气候加速老化后超耐候薄膜力学性能保持率在95%左右,同时丁基自粘胶经过人工气候加速老化后与金属板剥离强度达到1.7N/mm,仍具有满粘特性和良好的粘结强度,可长期暴露使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,其由超耐候薄膜,丁基自粘胶、PE隔离膜以及专用底涂剂组成,其中超耐候薄膜由表层白色耐候膜、中间复合强力交叉膜骨架以及下层粘结膜组成,丁基自粘胶由丁基橡胶45-55%,氯化聚乙烯8-12%,增塑剂 3-9%,增粘树脂20-25%,补强剂12.5-24%,抗氧剂3‰-8‰,紫外线吸收剂5-8‰组成,配以硅烷偶联剂用作底涂剂;所述中间复合强力交叉膜骨架由强力交叉膜70-80%和空心玻璃珠20-30%混炼复合挤出而成;所述氯化聚乙烯为树脂型氯化聚乙烯;
所述表层白色耐候膜选自铝膜为面层,膜基厚度为0.1-0.15mm;所述下层粘结膜由POE树脂吹塑而成;
所述超耐候薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯颗粒与空心玻璃珠通过共挤吹塑,旋切成45°角的拉伸定型成复合强力交叉膜;
将中间复合强力交叉膜与下层POE膜采用多层共挤的方式高温熔融叠压复合而成;
在真空条件下将铝熔融气化,在复合强力交叉膜上镀上一层金属铝形成超耐候薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂选用氢化碳五石油树脂和萜烯树脂的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增塑剂选自环烷油和橡胶填充油的组合;所述补强剂为气相法白炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自亚磷酸酯,酚类抗氧剂配合使用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属屋面专用外露型自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自亚磷酸三(2.4-二叔丁基苯基)酯,N,N’-1,6-亚己基-二-[3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯丙酰胺]两种组合。
