本发明公开了一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,工艺步骤包括:将面料放入整理剂中于10‑16℃浸泡30‑40min,再于50‑60℃进行温热处理40‑50min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为70‑80%,30‑40℃低温烘至7‑8成干;将烘至7‑8成干的面料放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100‑120℃,机车速为35‑55m/min;将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度110‑120℃,机车速为40‑50m/min;将定型结束后将面料进行收卷。所述整理剂,包括阻燃整理剂FR‑106 50‑70g/L、渗透剂OT 2‑5g/L、交联剂3‑6g/L、柔软剂GS‑550 15‑25g/L、三防整理剂SK‑4005 20‑30g/L、抗紫外剂HTUV‑150 10‑16g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇2‑5g/L。本发明能对面料同时进行抗菌、抗紫外、阻燃及其三防整理,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,具有良好的市场推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术后整理领域,具体地说,是一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,单一功能的纺织品已远远不能满足人们的需求,多功能整理的纺织品因其优良的性能越来越得到人们的认可和使用。
面料的多功能后整理是通过化学或物理的方法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能(如抗菌、抗紫外、抗皱、防静电、防水防油防污、阻燃等)的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。
目前,面料的多功能整理往往是单一功能的整理工艺,要赋予面料多种功能,则需要通过多道整理工序依次对面料进行整理,整理过程繁杂,成本高,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,能对面料同时进行抗菌、抗紫外、阻燃及其三防整理,简化生产工艺,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
本发明一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:将面料放入整理剂中于10-16℃浸泡30-40min,再于50-60℃进行温热处理40-50min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为70-80%,30-40℃低温烘至7-8成干;将烘至7-8成干的面料放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100-120℃,机车速为35-55m/min;将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度110-120℃,机车速为40-50m/min;将定型结束后将面料进行收卷;
所述整理剂,包括青岛联美化工有限公司的阻燃整理剂FR-106 50-70g/L、淄博海杰化工公司的渗透剂OT 2-5g/L、交联剂3-6g/L、宁波市鄞州建国化工助剂厂的柔软剂GS-55015-25g/L、常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的三防整理剂SK-4005 20-30g/L、赫特公司的抗紫外剂HTUV-150 10-16g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇2-5g/L。
优选的,所述整理剂包括青岛联美化工有限公司的阻燃整理剂FR-106 60g/L、淄博海杰化工公司的渗透剂OT 3g/L、交联剂4.5g/L、宁波市鄞州建国化工助剂厂的柔软剂GS-550 20g/L、常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的三防整理剂SK-4005 25g/L、赫特公司的抗紫外剂HTUV-150 13g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇3.5g/L。
优选的,所述交联剂,为聚马来酸。
优选的,所述浸轧处理为二浸二轧工艺。

一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:将面料放入整理剂中于13℃浸泡35min,再于55℃进行温热处理45min后进行二浸二轧处理,轧液率为75%,35℃低温烘至8成干;将烘至8成干的面料放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度110℃,机车速为45m/min;将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度115℃,机车速为45m/min;将定型结束后将面料进行收卷;所述整理剂包括青岛联美化工有限公司的阻燃整理剂FR-106 60g/L、淄博海杰化工公司的渗透剂OT 3g/L、交联剂4.5g/L、宁波市鄞州建国化工助剂厂的柔软剂GS-550 20g/L、常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的三防整理剂SK-4005 25g/L、赫特公司的抗紫外剂HTUV-150 13g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇3.5g/L。

一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:将面料放入整理剂中于16℃浸泡30min,再于60℃进行温热处理40min后进行二浸二轧处理,轧液率为80%,40℃低温烘至8成干;将烘至8成干的面料放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度120℃,机车速为55m/min;将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度120℃,机车速为50m/min;将定型结束后将面料进行收卷;所述整理剂包括青岛联美化工有限公司的阻燃整理剂FR-106 70g/L、淄博海杰化工公司的渗透剂OT 5g/L、聚马来酸交联剂6g/L、宁波市鄞州建国化工助剂厂的柔软剂GS-550 25g/L、常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的三防整理剂SK-4005 30g/L、赫特公司的抗紫外剂HTUV-150 16g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇5g/L。

1.一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所采用的工艺步骤包括:将面料放入整理剂中于10-16℃浸泡30-40min,再于50-60℃进行温热处理40-50min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为70-80%,30-40℃低温烘至7-8成干;将烘至7-8成干的面料放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100-120℃,机车速为35-55m/min;将培烘后的面料放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度110-120℃,机车速为40-50m/min;将定型结束后将面料进行收卷;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述整理剂包括青岛联美化工有限公司的阻燃整理剂FR-106 60g/L、淄博海杰化工公司的渗透剂OT 3g/L、交联剂4.5g/L、宁波市鄞州建国化工助剂厂的柔软剂GS-550 20g/L、常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的三防整理剂SK-4005 25g/L、赫特公司的抗紫外剂HTUV-150 13g/L、抗菌剂扁柏硫醇3.5g/L。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述交联剂,为聚马来酸。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述浸轧的方式为二浸二轧。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述培烘温度110℃,机车速为45m/min。
6.如权利要求1-5所述的一种针织面料的多功能后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述定型温度115℃,机车速为45m/min。
