本发明公开了一种丝绸织物的多功能后整理工艺,工艺步骤包括:将织物放入整理剂中于15‑20℃浸泡20‑25min,再于45‑55℃进行温热处理20‑30min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为85‑95%,30‑40℃低温烘至7‑8成干;将烘至7‑8成干的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100‑110℃,机车速为45‑55m/min;将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度105‑120℃,机车速为45‑60m/min;将定型结束后将织物进行收卷。所述整理剂,包括阻燃整理剂LD‑5002P 50‑60g/L、渗透剂OT 1‑3g/L、交联剂1‑3g/L、柔软剂GS‑550 15‑25g/L、三防整理剂特氟龙K‑26981‑A 20‑30g/L、抗菌剂羟基氯代二苯醚3‑6g/L、抗紫外剂AU‑100 15‑30g/L。本发明能对织物同时进行抗菌、抗紫外、阻燃及其三防整理,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,具有良好的市场推广价值。

背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,单一功能的纺织品已远远不能满足人们的需求,多功能整理的纺织品因其优良的性能越来越得到人们的认可和使用。
织物的多功能后整理是通过化学或物理的方法改善织物的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能(如抗菌、抗紫外、抗皱、防静电、防水防油防污、阻燃等)的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。
目前,织物的多功能整理往往是单一功能的整理工艺,要赋予织物多种功能,则需要通过多道整理工序依次对织物进行整理,整理过程繁杂,成本高,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种丝绸织物的多功能后整理工艺,能对织物同时进行抗菌、抗紫外、阻燃及其三防整理,简化生产工艺,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
本发明一种丝绸织物的多功能后整理工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:将织物放入整理剂中于15-20℃浸泡20-25min,再于45-55℃进行温热处理20-30min后进行浸轧处理,轧液率为85-95%,30-40℃低温烘至7-8成干;将烘至7-8成干的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100-110℃,机车速为45-55m/min;将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度105-120℃,机车速为45-60m/min;将定型结束后将织物进行收卷;
