技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火隔音降噪结构。
背景技术
船舶振动及其产生的噪声不仅会危害人类的身心健康、还能够对精密仪器、船体结构造成损害和破坏。国际海事组织IMO海上安全委员会(MSC)批准正式施行的《船上噪声等级规则》，对船舶各舱室、部位等振动、噪声做了严格的指标等级规定，引起各设计院所及船东的高度重视；此外，船舶的主甲板区域需要达到A-60 级耐火要求，这就需要敷料拥有优异的不燃和隔热保温性能。而用于船舶机器处所、活动场所及控制室等A-60级耐火要求的甲板，整体结构除了具有良好的耐火性能还需要优异的浮动性能，能够有效减少结构噪声和振动。因此目前需要研发出一种能隔音降噪及防火的防火隔音降噪结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种能隔音降噪及防火的防火隔音降噪结构，不仅能够应用于甲板上，还能够应用于围壁上。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：本发明包括内板及外板，所述外板设置在所述内板上，所述内板及所述外板之间依次设置有阻燃橡胶层、硬质泡沫层、吸音层及防火毯。
进一步，所述防火毯中开有腔体，所述腔体中配合设置有横梁，所述横梁的上端设置在所述外板上，所述横梁的下端设置在所述腔体的底部。
进一步，所述横梁的横截面呈T型。
进一步，所述腔体中还设置有填充层，所述填充层配合设置在所述防火毯及所述横梁之间。
进一步，所述防火毯的厚度为50mm。
进一步，所述阻燃橡胶层的厚度为2.5mm。
进一步，所述硬质泡沫层为发泡聚氨酯层,所述硬质泡沫层的厚度为50mm。
进一步，所述吸音层为发泡铝板，所述吸音层的厚度为9mm。
进一步，所述内板为穿孔铝板，所述外板为钢板甲板。
进一步，所述内板及所述外板之间连接有若干个碰钉，所述碰钉上配合设置有紧固压圈。
本发明的有益效果是：由于本发明包括内板及外板，所述外板设置在所述内板上，所述内板及所述外板之间依次设置有阻燃橡胶层、硬质泡沫层、吸音层及防火毯，所述阻燃橡胶层具有难燃性及阻燃性，所述吸音层具有良好的隔音效果，所述防火毯能够达到A60级防火作用，所以，本发明具有能隔音降噪及防火的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，在本实施例中，本发明包括内板1及外板2，所述外板2设置在所述内板1上，所述内板1及所述外板2之间依次设置有阻燃橡胶层3、硬质泡沫层4、吸音层6及防火毯7。所述阻燃橡胶层3具有难燃性及阻燃性，所述吸音层6具有良好的隔音效果，所述防火毯7能够达到A60级防火作用，使得本发明具有能隔音降噪及防火的优点。
在本实施例中，所述防火毯7中开有腔体8，所述腔体8中配合设置有横梁9，所述横梁9的上端设置在所述外板2上，所述横梁9的下端设置在所述腔体8的底部。所述横梁9的设置使得本发明的整体结构能够稳固。
在本实施例中，所述横梁9的横截面呈T型。
在本实施例中，所述腔体8中还设置有填充层，所述填充层配合设置在所述防火毯7及所述横梁9之间。所述填充层的设置使得本发明的内部更为紧凑，从而使得整体结构更为稳固。
在本实施例中，所述防火毯7的厚度为50mm。所述防火毯7的厚度为50mm的设置使得所述防火毯7能够达到A60级防火效果。
在本实施例中，所述阻燃橡胶层3的厚度为2.5mm。
在本实施例中，所述硬质泡沫层4为发泡聚氨酯层,所述硬质泡沫层4的厚度为50mm。所述发泡聚氨酯层在-10℃～80℃的温度范围内能够保持良好的弹性和粘结力，其具有填缝、粘结、密封等功能，另外所述发泡聚氨酯层能达到B级阻燃和C级阻燃。
在本实施例中，所述吸音层6为发泡铝板，所述吸音层6的厚度为9mm。所述吸音层6除了超轻的特性外还具有吸音，隔音，吸能及电子屏蔽电磁波的作用，从而具有良好的隔音效果。
在本实施例中，所述内板1为穿孔铝板，所述外板2为钢板。
在本实施例中，所述内板1及所述外板2之间连接有若干个碰钉10，所述碰钉10上配合设置有紧固压圈11。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火隔音降噪结构，其特征在于：所述防火毯（7）中开有腔体（8），所述腔体（8）中配合设置有横梁（9），所述横梁（9）的上端设置在所述外板（2）上，所述横梁（9）的下端设置在所述腔体（8）的底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火隔音降噪结构，其特征在于：所述横梁（9）的横截面呈T型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火隔音降噪结构，其特征在于：所述腔体（8）中还设置有填充层，所述填充层配合设置在所述防火毯（7）及所述横梁（9）之间。
