Abstract
本发明涉及一种建筑涂料的多元复合防沉粉,由
硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、膨润土、滑石粉配制而成。本发
明克服了现有技术中提高胶水浓度防沉使成本提高
的缺点;也克服了使用膨润土或羧甲基纤维防沉,其
遮盖力弱,加量大,使涂料的含固量超标的缺点。本
发明多元复合防沉粉使用时,加量少,遮盖力强,成本
低,不影响涂料的原效果。
Description
本发明为建筑材料,特别是用于建筑涂料中的多元复合防沉粉。
现有技术中,为防止涂料沉淀,一般采用二种方法:一是提高涂料中胶水浓度;二是采用膨润土或羧甲基纤维素防沉。采用第一种方法防沉将大大提高成本;采用第二种方法防沉,因膨润土或羧甲基纤维素遮盖力极弱,要求加量大才起到防沉作用,故易使涂料的含固量超标,涂刷面积减少,相应提高了涂刷成本。
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种遮盖力强,成本低廉的多元复合防沉粉。
本发明的解决方案是:多元复合防沉粉,其特点是按下列比例(重量百分比,下同)配制各组份。
硫酸铝 33%~50%
聚合氯化铝 8%~15%
膨润土 25%~40%
滑石粉 15%~30%
按上述配比的多元复合防沉粉的生产工艺是:混合均匀后打成粉即可。使用时,先将防沉粉溶于水中,全溶后填加胶水混匀,然后加入体质填料即可成为涂料。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:采用本发明配方制成的防沉粉,使用胶水量少,遮盖力强,相应加入少量多元复合防沉粉起到了防止涂料沉淀的作用,比现有防沉方式大大节约成本,且使用方便。
本发明可结合实施例进一步说明。
实施例1、多元复合防沉粉各组份按以下比例配制:
硫酸铝 35%
聚合氯化铝 10%
膨润土 25%
滑石粉 30%
按上述比例配制混匀后,打成粉即成产品,使用时,将防沉粉溶于水中,然后添加胶水混匀,最后将其加入体质填料中即为涂料。
实施例2、多元复合防沉粉各组份按以下比例配制:
硫酸铝 40%
聚合氯化铝 10%
膨润土 25%
滑石粉 30%

1、一种多元复合防沉粉,其特征在于按以下比例(重量百分比,下同)配制各组份:
硫酸铝 30%~50%
聚合氯化铝 8%~15%
膨润土 25%~40%
滑石粉 15%~30%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多元复合防沉粉,其特征在于各组份含量为:
硫酸铝 40%
聚合氯化铝 10%
膨润土 30%
滑石粉 20%
