Abstract
本发明的混凝土养护剂由成膜剂、改性剂和促进剂组成的混凝土养护剂,其特征在于,所说的养护剂配方,按百份重量计,其范围是:
硅酸钠20.5~26.5
碳酸胺0.3~1.8
硅酸铝0.03~0.10
余量为水份。由于本发明采用了新的促进剂,并增加成膜剂,消除了氯盐的有害作用和不必要的组份,从而提高了混凝土养护剂的性能。使所养护的混凝土整体强度和面层强度得到提高。
Description
本发明涉及一种混凝土养护剂,特别涉及一种不含氯盐的水乳型混凝土养护剂。
目前,已知的,混凝土养护的方法有两类:其一是用水为养护物质的传统养护法,其二是用化学物质养护的近代养护法。后者发展较快,国内外研究亦较多,就液体养护剂而言大体可分成三类,即树脂型、乳胶型及水乳型。就水乳型养护剂而言,发明专利CN1059896A所说明的产品即为此种养护剂。该专利提出以硅酸钠为成膜剂,并加入了氯化镁作为润湿剂。众所周知,因氯化镁溶液所带进的氯离子将会对钢材产生明显的锈蚀作用,故国家建材主管部门及一些施工、设计单位尽量避免采用含有锈蚀物质,如氯盐等的建材。特别在一些连续浇灌混凝土的建筑物、构筑物中那些预留外露、预埋的钢筋、钢管、铁件在和该养护剂接触后,会在水分、空气存在的条件下很快产生锈蚀,不利于连续浇灌。此外,本发明人在对大量工程实况的观测中获知,粘附在混凝土表面的养护膜,一方面阻止了内部水份向外挥发,另一方面,也阻止大气中水份向混凝土内部的渗入,故不可能利用氯化镁的潮解性来保持混凝土表面的湿润。
本发明的目的在于提供一种混凝土养护剂,以克服上述的养护剂含氯盐成份所造成的弊端,并提高成膜剂在成份中的比例。
为达到上述目的,本发明的混凝土养护剂包括:成膜剂、改性剂和促进剂,其特征在于,所说的养护剂配方,按百份重量计,由:
硅酸钠 20.5~26.5
碳酰胺 0.3~1.8
硅酸铝 0.03~0.10
水 余量组成。
由于本发明采用了新的促进剂并增加成膜剂,消除了有害、不必要的组份,从而提高了混凝土养护剂的质量。在实施中表现为使所养护的混凝土整体强度和面层强度提高。
本发明的混凝土养护剂是以水为连续相,选用了具有良好成膜性与粘着性的硅酸钠作为成膜剂,辅以改性剂、促进剂等组成。本发明用的成膜剂是硅酸钠(俗称水玻璃),模数在3.0~3.6的工业级产品,它能在被覆物表面形成玻璃状的覆盖层。
本发明的改性剂是碳酰胺(俗称尿素)。含N>46%的工业或农业品,它可提高成膜剂的溶解度,改良成膜后的脆裂性,使覆盖膜具有合宜的韧性。
本发明的促进剂是活性硅酸铝溶液,它是在生产本养护剂时配制的。它促使成膜物在养护剂中保持稳定的均一相,能促进液膜向混凝土表面渗透。生成水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙及钙矾石等物质,黏结形成坚硬的致密的封闭层,使水份难以挥发。此外由于该促进剂与混凝土表面间作用生成的这些物质呈现了明显的白色,故完全可以取消显示剂而降低产品成本。
本发明养护剂的配方,按百份重量(重量%)计,由:
硅酸钠 20.5~26.5
碳酰胺 0.3~1.8
硅酸铝 0.03~0.10
水 余量组成。本发明的养护剂配方的较好范围,按百份重量计,硅酸钠在21.0~24.5、碳酰胺在0.5~1.5、硅酸铝在0.05~0.08,余量为水。
本发明制造方法是在水中加入上述各组份,在5~35℃的条件下搅拌混合。
使用本发明制造的养护剂保水性能优良,在温度为自然条件下养护的试件,三天的失水率是1.19%,七天是1.20%,二十八天也仅是1.31%,而在同等条件下,以传统的水润湿草袋覆盖的试件,三天失水率是2.10%,二十八天则为2.41%。一般工程设计中对水灰比在0.5左右的混凝土,二十八天养护期内失水率的允许值为3%。可见使用本发明的养护剂,保水足够充分,也优于传统的养护法。这样就保证了水泥能够充分水化,提高了混凝土的强度。
下面,将进一步说明本发明的养护剂的具体实施例。
实施例1:
养护剂的配方(重量%)

用该养护剂以喷雾器喷施在C35混凝土试件表面,与传统的覆盖湿草袋的试件对比,二十八天的抗折强度本发明的养护剂为4.92MPa,后者是4.65MPa。在C30的混凝土试件上对比,前者抗压强度为32.31MPa,后者是27.8MPa,足见本发明养护剂对面层及整件强度均有所提高。
实施例2:
养护剂的配方(重量%)

用同实施例1的方法,在C18的混凝土试件上作对比试验,抗折强度用本发明的养护剂为2.94MPa,而后者为2.44MPa。抗压强度前者为27.9MPa,后者为23.8MPa。回弹强度前者为29.28MPa,后者则为29.16MPa。
综上所说,由于本发明采用了新的促进剂并增加成膜剂,消除了有害润湿剂,如氯盐不利作用,并且消除了不必要的组份,从而提高了混凝土养护剂的性能。在实施中表现为,使所养护的混凝土整体强度和面层强度提高了。因此本养护剂更具有现实和广泛的用途,把它用到混凝土工程养护中,可取得良好的效果。
