Grape seed
The grape seeds are the grape seeds, and the grape skin and the grape stalks are separated after the grape seeds are dried in the sun to obtain the product. Grape seeds contain polyphenols (GPS), mainly catechins and proanthocyanidins. Catechin compounds including catechin, epicatechin and gallate thereof are main monomers in grape seeds, and are also constituent units of oligomeric and polymeric procyanidins. Grape seeds contain abundant oil accounting for 12-15 wt%, and the oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, wherein the content of linoleic acid is 58-78%. The grape seeds also contain a small amount of volatile components, and most of the volatile components belong to alcohol, phenol and terpenoid substances and have high biological activity. The grape seed contains crude protein, amino acids, vitamin A, E, D, K, P, and trace elements such as calcium, zinc, ferrum, magnesium, copper, potassium, sodium, manganese, and cobalt. Has antioxidant, blood lipid reducing, and antiallergic effects.
The applicant finds that the lemon and the grapefruit are added into the disinfectant to improve the decontamination performance of the disinfectant during use, but the disinfectant prepared at the moment is easy to generate the phenomenon of layering after being placed at room temperature for a period of time, and the platycodon grandiflorum and the grape seeds added into the disinfectant can effectively improve the problems and improve the deodorization capacity of the disinfectant, which is probably because linoleic acid, platycodon grandiflorum glucoside acid-A methyl ester and other substances contained in the platycodon grandiflorum and the grape seeds can improve the compatibility of a system and avoid the phenomenon of layering of the system; meanwhile, after the triterpenoid saponin contained in the platycodon grandiflorum is shaken in a water phase, a large amount of lasting cellular foam can be generated, so that the surface energy of liquid drops of the disinfectant is increased, and the liquid drops can effectively adsorb and complex molecules with peculiar smell such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the air by cooperating with grape seeds and lemons, so that the odor gas is fundamentally removed, and meanwhile, pleasant fragrance is generated, and the deodorant effect is obvious. However, the applicant found that the disinfection duration is not long, probably because the platycodon grandiflorum and the grape seeds are combined with odor molecules to a great extent, so that other components are lost to a great extent, and the disinfection duration is poor.
Chinese prickly ash
The fructus Zanthoxyli is also named as fructus Zanthoxyli, and fructus Zanthoxyli. Contains volatile oil containing limonene, cumic alcohol, geraniol, etc. Also contains 1, 8-cineole, myrcene, vanilline, esculetin, anethole, and thujene. Resisting experimental gastric ulcer, bidirectional action on intestinal smooth muscle movement, resisting diarrhea, protecting liver, tranquilizing, relieving inflammation, local anesthesia, resisting blood coagulation, and killing scabies mite. Pharmacological experiments show that the pericarp injection has the effects of relieving pain and anaesthetizing; geraniol can cause in vitro intestinal tube peristalsis in a small amount and inhibit in a large amount; the decoction has inhibitory effect on Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, pneumococcus, Bacillus anthracis, Bacillus subtilis, Vibrio cholerae, Bacillus paratyphi and Pseudomonas aeruginosa; the contained volatile oil can be used for treating ascariasis and enterobiasis. Warming middle energizer to alleviate pain, killing parasites to relieve itching.
The applicant finds that when the pepper and the mint extract are added into the disinfectant, the disinfection durability and deodorization can be improved, probably because the pepper contains more volatile oil, the pepper can be mutually cooperated with the mint extract and grape seeds, a layer of protective film with permeability can be formed on the surfaces of silkworm rearing rooms and silkworm rearing instruments, and the contained alkaloid, phenol and other substances can continuously play a role, so that the disinfection durability is improved; the contained linalool, menthol and other substances can refresh air and improve deodorization. In addition, the applicant finds that when more pepper is added, the stability and the disinfection lasting effect of the disinfectant are reduced, and when the mass ratio of the pepper, the mint extract and the grape seeds is controlled to be (0.5-1): (0.5-1): 1, the stability and the disinfection durability of the disinfectant can be effectively improved. Probably because the pepper is added too much, on one hand, the pepper is not easy to effectively disperse in the disinfectant and easy to gather and sink; on the other hand, a thicker protective film is easily formed on the surface of the mulberry leaves in a too early state when the disinfectant is used, so that the using effect of the disinfectant is reduced. However, the applicant has now found that the disinfectant is too volatile in summer or when left for a long period of time naturally, and the deodorizing effect is not long lasting.
<A second plant component>
Aloe extract
The aloe extract is prepared from aloe of Liliaceae. Aloe is perennial evergreen herb of genus Aloe of family Africaceae of class Monocotyledonae, also named Aloe barbadensis Miller, Aloe chinensis, Aloe ferox, Aloe vera, Aloe barbadensis Miller, and Aloe vera. The mint extract was purchased from sanyuan tianyuan biologies ltd.
Spirulina extract
The Spirulina extract refers to Spirulina extract. Spirulina is a kind of lower organism, prokaryote, filament composed of single cell or multiple cells, 200-500 μm in length, 5-10 μm in width, cylindrical, loose or compact regular spiral curve, shaped like clock spring, and named. Spirulina contains proteins (60 wt%), and is mainly composed of isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine, etc. In addition, the beverage also contains fat, carbohydrate, chlorophyll, carotenoid, phycocyanin, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, E, nicotinic acid, creatine, gamma-linolenic acid, calcium pantothenate, folic acid, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and the like. Spirulina has been found to have a variety of pharmacological effects. Such as reducing blood fat, resisting oxidation, infection, cancerization, radiation, aging, enhancing immunity, etc. The spirulina extract was purchased from Mufang Biotech limited, Xinyang.
Carrot extract
Carrot extract refers to an extract of carrot. Carrot is also called Asparagus, and is a biennial herb of carrot genus of Umbelliferae family. The carrot contains abundant nutrients including sucrose, starch, carotene and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Folic acid, amino acids (with high lysine content), mannitol, lignin, pectin, quercetin, kaempferol, volatile oil, caffeic acid, calcium, etc. Radix Dauci Sativae contains quercetin, and has effects of increasing coronary blood flow, promoting epinephrine synthesis, lowering blood pressure, and relieving inflammation. Carrot seeds contain 13% of oil, and can expel ascaris and treat dysentery. Carrot leaves can be used for preventing and treating varicella and acute icterohepatitis. The long-term drinking of Sucus Dauci Sativae can prevent nyctalopia and xerophthalmia, and can make skin plump, wrinkle smooth, speckle eliminated and hair beautiful. The carrot extract was purchased from sienna yuze biotechnology limited.
The applicant finds that when the spirulina extract and the carrot extract are added into the disinfectant, the volatility of the disinfectant, particularly the mint therein, can be reduced, so that the disinfection effect is improved, and the deodorization time is longer. The reason the inventor guesses may be that the spirulina extract can increase the binding force between the mint extract and the spirulina extract molecules, reduce the activity of mint oil molecules in the mint extract, reduce the volatility of the mint oil molecules, and make the deodorization effect more durable. Meanwhile, amino acid compounds in the spirulina extract, menthone in the mint extract and pectin in the carrot extract can interact to adsorb more natural bacteria, and the combination effect of porphyrin rings of chlorophyll a in the spirulina extract, protein and inorganic salt in the carrot extract promotes the composition to generate mechanical action with natural bacteria in the air, accelerates the settlement of the natural bacteria in the air, and thus improves the durability of the disinfection effect.

Performance testing
1. Storage stability test
After the disinfectants prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5 were placed at room temperature for 3 months, whether delamination or turbidity occurred was observed, 100 parallel samples were set for each example, and the probability of delamination or turbidity, i.e., the percentage of the number of delaminated or turbid disinfectants to the total number tested, was recorded.
2. Sterilization durability test
Respectively culturing staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli by using a BP culture medium and an LB culture medium. The lawn cultured in the two media was washed with 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer containing peptone (2% by mass) to prepare a suspension containing 1X 108 CFU/mL. A filter paper sheet was taken, and the filter paper was punched into a circular paper sheet with a 0.6cm punch, and the disinfectants obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 4 to 11 were each absorbed by a pipette at 5. mu.L and dropped onto the paper sheet, and the sample was prepared after sufficient absorption. Pipette 100. mu.L of the bacterial suspension onto TSC agar medium and spread evenly 3 times with a spreader. Gently sticking the sample pieces to the culture plate by using sterile forceps, sticking 1 sample piece to each plate, using normal saline as a control, culturing for 12h and 36h in a constant-temperature incubator at 37 ℃, calculating the change value of the antibacterial rate, repeating the test for 3 times, and taking the average value, wherein the antibacterial rate is (average bacteria number before the test-average bacteria number after the test) multiplied by 100/average bacteria number before the test.
3. Deodorization test
Selecting a silkworm room with obvious odor and the same life time of silkworms, erecting silkworm rearing instruments, uniformly spraying the disinfectant obtained in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-11 on the front and back surfaces of the large and small silkworm rearing instruments, the walls, the roof, the ground, the surrounding environment and the like by using a sprayer containing the disinfectant, wherein the disinfection spraying amount is 225mL per square meter, immediately closing doors and windows of the silkworm room after the disinfection of the sprayed liquor, heating to 25 ℃, and sealing for 2 hours. The deodorization effect is evaluated by a trained sniffer through artificial olfaction evaluation according to the following standards: 3-odor can be smelled obviously; 2-smell can be smelled slightly; 1-can slightly feel very weak odor, and is similar to the existence or nonexistence; 0-no smell.
4. Volatility test
After 1.0mL of the disinfectant obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 6 to 11 was coated on a test plate (2 cm. times.2 cm) made of stainless steel at 25 ℃, the plate was left to stand at a constant temperature of 25 ℃ for one day, and whether or not the coated disinfectant was volatilized (dried) was observed. When the trace of the disinfectant applied to the test plate becomes rainbow spots (interference fringes) corresponding to volatilization, it is determined that the disinfectant is completely volatilized and is defined as "volatilized", and when the trace of the disinfectant applied to the test plate does not become an interference fringe, it is defined as "non-volatilized".
