Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of termite control, in particular to a termite-luring and killing medicament and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Termite, also called as "sergeant", is listed as one of five pests in the world, and has the characteristics of hidden harm and stronger survivability, and has a wide distribution range in China. The termite can eat various field crops, economic crops, woods, fruit trees and seedlings, the loss caused by the harm of the termite is amazing, in addition to the harm to the crops and the trees, the harm of the termite to house buildings and river dams is also serious, the termite control is mainly carried out by manually digging a nest, grouting toxic soil, fumigating and killing a fumigant, spraying a powder and killing a pesticide, trapping and killing and the like for a long time, and the termite trapping and killing method enables the worker ants to transmit the pesticide to other termites in the nest body by utilizing the life habits and social grousiness of the worker ants and the worker ants going out to search for food or the inevitable relation rule of the worker ants trapped into the box and the termites in the nest body, thereby achieving the purpose of killing the whole nest body.
At present, the types of termite control agents at home and abroad are gradually developed and changed from arsenicals, organic chlorine organic phosphates to pyrethroids. Among them, arsenicals and organochlorines have good control effects, but they are chemically stable, have low solubility in water, are easily absorbed by organisms, are harmful to human beings through biological enrichment, have long residual effect period, are not easily decomposed, have serious environmental pollution, and have risks to human health due to organophosphates.
Chinese patent with the publication number of CN104430412B discloses a special termite trapping and killing agent, which consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 1-8% of sulfluramid, 1-8% of flubendiamide, 0.1-1.5% of ivermectin, 0.5-1.5% of abamectin, 1-4% of azone, 0.1-1.5% of formicary powder and 80-95% of talcum powder. The special agent for trapping and killing the termites can enhance the response sensitivity of the termites, prevent the drug resistance and improve the control effect by compounding the sulfluramid, the flufenoxuron, the ivermectin and the abamectin together.
The above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks: the flubendiamide is a phenylimidazole pesticide, mainly has stomach toxicity to white ants, has poisoning effect by using the flubendiamide, but belongs to C carcinogenic agents, causes harm to human beings and pollutes the environment after being used for a long time, so that the preparation of the termite attracting and killing agent which is harmless to human beings, has small pollution to the environment and can keep long-acting effect is required.

The preparation method of the termite-attracting and termite-killing agent is the same as that of example 3.
Comparative example 1
An agent for attracting and exterminating termites, which is different from example 6 in that camphor tree leaves are not included, and which is otherwise the same as example 6.
Comparative example 2
An agent for attracting and exterminating termites, which is different from example 6 in that it does not contain Melia azedarach and is the same as example 6.
Comparative example 3
An agent for attracting and exterminating termites, which is different from example 6 in that it does not comprise tung tree, and which is the same as example 6.
Comparative example 4
An agent for attracting and exterminating termites, which is different from example 6 in that no bait is included, and which is otherwise the same as example 6.
Examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were prepared to induce termite-killing agent performance tests: 50g of 40 mesh sandy soil was spread evenly on the edge of the petri dish to form a sandy soil band of 3cm width, which was wetted with distilled water. Weighing 1g of agent for inducing and killing termites, placing the agent in the center of a culture dish, taking pure corncob powder with the same mass as a blank control, putting 50 termites on a sand belt, carrying out an experiment under the conditions of 25 +/-1 ℃, 85% +/-5% RH and darkness, observing once a day, recording the number of dead termites, and picking out the dead termites for treatment.
Table 7 shows the results of the performance tests of the termite-attracting and exterminating agents of the examples and comparative examples
According to the performance test results of the termite-killing agent, the termite-killing performance of the agent prepared in the example 6 is optimal, and the synergistic termite-killing effect among camphor tree leaves, chinaberry and tung oil trees is good when the example 6 is compared with the comparative examples 1-3; example 6 in comparison to comparative example 4 shows that the addition of bait promotes termite death.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications without inventive contribution to the present embodiment as needed after reading the present specification, but all of which are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
