本发明的目的是提供一种葵花籽花生调和油的制作方法,工艺步骤简单,其制成品由全天然成分组成,完整保留了花生和葵花籽的营养成分,香气浓郁、口感好,可广泛适用于烹制各种食品和菜肴,适宜长期食用。本发明所述的一种葵花籽花生调和油的制作方法,包括如下步骤: (1)原料准备:选取颗粒饱满、无虫蛀、无霉变的花生仁和葵花籽仁,并分别用清水清洗干净; (2)晾晒和干燥:将清洗后的花生仁和葵花籽仁进行晾晒,使含水量低于5%; (3)去皮去衣:葵花籽仁加入沸水中,用水枪引凉清水冲洗夹层锅中的葵花籽仁,去除附皮,反复多次;使用破碎机对花生进行破碎,除去花生表皮的红衣,使用风机将花生红皮除去; (4)蒸制葵花籽:用蒸笼蒸制葵花籽仁; (5)炒制花生仁:将花生仁加热至180-200℃翻炒; (6)粉碎榨油:分别用榨油机进行榨油,榨油的温度120-140℃,得到葵花籽油和花生油; (7)过滤:将初步压榨得到的葵花籽油和花生油进行过滤处理; (8)混合调配:将过滤后的葵花籽油和花生油按照要求比例混合调配即得。本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法工艺步骤简单,其制成品由全天然成分组成,完整保留了花生和葵花籽的营养成分,香气浓郁、口感好,可广泛适用于烹制各种食品和菜肴,适宜长期食用。
