本发明提供一种可降解的水溶性标签材料及其制备方法,从上到下包括:改性聚乳酸膜,可溶性胶水,离型底纸;所述改性聚乳酸膜的组分为:聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠;所述改性植物纤维素纤维为经过双氧水处理过的植物纤维素纤维;所述可溶性胶水的制备方法为:在水中加入直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,加入氯化钙,升温至120℃,直至体积密度达到1.02‑1.05g/cm3。

技术领域
本发明属于膜材料领域,具体涉及一种可降解的水溶性标签材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水溶性标签材料广泛用于糖果包裹、黏性糕点的衬垫,或制成肠衣,在食品行业中具有很大的市场;也可用于大批量消费日化行业。水溶性标签材料需要其具有水溶性,无毒性,能够快速降解。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有耐冲击的可降解的水溶性标签材料及其制备方法,解决目前产品不能快速降解,从而造成环境污染问题。既具有传统标签的功能和特性、可通过土壤和水中的微生物作用或紫外线,水的作用,在自然环境中分裂降解。运用内包装,如糖果包裹、黏性糕点的衬垫,或制成肠衣,在食品行业中具有很大的市场;也可用于大批量消费日化行业。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括:改性聚乳酸膜,可溶性胶水,离型底纸;所述改性聚乳酸膜的组分为:聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠;所述改性植物纤维素纤维为经过双氧水处理过的植物纤维素纤维;所述可溶性胶水的制备方法为:在水中加入直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,加入氯化钙,升温至120℃,直至体积密度达到1.02-1.05g/cm3。
进一步地,所述聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠的质量比为100:10:10:3。
进一步地,所述改性植物纤维素纤维的制备方法为将植物纤维素纤维浸入15%双氧水中,保温60℃,保持4小时后,过滤洗涤干燥。
进一步地,水,直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,氯化钙的比例为90:30:10:10:15。
一种可降解的水溶性标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:用涂覆设备在聚乳酸面材上涂覆一层15um可水溶胶水,烘干后贴合一层离型底纸做保护。

实施例1
一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,从上到下包括:改性聚乳酸膜,可溶性胶水,离型底纸;所述改性聚乳酸膜的组分为:聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠;所述聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠的质量比为100:10:10:3;所述改性植物纤维素纤维的制备方法为将植物纤维素纤维浸入15%双氧水中,保温60℃,保持4小时后,过滤洗涤干燥;所述可溶性胶水的制备方法为:在水中加入直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,加入氯化钙,升温至120℃,直至体积密度达到1.02-1.05g/cm3。水,直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,氯化钙的比例为90:30:10:10:15。
一种可降解的水溶性标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:用涂覆设备在聚乳酸面材上涂覆一层15um可水溶胶水,烘干后贴合一层离型底纸做保护。

与实施例1相同,除了改性聚乳酸膜中不添加植物纤维素纤维。

与实施例1相同,除了可溶性胶水采用CN105255388A公开的方法制备淀粉类水溶性胶水。
对比例4
与实施例1相同,除了可溶性胶水的体积密度为1.2g/cm3。
根据国标GB/T 2792-2014(20min)测试粘力。将标签材料放入25℃水中,漂洗30s后,检查胶水残留。将标签材料放入50℃温水中,搅拌30分钟后,观察整体标签材料溶解百分比。

1.一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括:改性聚乳酸膜,可溶性胶水,离型底纸;所述改性聚乳酸膜的组分为:聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠;所述改性植物纤维素纤维为经过双氧水处理过的植物纤维素纤维;所述可溶性胶水的制备方法为:在水中加入直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,加入氯化钙,升温至120℃,直至体积密度达到1.02-1.05g/cm3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸,改性植物纤维素纤维,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸钠的质量比为100:10:10:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,其特征在于,所述改性植物纤维素纤维的制备方法为将植物纤维素纤维浸入15%双氧水中,保温60℃,保持4小时后,过滤洗涤干燥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解的水溶性标签材料,其特征在于:水,直链淀粉,聚醋酸乙烯酯,聚乙烯醇,氯化钙的比例为90:30:10:10:15。
