Description

Water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous deepening of the progress of sponge cities in China, city water seepage road construction is more and more emphasized in various regions, and various water permeable paving bricks are also produced smoothly. The brick that permeates water promotes the rainwater infiltration passageway in order to solve the general sclerosis problem in city earth's surface, builds high-quality natural living environment, maintains the ecological balance of city rainfall flood stagnant retaining and the novel building materials of green who comes birth, because of possess stronger function of permeating water and obtain rapid development and application in the reality. The water permeable function is embodied by the porosity and the connectivity of the brick material and the enough bearing capacity.
The water permeable brick has the following characteristics: firstly, the water-permeable and air-permeable composite material has good water permeability and air permeability, can enable rainwater to rapidly permeate into the ground, replenishes soil water and underground water, maintains soil humidity, and improves survival conditions of urban ground plants and soil microorganisms. And secondly, the water and heat can be absorbed, the temperature and the humidity of local space on the earth surface are adjusted, and the urban microclimate and urban heat island effect are adjusted. Thirdly, the pressure of urban drainage and flood control can be reduced, and the method has good effect on preventing pollution of public water areas and underground water pollution. Fourthly, no water accumulation after rain and no skid after snow can be realized, thereby facilitating the trip of citizens. Fifthly, the surface is micro concave-convex, so that the reflection of light on the road surface is prevented, the noise generated when the vehicle runs is absorbed, and the passing comfort and safety of the vehicle can be improved. Sixth, the permeable brick has rich colors, is natural and simple, can be perfectly combined with the surrounding environment, and increases the artistic feeling of the city.
The permeable bricks in the current market mainly comprise ceramic permeable bricks, concrete permeable bricks and resin bonded sand-based permeable bricks. The ceramic water permeable brick needs to exploit a large amount of ceramic raw materials to destroy the ecological environment, and the water permeable brick generally needs to be sintered at a high temperature of more than 1000 ℃, so that the process is complex, the cost is high, and the weight is heavy; the concrete permeable brick permeates water through large holes among aggregates, has unattractive surface and is easy to block; the resin bonded sand-based water permeable brick takes hydrophilic thermosetting resin as a bonding agent, but the resin is easy to age under the action of light and heat, so that the durability of the water permeable brick is obviously reduced, the service life is shortened, and the cost of the resin is higher.
