Description

Sponge body pervious concrete and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to sponge body pervious concrete and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the annual increase of urbanization rate in China, large-scale urban expansion caused by the urban expansion leads to excessive development of hydrological resources, rapid increase of dense mat surface proportion, increase of flood peak runoff coefficient, and severe urban flood disasters, thus causing loss. Meanwhile, with the increase of traffic volume, the runoff pollution of road pavement has become a non-negligible problem. Traditional closely knit type road because its closely waterproof characteristics, when falling rain and taking place, the rainwater collects in the short time, causes the rapid increase of short-term runoff, forms great instantaneous velocity of flow, and this has also strengthened the scouring effect for a large amount of pollutants that pile up on the road surface in fine day are carried by the runoff and are discharged into the water. The above process will increase the burden on the drainage system on the one hand and will also have a significant adverse effect on the quality of the received water.
In 2014, the sponge city construction technical guide is externally published by the urban and rural construction department of housing, which means that the construction of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention systems in China will not mainly 'heavy pipe repair', rainwater is changed from burden to thirst-quenching wealth, and the construction concept is completely changed. The construction of the sponge city with natural accumulation, natural infiltration and natural purification functions is an important content of ecological civilization construction, is an important embodiment for realizing urbanization and environmental resource coordinated development, and is also an important task of city construction in China in future.
As the name suggests, the sponge city refers to a city which has good elasticity in the aspects of adapting to environmental changes, coping with free disasters and the like a sponge, absorbs water, stores water, seeps water and purifies water in the rainy period, and releases the stored water to be utilized when needed. Sponge city construction should follow ecological priority principle etc. combines together natural way and artificial measures, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing urban drainage waterlogging prevention safety, furthest realizes that rainwater accumulates in urban area, infiltration and purification, promotes the utilization of rainwater resource and ecological environment protection. In the sponge city construction process, the systematicness of natural rainfall, surface water and underground water is planned, water recycling links such as water supply and drainage are coordinated, and the complexity and the long-term property are considered.
The construction of sponge cities requires the existence of sponge bodies. The city 'sponge' includes water systems such as rivers, lakes and ponds, and city supporting facilities such as greenbelts, gardens and permeable pavements. Rainwater seeps, is stored in a storage way, is purified and recycled through the sponges, and finally the residual runoff is discharged outside through a pipe network and a pump station, so that the standard of an urban drainage system can be effectively improved, and the pressure of urban inland inundation is relieved.
The existing pervious concrete basically meets the requirement of a sponge body, makes up the impermeability of common concrete, and is ecological environment-friendly concrete. It is different from common concrete in that it has certain compression strength and certain water and air permeability. However, due to the reasons of low strength of the material, large pores of the pervious concrete and the like, the existing pervious concrete pavement has the defects of insufficient decontamination capability and low strength.
Therefore, how to provide a sponge body pervious concrete with strong dirt removing capability and high mechanical strength is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
