Description

Environment-friendly full-permeable pervious concrete based on waste concrete and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to environment-friendly full-permeable pervious concrete based on waste concrete and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization process in China, the original natural vegetation and bare soil are gradually hardened and covered by water-blocking materials such as buildings, concrete and the like, and the urban ecology is seriously influenced because the compact common concrete lacks breathing property and has poor capability of easily absorbing heat and permeating rainwater. According to the relevant statistical data, under the influence of the statistical data, more than 360 cities in the country suffer from inland inundation in the last three years, and even casualties occur in the cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Changsha and the like, so that life and property loss is caused; meanwhile, the urban heat island, ground settlement, water pollution, haze and other ecological disasters frequently occur, and the development of urban social and economic and the normal life of citizens in China are seriously threatened.
Recently, the government of China formally pushes the sponge city construction, and deeply plans the future city construction development mode, wherein the concept of realizing the benign hydrologic cycle of the city and comprehensively promoting the improvement of the city ecology is realized through various technical approaches such as seepage, stagnation, storage, purification and discharge. The permeable pavement system is one of the specific measures under the concept of sponge city, reconstructs virtuous cycle of rainfall-runoff-infiltration-reuse/circulation destroyed by hardened ground, and has important significance for repairing city environment and realizing rainwater resource utilization. Furthermore, the green material properties of the water permeable material itself are more unobtrusive to the "green development" in the current "thirteen-five" planning recommendation. In the other method, the prior art includes that the pervious concrete applied in the market at present is generally a single pervious layer, so that the problems of easy blockage of pervious pores and the like easily occur, and the technical current situation limits the popularization and application of the pervious concrete to a certain extent.
