Abstract
本发明公开了一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的尼龙支撑层、底膜铝箔阻隔层、吸湿封合层;所述吸湿封合层为PP膜或PE膜中,其中PP膜或PE膜中含有干燥剂。本发明提供一种安全高效,有效吸收药剂中水分、盖膜与底膜易于分离的干粉吸入剂包装膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜技术领域,具体涉及一种干粉吸入剂包装膜。
背景技术
从上世纪50年代中期,Charles Thiel发明的吸入器开始,人们就开始在哮喘以及慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的治疗中,使用将吸入式药物气雾输送给患者的医疗装置。相对于口服和皮下注射等给药方式,吸入式给药具有很明显的优势。由于人体鼻腔、支气管和肺部的粘膜表面积很大,人体的呼吸道总共有23次分叉,成人肺泡表面积可高达140平方米,肺泡壁很薄,周围密布大量毛细血管。药物颗粒在其中可以快速透过肺泡粘膜组织直接进入血液循环。具有无肠胃道降解作用、无肝脏的首过效应、剂量小起效快、毒副作用低、且适用于生物大分子递送等优势。肺吸入药物是治疗哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺炎等肺部疾病的最佳治疗方式,近些年也进一步扩展到了治疗周身性疾病,如糖尿病等,其市场巨大。
用于吸入的一剂药物数量一般少于50微克,通常为25-50微克。人们希望从吸入器吸出的剂量具有较高的一致性,对于预定剂量的药物,各剂量之间的相对标准偏差(RSD)不应超过5%。故此现有的做法一般将需要吸入的药物做成胶囊。
干粉吸入剂采用盖膜和底膜的包装形式,药剂以干粉形式存在,要求包装膜具有良好的阻隔性能,需要保证药剂的干燥,并且底膜与盖膜应该具有易于分离的特点。
常规干粉吸入剂包装膜的封合层采用(聚氯乙烯)PVC膜,PVC在生产、回收和在焚烧炉中毁弃时,或者PVC的产品在意外燃烧时都会产生对环境有污染的二噁英等污染物。为了提高包装膜的回收性和环保性将难以回收利用的PVC用环境友好型的PP树脂或PE树脂替代。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种安全高效,有效吸收药剂中水分、盖膜与底膜易于分离的干粉吸入剂包装膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的尼龙支撑层、底膜铝箔阻隔层、吸湿封合层;所述吸湿封合层为PP膜或PE膜,其中PP膜或PE膜中均含有干燥剂。将粉剂药物放置在盖膜和底膜之间,采用热封胶封口,保证盖膜与底膜形成的包装膜具有良好的密封性能,与吸入器配合使用,包装膜也具有良好的拉伸性能。
作为优选的技术方案,所述干燥剂为氧化钙,将氧化钙粉末与PP粒子或PE粒子均匀混合,造粒后挤出成膜,所述氧化钙的添加量为PP膜或PE膜总质量的2~5%,所述吸湿封合层的厚度为15~100μm,封合层为PP膜或PE膜。相比于传统方法在制备膜的过程中将氧化钙作为添加剂放入熔融的PP或PE中,本发明先将氧化钙与PP或PE造粒,然后在挤出成膜,相比于现有技术氧化钙的分散性更好,氧化钙与PP或PE的融合性更好,挤出膜具有更好的外观性能和吸湿性能。
作为优选的技术方案,所述热封胶的组成质量百分比为:60~75%丙烯酸树脂、10~18%醋酸乙酯、10~15%氯醋、3~5%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、1~3%羟基硅酸镁和0.1~0.5%蜡。HSL胶不含甲苯等溶剂,可以用于包装盒的粘结。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸湿封合层包括由内至外依次设置的第一LDPE层、第二HDPE层和第二HDPE层,所述LDPE中含有干燥剂,干燥剂的添加量为第一LDPE层质量的1~3%。所述LDPE具有良好的热封效果,为了改善包装膜的回收性能,提高HDPE的添加量,其中吸湿封合层中HDPE的添加量大于60%。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸湿封合层采用干式复合法。
作为优选的技术方案,所述盖膜铝箔阻隔层厚度为7~40μm,底膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为40~75μm。铝箔与吸湿封合层之间通过粘接剂连接,所述粘接剂为常规的马来酸酐接枝树脂,由于铝箔表面有一定的细毛孔,低密度聚乙烯复合在铝箔表面,粘结剂填充在铝箔的毛细空中,不仅提高了铝箔的强度也提高了铝箔的阻隔性能。
作为优选的技术方案,所述热封胶的使用量为4~7g/m2。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明通过将纸、铝箔和改性聚乙烯醇复合形成盖膜和底膜,盖膜和底膜通过胶粘连接与吸入器配合使用,具有良好的阻隔性能、密封性能、安全无毒。

实施例1
一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜8和底膜9,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层1、PET层2、盖膜铝箔阻隔层3、热封胶层4;所述纸质印刷层的厚度为45μm,PET层的厚度为30μm,盖膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为20μm;热封胶的使用量5g/m2;
所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的尼龙支撑层、底膜铝箔阻隔层、吸湿封合层;所述尼龙支撑层中为厚度是25μm的OPA膜,底膜铝箔阻隔层为厚度是45μm的铝箔;吸湿封合层为厚度是60μm的PVC。
热封胶的组成质量百分比为:75%丙烯酸树脂、10%醋酸乙酯、10%氯醋、3%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、1.9%羟基硅酸镁和0.1%蜡。
实施例2
一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述纸质印刷层的厚度为45μm,PET层的厚度为25μm,盖膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为30μm,热封胶的使用量6g/m2;
所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的尼龙支撑层、底膜铝箔阻隔层、吸湿封合层;所述尼龙支撑层中为厚度是25μm的OPA膜,底膜铝箔阻隔层为厚度是45μm的铝箔;吸湿封合层为厚度是60μm的PP,吸湿封合层中干燥剂氧化钙的添加量为PP膜质量的2%。
热封胶的组成质量百分比为:75%丙烯酸树脂、11%醋酸乙酯、8%氯醋、3.5%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、2.4%羟基硅酸镁和0.1%蜡。
实施例3
一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述纸质印刷层的厚度为45μm,PET层的厚度为25μm,盖膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为40μm,热封胶的使用量7g/m2;
所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的50μmPP加强层,25μm的OPA支撑层、50μm的底膜铝箔阻隔层、60μmPP吸湿封合层;所述60μmPP吸湿封合层不含干燥剂。
热封胶的组成质量百分比为:70%丙烯酸树脂、12%醋酸乙酯、12%氯醋、4%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、1.5%羟基硅酸镁和0.5%蜡。
实施例4
一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述纸质印刷层的厚度为45μm,PET层的厚度为25μm,盖膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为40μm,热封胶的使用量7g/m2;
所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的25μm的OPA支撑层、45μm的底膜铝箔阻隔层、60μmPE吸湿封合层;所述PE吸湿封合层包括由内至外依次挤出复合而成的第一LDPE层和第二HDPE层,所述第一LDPE层的厚度为15μm,第一LDPE层中氧化钙的含量为LDPE质量的3%,第二HDPE层的厚度为45μm。
热封胶的组成质量百分比为:70%丙烯酸树脂、12%醋酸乙酯、12%氯醋、4%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、1.5%羟基硅酸镁和0.5%蜡。

Claims (7)
1.一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,包括盖膜和底膜,其特征在于,所述盖膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的纸质印刷层、PET层、盖膜铝箔阻隔层、热封胶层;所述底膜包括由外至内依次胶粘复合而成的尼龙支撑层、底膜铝箔阻隔层、吸湿封合层;所述吸湿封合层为PP膜或PE膜,PP膜或PE膜的厚度为15~100μm,其中PP膜或PE膜中均含有干燥剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述干燥剂为氧化钙,将氧化钙粉末与PP粒子或PE粒子均匀混合,造粒后挤出成膜,所述氧化钙的添加量为PP膜或PE膜总质量的2~5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述热封胶的组成质量百分比为:60~75%丙烯酸树脂、10~18%醋酸乙酯、10~15%氯醋、3~5%有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂、1~3%羟基硅酸镁和0.1~0.5%蜡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述吸湿封合层包括由内至外依次设置的第一LDPE层、第二HDPE层和第二HDPE层,所述LDPE中含有干燥剂,干燥剂的添加量为第一LDPE层质量的1~3%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述吸湿封合层采用干式复合法。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述盖膜铝箔阻隔层厚度是7~40μm,底膜铝箔阻隔层的厚度为40~75μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种干粉吸入剂包装膜,其特征在于,所述热封胶的使用量为4~7g/m2。
