Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of processing of cattle pen facility mattresses, in particular to a cattle pen excrement absorption type healthy and sanitary corn straw mattress and application thereof.
Background
The cattle pen is an artificially defined fixed place for cattle life, and the health, health and comfort of cattle directly influence the growth and development of the cattle no matter beef cattle and dairy cows. The excellent cattle pen facility can improve the rest and rumination quality of cattle, thereby improving the production performance of the cattle, improving the yield and quality of milk by cows, improving the meat quality and yield of the beef cattle, and further influencing the food safety of processed products of the beef cattle, so that the sanitation, health and comfort of the cattle pen environment are the source problems of the cattle products and products, and the cattle pen facility must be strictly managed and treated.
At present, cattle breeding farms are generally provided with cattle bed facilities which mainly comprise sand beds, artificial plastic beds and fermentation beds. The method which is most widely and conveniently applied is a sand bed taking sand as padding, and the utilization rate of cow dung is reduced due to the existence of the sand, so that the method is not suitable for the development of modern agriculture; the rubber bed is composed of two layers of rubber mats paved on a cement ground, belongs to a substitute of a sand bed, is not only poor in comfort, but also needs to be added with padding materials such as rice husks/sawdust or a small amount of sand, is time-consuming and labor-consuming and is not economical; the fermentation bed is established on the basis of organic circulation, the whole cattle pen is a large fermentation field, padding (rice chaff, sawdust and the like) and dry cattle manure are slowly fermented together under the treading of cattle, the fermentation bed is economical and practical, but a carefully selected composite fermentation inoculant and monitoring inspection and quarantine equipment are required, and professionals are equipped to regularly detect the fermentation state and the harmful microorganism colony condition.
China is a big agricultural country, and the yields of main grain crops such as rice, corn, wheat and the like are in the top of the world; the amount of the corresponding straws discarded after the grain is harvested is also huge, the annual straw yield is conservative and estimated to be 7-8 hundred million tons, and the annual straw yield accounts for almost one third of the total amount of the straws all over the world, and the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient contents are estimated to be millions to millions of tons. Due to the lack of economic and efficient treatment methods, the returning level and the utilization efficiency of the straws in China are extremely low, and illegal burning, abandonment or aged accumulation of the straws is everywhere visible, so that not only is the serious waste of resources caused, but also the environment is polluted. Therefore, the resource utilization technology of the straw is urgent. Carbohydrates produced by photosynthesis in crop straws constitute the main part of the straw, accounting for about 80% of the total dry weight. On one hand, the carbohydrate synthesized by photosynthesis is composed of three elements of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, including cellulose/hemicellulose, lignin and the like, and can be used as a padding substrate for absorbing excrement; on the other hand, the straws also contain a certain amount of nutrient mineral elements (major elements/trace elements and other rare elements) such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like which are mainly absorbed by root systems, and the nutrient mineral elements can enter organic cycle as fertilizers through decomposition.
The cowshed cattle beds in developed countries such as Europe and America have high mechanization degree, but have high maintenance cost and are not suitable for large-scale application. The cattle beds in cattle farms in China are large in scale and poor in sanitary environment, the cattle beds generally need to be cleaned manually or mechanically at regular intervals, manpower and material resources are consumed, and the cattle manure is mixed in quality and difficult to utilize efficiently.
