Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a control method and device of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
In the prior art, most of outdoor units of air conditioners are placed outdoors, and meanwhile, fans of the outdoor units are in a suction type heat exchange method, so that the problem that heat exchangers of the outdoor units of the air conditioners are dirty and blocked is easily caused, the heat dissipation of the air conditioners is seriously influenced, and the heat exchange effect of the air conditioners is reduced. In order to ensure efficient operation of the air conditioner, the outdoor unit must be periodically cleaned. The current common dust removal method is a method for removing dust by reversing a fan, but the method needs to be stopped, so that the indoor temperature rises within a period of time, and the body feeling of a user is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that the existing air conditioner dust removal method is a method for removing dust by reversing a fan, but the method needs to be stopped, so that the indoor temperature rises within a period of time, and the body feeling of a user is influenced.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, including: acquiring an upper limit value of the rotating speed of an outdoor unit fan when an air conditioner normally operates and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner; determining whether the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced or not according to the magnitude relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and a first preset pressure; when the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is influenced, continuously acquiring a real-time current value of a fan of the outdoor unit; determining whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty or blocked according to the magnitude relation between the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan and a first preset current; and when the outdoor unit is dirty and blocked, controlling an upper limit value of the rotating speed of a fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to correct.
Therefore, whether the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is influenced or not is calculated by obtaining the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan when the air conditioner normally operates and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, and the influence on the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is confirmed, so that whether the influence is caused by dirty blockage of the outdoor unit fan needs to be determined again. If the blower is determined to be dirty and blocked, the upper limit value of the blower in the normal state needs to be corrected. Therefore, the time for dedusting the outdoor unit fan is delayed, the heat dissipation is enhanced, the normal operation of the air conditioner can be ensured under the condition that the air conditioner is dirty and blocked, and the damage to the motor of the air conditioner is avoided.
Further, determining whether the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced or not according to the magnitude relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and a first preset pressure; the method specifically comprises the following steps: judging that the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is not influenced, and when the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a first preset pressure, normally operating the air conditioner outdoor unit; and when the exhaust pressure of the air conditioner is greater than the first preset pressure, the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced.
Therefore, the relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and the first preset pressure is determined, and whether the outdoor heat dissipation of the air conditioner is influenced or not can be accurately determined.
Further, determining whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty or not according to the magnitude relation between the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan and the first preset current specifically comprises: when the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is larger than or equal to a first preset current, the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is influenced and is not caused by dirty blockage;
when the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is smaller than the first preset current, the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is affected and is caused by filth blockage.
Therefore, the relation between the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan and the first preset current is determined, and the fact that the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is caused by filth blockage can be accurately determined.
Further, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty and blocked, controlling the upper limit value of the fan rotating speed of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to correct comprises: after dirty blockage of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is determined, determining the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner according to the range of the preset current of the real-time current value of the fan of the outdoor unit; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the air-conditioning outdoor unit according to the static pressure correction stage number of the air-conditioning.
Therefore, the outdoor unit is determined to influence the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit due to the dirty blockage of the fan, so that the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner is determined through the real-time current value, the correction is carried out through the correction of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit corresponding to the correction stage number, the dust removal mode of the air conditioner is delayed, and the indoor temperature is guaranteed to meet the requirements of users.
Further, determining the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner according to the range of the preset current of the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan; determining the correction value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner specifically comprises the following steps: when the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is in a second preset current range, the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner is equal to the first preset correction stage number; determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as a first corrected value according to the first preset correction stage number
When the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is in a third preset current range, the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner is equal to a second preset correction stage number; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as a second corrected value according to the second preset correction stage number.
When the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is in a fourth preset current range, the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner is equal to a third preset correction stage number; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as a third corrected value according to the third preset corrected stage number.
When the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is in a fifth preset current range, the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number is equal to a fourth preset correction stage number; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as a fourth corrected value according to the fourth preset correction stage number.
When the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is in a sixth preset current range, the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number is equal to a fifth preset correction stage number; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as a fifth corrected value according to the fifth preset corrected stage number.
Therefore, through the range of the preset current of the real-time current value, a fifth preset correction stage of the static pressure of the air conditioner is obtained, a fifth correction value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is correspondingly obtained, and the fifth correction value is added on the basis of the corresponding upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the normal outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is increased, and the normal operation of the fan of the outdoor unit is guaranteed.
Further, after determining that the outdoor unit is dirty and blocked, the method further comprises the following steps: and when an air conditioner shutdown instruction is received, the air conditioner automatically performs a dust removal mode, and after dust removal is finished, the air conditioner is automatically shut down and the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is reset to zero.
Therefore, when the user selects to turn off the air conditioner, the air conditioner automatically enters a dust removal mode, the air conditioner is automatically turned off after dust removal is finished, the air conditioner is automatically turned off again after dust removal is finished, and before the air conditioner is turned off, the corrected value for correcting the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan is reset to zero, so that the condition that the air conditioner runs abnormally due to the fact that the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan is too high when the air conditioner is turned on next time is.
Further, the dust removal mode includes: and reversely rotating the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner within a preset time.
Therefore, the dust removal process of the fan can be postponed to be carried out before the air conditioner is shut down, the shutdown times of the air conditioner are reduced, the stability of indoor temperature is guaranteed, and the comfort level of a human body is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the control method of the air conditioner has the advantages that the dust removal can be delayed by increasing the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty and blocked, the shutdown frequency of the air conditioner is reduced, the room temperature is kept unchanged, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention further provides a control device of an air conditioner, including:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an upper limit value of the rotating speed of an outdoor unit fan and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner when the air conditioner normally operates;
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan;
the calculating unit is used for calculating the magnitude relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and a first preset pressure and determining whether the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced;
the calculation unit is further used for calculating the magnitude relation between the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan and a first preset current and determining whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty or blocked;
and the control unit is used for controlling the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan to correct.
Therefore, the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan during normal operation of the air conditioner and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner are acquired through the acquisition unit, so that whether the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is influenced or not is calculated through the calculation unit, and the influence on the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is confirmed, so that whether the influence is caused by dirty blockage of the outdoor unit fan or not needs to be determined again. If the blower is determined to be dirty and blocked, the control unit is required to correct the upper limit value of the blower in the normal state. Therefore, the time for dedusting the outdoor unit fan is delayed, the heat dissipation is enhanced, the normal operation of the air conditioner can be ensured under the condition that the air conditioner is dirty and blocked, and the damage to the motor of the air conditioner is avoided.

Therefore, through a computer readable storage medium and a processor which store a computer program, and when the computer program is read and run by the processor, whether the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is influenced or not is calculated by acquiring the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan during normal running of the air conditioner and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, and the influence on the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is confirmed, so that whether the influence is caused by dirty blockage of the outdoor unit fan needs to be determined again.

Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, including the following steps:
s1, acquiring an upper limit value of the rotating speed of an outdoor unit fan when the air conditioner normally operates and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner;
s2, determining whether the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is affected according to the magnitude relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and a first preset pressure;
s3, when the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is affected, the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan is continuously obtained;
s4, determining whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty or not according to the magnitude relation between the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan and the first preset current;
and S5, when the air conditioner outdoor unit is dirty and blocked, correcting the upper limit value of the fan rotating speed of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Calculating to obtain whether the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is affected or not by obtaining the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan when the air conditioner normally operates and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner, and determining whether the heat dissipation of the outdoor unit fan is affected or not, so that whether the heat dissipation is caused by dirty and blocked outdoor unit fan needs to be determined again.
Some embodiments, step S2, specifically include:
s21, judging exhaust pressure PRow boardWhether or not > first preset pressure P1;
If so, the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced;
and if not, the air conditioner outdoor unit normally operates, the static pressure of the outdoor unit is not corrected, and the corrected value of the static pressure of the outdoor unit is equal to 0.
Preferably, the first preset pressure P1The range of (A) is as follows: 35-45bar, preferably, the first preset pressure P1This was 40 bar. The first preset pressure P of the invention1Is not limited to the above range, and the first preset pressure P is not limited to the above range1The range of (1) is only the preferable current value of the embodiment, and the setting is carried out due to different types and sizes of the air conditioners.
Therefore, the real-time exhaust pressure P passing through the air conditioner can be accurately judgedRow boardAnd a first preset pressure P1The magnitude relation of (2) determines whether the outdoor heat dissipation of the air conditioner is influenced.
Some embodiments, step S4, specifically include:
s41, judging the real-time current value I of the outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryWhether < first predetermined current I1;
If so, the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is caused by filth blockage of the air conditioner outdoor unit;
if not, the fact that the exhaust pressure is too high is proved to be not caused by dirty blockage of the air conditioner external unit, possibly caused by the fact that the exhaust pressure of the compressor is too high and the like, and therefore the external unit static pressure correction value is also made to be 0.
Preferably, the first predetermined current I1The range of (A) is as follows: 0.9-1.2A, preferably, a first predetermined current I1Is 1A. The first preset current I of the invention1Is not limited to the above range, and the first predetermined current I is1The range of the current value is only the better current value of the embodiment, and the type and the size of the fan adopted by the air conditioner are different, so the current value can be set according to the different types and the different sizes of the fans adopted by the actual air conditioner.
Real-time current value I passing through outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryAnd a first predetermined current I1The size relationship of (2) can accurately determine that the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is caused by filth blockage.
As shown in fig. 3, in some specific embodiments, step S5 specifically includes:
after dirty blockage of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is determined, the real-time current value I of the fan of the outdoor unit is determinedFruit of Chinese wolfberryDetermining the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner within the range of the preset current; and determining the corrected value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the static pressure correction stage number of the air conditioner.
S51 real-time current value I of outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryIn a second predetermined current range I2If so, the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number X is equal to a first preset correction stage number X1(ii) a According to a first preset correction stage number X1Determining a first correction value NL as a correction value NL for determining an upper limit value of a fan rotation speed of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner1。
S52 real-time current value I of outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryIn a third predetermined current range I3If so, changing the static pressure correction stage number X of the air conditioner to a second preset correction stage number X2(ii) a According to a second preset correction level number X2Determining a second correction value NL as a correction value NL for determining an upper limit value of a fan rotation speed of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner2。
S53 real-time current value I of outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryIn a fourth predetermined current range I4If so, changing the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number X to a third preset correction stage number X3(ii) a According to a third preset correction level number X3And determining a third correction value NL as a correction value NL for the upper limit of the rotational speed of the outdoor unit fan3。
S54 real-time current value I of outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryIn a fifth predetermined current range I5If so, changing the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number X to a fourth preset correction stage number X4(ii) a According to a fourth preset correction level number X4A fourth correction value NL for determining the upper limit value of the fan rotation speed of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner4。
S55 real-time current value I of outdoor unit fanFruit of Chinese wolfberryIn a sixth predetermined current range I5If so, changing the air conditioner static pressure correction stage number X to a fifth preset correction stage number X5(ii) a According to a fifth preset correction level number X5And determining a fifth correction value NL as a correction value NL for determining the upper limit value of the fan rotating speed of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner5。
When the first preset current I1When set to 1A; preferably, when the second predetermined current I2The range of (A) is as follows: 0.9-1A; x1Setting to level 1; then, NL1The range of (A) is as follows: 15-30 r/min.
When the third preset current I3The range of (A) is as follows: 0.8-0.9A; x2Set to level 2; then, NL2The range of (A) is as follows: 30-45 r/min.
When the fourth preset current I4The range of (A) is as follows: 0.7-0.8A; x3Set to 3 levels; then, NL3The range of (A) is as follows: 45-60 r/min.
When the fifth preset current I5The range of (A) is as follows: 0.6-0.7A; x4Setting to 4 levels; then, NL4The range of (A) is as follows: 60-75 r/min.
When the sixth preset current I6The range of (A) is as follows: 0.5-0.6A; x5Setting to 5 levels; then, NL5The range of (A) is as follows: 75-90 r/min.
Therefore, through the range of the preset current of the real-time current value, the preset correction stage number of the static pressure of the air conditioner is obtained, the correction value of the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is correspondingly obtained, and the correction value is added on the basis of the corresponding upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan of the normal outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is increased, and the normal operation of the fan of the outdoor.
For example, if the motor current of the outdoor unit fan is monitored to be 0.85A, it can be determined that the level 2 adjustment is performed. Obtaining a correction value NL of the fan speed230 r/min. And the rotating speed upper limit value of the outdoor unit fan after adjustment is equal to +30 of the rotating speed upper limit value of the outdoor unit fan in the normal operation mode. It should be noted that the above mentioned correction value is a preferable range value of the present embodiment, and a designer may adjust the correction value according to different types of motors and actual environments. The rotating speed of the fan is improved, the static pressure value of the fan can be improved, and the normal operation of heat exchange in a short time is ensured. According to the condition that the outer machine is blocked, the static pressure value of the outer machine can be increased by properly increasing the upper limit of the rotating speed of the fan of the outer machine, heat exchange is enhanced, normal operation of an air conditioner is guaranteed, and the dust removal frequency of the fan is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, in S6, when the air conditioner shutdown command is received, the air conditioner automatically performs the dust removal mode, and after the dust removal is completed, the air conditioner is automatically shutdown, and the correction value of the upper limit value of the fan rotation speed of the air conditioner outdoor unit is zeroed. Since the method cannot continuously correct the static pressure, and increasing the rotation speed of the fan increases noise, if the static pressure correction value is not 0, and the user selects the stop mode, the outdoor unit fan performs reverse dust removal for a preset time T1, and simultaneously returns the static pressure correction value of the outdoor unit to 0. The dust removal process of the fan can be postponed to be carried out before the air conditioner is shut down, the number of times of shutting down the air conditioner is reduced, the stability of indoor temperature is guaranteed, and the comfort level of a human body is improved.
Preferably, the preset time T1The range of (A) is as follows: 1-3min, preferably,preset time T1Comprises the following steps: and 2 min. Preset time T1The time is too long, which causes energy waste and increases the load of the motor. Preset time T1If the time is too short, the dirty and blocked foreign matters on the motor cannot be completely removed.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable to perform reverse dust removal when the air conditioner is turned off, but reverse dust removal may be performed when the air conditioner is temporarily stopped when the temperature of the air conditioner reaches a temperature set by a user.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a control apparatus of an air conditioner, including:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor unit fan during normal operation of the air conditioner and the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner;
the acquisition unit is also used for acquiring the real-time current value of the outdoor unit fan;
the calculating unit is used for calculating the magnitude relation between the real-time exhaust pressure of the air conditioner and the first preset pressure and determining whether the heat dissipation of the air conditioner outdoor unit is influenced;
