Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Examples
The self-cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to an air conditioner and used for cleaning an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, and can accelerate frosting of the outdoor heat exchanger after responding to a cleaning instruction, and improve the frosting speed of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the cleaning effect is improved.
Along with the improvement of living standard and technological level, the comfort requirement of people on the air conditioner is also higher and higher. In general, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is installed outdoors, and after the air conditioner is operated for a period of time, a heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is covered with some impurities, which affects the heat exchange performance of the outdoor heat exchanger, thereby affecting the comfort of the air conditioner.
At present, most cleaning modes are that a heating mode is operated firstly to enable the outdoor heat exchanger to be frosted, and when the outdoor heat exchanger enters a defrosting mode, dust on the surfaces of fins of the outdoor heat exchanger is cleaned by defrosting water, so that the aim of dust removal is achieved. However, the air conditioner has different working conditions when the heating mode is operated, and the frosting degree on the outdoor heat exchanger is different after the cleaning command is responded, so that the dust removal effect is poor in the defrosting process. The self-cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the problems, accelerate frosting of the outdoor heat exchanger after responding to the cleaning instruction, and improve the frosting speed of the outdoor heat exchanger, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
Referring to fig. 1, the self-cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step S100, responding to the cleaning instruction, and acquiring an outdoor coil temperature value of the outdoor heat exchanger and an indoor coil temperature value of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner is operated for a period of time, impurities such as dust may adhere to the outdoor heat exchanger, and in order to ensure that the air conditioner can normally operate, the impurities on the outdoor heat exchanger need to be cleaned, a cleaning instruction is triggered, so that the air conditioner enters a cleaning mode.
The cleaning instruction can be triggered by a user or automatically triggered by the air conditioner, the working time of the air conditioner is counted, and when the total working time reaches the cleaning time, the cleaning instruction is automatically triggered.
It is to be understood that the indoor heat exchanger refers to a heat exchanger of an indoor unit, the outdoor heat exchanger refers to a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit, the outdoor coil temperature value refers to a temperature value of a coil of the outdoor unit, and the indoor coil temperature value refers to a temperature value of a coil of the indoor unit. The temperature value of the indoor coil is acquired by the temperature sensing device, and the temperature value of the outdoor coil is also acquired by the temperature sensing device.
After the cleaning instruction is responded, the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value are obtained, the frosting condition on the outdoor heat exchanger can be judged through the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value, the frosting condition on the outdoor heat exchanger can be controlled through adjusting the heat exchange quantity of the air conditioner, and the frosting speed on the outdoor heat exchanger is adjusted.
Step 200, adjusting the running state of the air conditioner according to the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value, so that the outdoor heat exchanger is frosted quickly.
In this embodiment, the running state of each component in the air conditioner can be adjusted according to the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value, and the temperature and the flow of the refrigerant in the air conditioner are adjusted, so that the outdoor heat exchanger can quickly frost, outdoor heat exchange can quickly frost, and after a certain frosting amount is reached, impurities such as dust on fins can be stripped through a melted frost layer after entering a defrosting mode, and cleaning of the outdoor heat exchanger is realized.
Step S200 may include steps S210, S220, S230, S240, S250, and S260.
Referring to fig. 2, step S210 is performed to determine whether the outdoor coil temperature value is less than a first preset temperature value and whether the indoor coil temperature value is less than a first preset temperature value.
In this embodiment, the first preset temperature is approximately between 5 ℃ and 10 ℃, and the first preset temperature is approximately between 26 ℃ and 30 ℃.
Judging the relationship between the outdoor coil temperature value and the first preset temperature value can determine whether the current outdoor coil temperature value is too low. Also, determining whether the indoor coil temperature value is less than the first set temperature value may determine whether the current indoor coil temperature value is too low.
Step S220, if the outdoor coil temperature value is smaller than the first preset temperature value and the indoor coil temperature value is smaller than the first preset temperature value, the air conditioner is controlled to operate in a first motion state.
If the outdoor temperature value is smaller than the first preset temperature value and the indoor coil temperature value is smaller than the first set temperature value, the current outdoor environment temperature value is lower, the frosting speed of the outdoor heat exchanger is relatively higher, the frosting speed does not need to be increased, and the air conditioner is controlled to keep running in the current motion state.
That is to say the first state of motion means that the current state of motion is maintained.
The specific control steps of the first motion state are as follows: the compressor is controlled to maintain the current frequency. And controlling the indoor fan to maintain the current rotating speed. And controlling the outdoor fan to maintain the current rotating speed. And controlling the electronic expansion valve to maintain the current opening. The indoor electric heater is controlled to be turned off.
It will be readily appreciated that maintaining the compressor operating at the current frequency means that if the current frequency is 60HZ, then operation at 60HZ is continued. If the current rotating speed of the indoor fan is 1300r/min, the indoor fan keeps running 1300r/min continuously. If the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan is 1000r/min, the outdoor fan keeps running at 1300 r/min. The electronic control valve maintaining the current opening degree means that if the current opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 100 degrees, the electronic control valve is continuously maintained at 100 degrees.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S230, it is determined whether the outdoor coil temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and less than the second preset temperature, and whether the indoor coil temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and less than the second preset temperature.
In this embodiment, the second preset temperature value is 10 ℃ to 15 ℃ and the second preset temperature value is 30 ℃ to 35 ℃.
The second preset temperature value and the second set temperature value are relatively high, and whether the outdoor coil temperature value is between the first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value can be judged whether the current outdoor coil temperature value is large or not and whether the indoor coil temperature value is large or not. If the temperature value of the outdoor coil is large, frost cannot be formed on the outdoor heat exchanger or the frost forming speed is low, the movement state of each part of the air conditioner needs to be further adjusted.
Step S240, if the outdoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value and less than the second preset temperature value, and the indoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value and less than the second preset temperature value, controlling the air conditioner to operate in the second motion state.
In this embodiment, if the outdoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value and less than the second preset temperature value, it is indicated that the current outdoor coil temperature value is relatively high, and at this time, the outdoor heat exchanger is in a frosting state when the heating mode is operated, but the frosting speed is low, so that the frosting quantity is small. It is necessary to adjust the movement state of each component of the air conditioner so as to increase the frosting speed.
The specific control steps of the second motion state are as follows: the compressor is controlled to operate at a set frequency. The set frequency is less than the maximum frequency of the compressor. And controlling the indoor fan to operate at a first set rotating speed. The first set rotating speed is larger than the current rotating speed of the indoor fan, and is obtained through calculation according to the current rotating speed of the indoor fan. And controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a second set rotating speed. The second set rotating speed is smaller than the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and is obtained through calculation according to the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan. And controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve to reduce the first preset opening every first preset time. The indoor electric heater is controlled to be turned off.
In the present embodiment, the maximum frequency is multiplied by 90% to obtain the set frequency, that is, the set frequency is 90% of the maximum frequency. For example: the maximum frequency of the air conditioner of 1.5P is 90HZ, and the set frequency is 81HZ. Similarly, the first set rotational speed is obtained by calculating the current rotational speed of the indoor fan, and the first set rotational speed is obtained by multiplying 110% of the current rotational speed of the indoor fan. For example: if the current rotating speed of the indoor fan is 1300r/min, the first set rotating speed is 1430r/min.
Similarly, the second set rotational speed is obtained by multiplying the current rotational speed of the outdoor fan by 50% to obtain the second set rotational speed. For example: if the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan is 1000r/min, the second set rotating speed is 500r/min.
The first preset time is 1min, and the first preset opening is 5 degrees, that is to say, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is reduced by 5 degrees every 1 min.
The frosting of the outdoor heat exchanger is quickened by fine adjustment of the frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
Referring to fig. 4, step S250 is performed to determine whether the outdoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature value, and whether the indoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature value.
In this embodiment, the third preset temperature value is 15 ℃ to 20 ℃ and the second preset temperature value is 35 ℃ to 40 ℃.
In this embodiment, the third preset temperature value and the third preset temperature value are relatively high, and at this time, the outdoor heat exchanger may not be frosted when the operation heating mode is operated, and if the operation heating mode is continuously operated according to the current operation heating mode, the expected frosting amount may not be achieved, the operation state of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted.
Step S260, if the outdoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value and the indoor coil temperature value is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value, controlling the air conditioner to operate in the third motion state.
In this embodiment, if the temperature value of the outdoor coil is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value and the temperature value of the indoor coil is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value, it is indicated that the current outdoor heat exchanger does not enter the frosting state, and the working modes of all the components of the air conditioner need to be increased, so that the outdoor heat exchanger can quickly frost.
The specific control steps of the third motion state are as follows: the compressor is controlled to operate at a maximum frequency. The indoor fan is controlled to operate with the maximum windshield. And controlling the outdoor fan to stop. And controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve to reduce the second preset opening every second preset time. Wherein the second preset opening is larger than the first preset opening. And controlling the indoor heater to be started.
For example: the maximum frequency of the air conditioner of 1.5P is 90HZ, and the compressor is controlled to operate at 90 HZ. In general, the maximum windshield of the indoor fan is calculated by the current rotating speed of the indoor fan, and the maximum windshield is obtained by multiplying 130% of the current rotating speed of the indoor fan. For example: if the current rotating speed of the indoor fan is 1300r/min, the maximum windshield is 1690r/min.
The second preset time is 1min, and the first preset opening is 10 degrees, that is, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is reduced by 10 degrees every 1 min. The electronic expansion valve is accelerated to reduce speed, heat exchange of the refrigerant is accelerated, and frosting quantity on the outdoor heat exchanger is improved.
In this embodiment, the indoor fan operates with the maximum damper, and the indoor heater is turned on to rapidly reduce the low pressure, thereby accelerating the frosting speed of the outdoor heat exchanger.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S300, the frosting amount on the outdoor heat exchanger is obtained.
In this embodiment, in the course of executing step S200 and the substep, the frosting amount on the outdoor heat exchanger is continuously obtained, and after the frosting amount reaches a certain amount, the impurities adhered to the fins can be stripped off in the defrosting process.
For convenience of detection, the thickness of the frost layer is generally used as an index of the frosting amount, and since the frosting thickness varies from place to place on the outdoor heat exchanger, the minimum thickness may be used as the frosting amount, and the average value of a plurality of positions may be used as the frosting amount.
Step S400, judging whether the frosting quantity is larger than or equal to a preset frosting quantity.
In this embodiment, the preset frost amount is generally preset, and may be set by a manufacturer of the air conditioner when leaving the factory, that is, the user may freely set according to the actual situation. Judging whether the frosting quantity is larger than or equal to the preset frosting quantity, and judging whether the current frosting quantity reaches the aim of dedusting.
And S500, if the frosting quantity is larger than or equal to the preset frosting quantity, controlling the air conditioner to enter a defrosting mode, and controlling the outdoor fan to rotate reversely at the maximum rotating speed.
In this embodiment, if the frosting amount is greater than or equal to the preset frosting amount, it indicates that the amount of frost on the current outdoor heat exchanger is already large, then the air conditioner is controlled to enter a defrosting mode, during defrosting of the outdoor heat exchanger, dust on the fin surfaces of the outdoor heat exchanger is forcefully cleaned by the frosted water, impurities attached to the outdoor heat exchanger can be stripped by the frosted water, and the outdoor fan is controlled to rotate reversely at a rotating speed, so that the impurities fall off from the outdoor heat exchanger. Therefore, the purpose of fast, high-efficiency and powerful dust removal of the outdoor heat exchanger is achieved.
If the frosting amount is smaller than the preset frosting amount, the step S200 and the substeps are continuously executed until the frosting amount is larger than or equal to the preset frosting amount.
The working principle of the self-cleaning control method provided by the embodiment is as follows: in this embodiment, after the cleaning command is responded, the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value are obtained, and the operation states of the compressor, the indoor fan, the outdoor fan, the electronic expansion valve and the indoor heater are adjusted through the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value, so that the frosting speed on the outdoor heat exchanger is accelerated, and the outdoor heat exchanger can be frosted quickly, thereby achieving the dust removal purpose.
In summary, in the self-cleaning control method provided in this embodiment, after the cleaning command is responded, the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value are obtained, and the running state of the air conditioner is adjusted through the indoor coil temperature value and the outdoor coil temperature value, so that the frosting speed on the outdoor heat exchanger is accelerated, and the outdoor heat exchanger can be frosted quickly, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
Referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a self-cleaning control device 10, where the self-cleaning control device 10 includes:
and the acquisition module 11 is used for acquiring the outdoor coil temperature value of the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor coil temperature value of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner.
Step S100 of the self-cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be performed by the acquisition module 11.
