本发明涉及一种用于行车驱动减速机,箱体中上下平行穿接中间一、二、三轴并经左右两闷盖板封装,箱体顶部经轴承座支撑锥齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴置于箱体上方的电机支架内,锥齿轮轴传动中间一轴上的锥齿轮,中间一、二、三轴之间依次经齿轮传动,中间三轴经齿轮传动空心轴,空心轴穿接在中间三轴下方的箱体上并经左右两透盖装接;所述箱体为内注水的空心箱体,空心箱体底部接有接空心箱体的放水螺塞和接箱体内腔的放油螺塞,所述箱体上部侧边设有接空心箱体的进水螺塞。其结构紧凑、动力输入稳定,减速机降温效果好,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种用于行车驱动减速机。
背景技术
随着我国工业技术的高速发展,对广泛应用在冶金、矿山、化工、建筑、农业、交通运输、发电等行业的机械设备中减速机的要求越来越高。在行车上使用的减速机,电机通常直接经支架架设在减速机上,通过联轴器下接悬挂的主轴朝下传递动力,动力输入的稳定性不强,易受环境影响从而导致传动偏移错位损伤设备;且在长期使用时,内部单独润滑降温效果差,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构紧凑、动力输入稳定,减速机降温效果好,使用寿命长的用于行车驱动减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于行车驱动减速机,其特征在于:包括箱体、闷盖板、电机支架、轴承座、锥齿轮轴、锥齿轮、中间一轴、齿轮组、中间二轴、中间三轴、空心输出轴,箱体中上下平行穿接中间一、二、三轴并经左右两闷盖板封装,箱体顶部经轴承座支撑锥齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴置于箱体上方的电机支架内,锥齿轮轴传动中间一轴上的锥齿轮,中间一轴、中间二轴、中间三轴之间依次经齿轮传动,中间三轴经齿轮传动空心轴,空心轴穿接在中间三轴下方的箱体上并经左右两透盖装接;所述箱体为内注水的空心箱体,空心箱体底部接有接空心箱体的放水螺塞和接箱体内腔的放油螺塞,所述箱体上部侧边设有接空心箱体的进水螺塞。
所述透盖与空心轴间设有油封。
所述轴承座内设有双列圆锥滚子轴承,双列圆锥滚子轴承的下端支撑在轴承座内台阶上,双列圆锥滚子轴承上端经旋接在锥齿轮轴上圆螺母通过止动垫片压紧,轴承座上经穿接锥齿轮轴的透盖封装。
所述透盖与锥齿轮轴间设有油封。
所述箱体上部两边连体伸出吊耳。
所述锥齿轮轴经置于电机支架内的联轴器接入动力。
本发明采用轴承座支撑轴承并通过圆螺母压紧,由此实现动力输入的锥齿轮轴定位牢固,其动力输入稳定;并对箱体的空心结构通过进水螺塞进水冷却降温减速机,底部放水螺塞排放,满足长时间行车驱动的减速机降温要求,具有降温效果好、延长使用寿命的优点。

图1、2所示:一种用于行车驱动减速机,包括箱体1、闷盖板2、电机支架3、联轴器4、轴承座5、双列圆锥滚子轴承6、止动垫片7、圆螺母8、上透盖9、锥齿轮轴10、锥齿轮11、中间一轴12、齿轮组13、中间二轴14、中间三轴15、空心输出轴16、侧透盖17、进水螺塞18、放水螺塞19、放油螺塞20、油封21。箱体1中上下平行穿接中间一、二、三轴12、14、15并经左右两闷盖板2封装,箱体1顶部经轴承座5支撑锥齿轮轴10,轴承座内设有双列圆锥滚子轴承6,双列圆锥滚子轴承的下端支撑在轴承座内台阶上,双列圆锥滚子轴承上端经旋接在锥齿轮轴10上圆螺母8通过止动垫片7压紧,轴承座上经穿接锥齿轮轴的上透盖通过油封21封装;锥齿轮轴10置于箱体1上方的电机支架3内,由联轴器4接入动力;锥齿轮轴10传动中间一轴12上的锥齿轮11,中间一轴、中间二轴、中间三轴之间依次经齿轮组13传动,中间三轴15经齿轮传动空心输出轴16,空心输出轴穿接在中间三轴下方的箱体上并经左右两侧透盖17通过油封装接;箱体1为内注水的空心箱体,空心箱体底部接有接空心箱体的放水螺塞19和接箱体内腔的放油螺塞20,箱体上部侧边设有接空心箱体的进水螺塞18。

1.一种用于行车驱动减速机,其特征在于:包括箱体、闷盖板、电机支架、轴承座、锥齿轮轴、锥齿轮、中间一轴、齿轮组、中间二轴、中间三轴、空心输出轴,箱体中上下平行穿接中间一、二、三轴并经左右两闷盖板封装,箱体顶部经轴承座支撑锥齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴置于箱体上方的电机支架内,锥齿轮轴传动中间一轴上的锥齿轮,中间一轴、中间二轴、中间三轴之间依次经齿轮传动,中间三轴经齿轮传动空心轴,空心轴穿接在中间三轴下方的箱体上并经左右两透盖装接;所述箱体为内注水的空心箱体,空心箱体底部接有接空心箱体的放水螺塞和接箱体内腔的放油螺塞,所述箱体上部侧边设有接空心箱体的进水螺塞。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于行车驱动减速机,其特征是:所述轴承座内设有双列圆锥滚子轴承,双列圆锥滚子轴承的下端支撑在轴承座内台阶上,双列圆锥滚子轴承上端经旋接在锥齿轮轴上圆螺母通过止动垫片压紧,轴承座上经穿接锥齿轮轴的透盖封装。
