本发明公开了多功能阻燃装饰保温一体化板,包括保温板本体,所述保温板本体的两侧分别设有相互配合的企口公插和企口母槽,且保温板本体的一侧位于企口母槽的底端设有凸沿,所述企口公插和凸沿上均设有安装孔,且安装孔内活动安装有螺栓,所述保温板本体的顶部两侧设有缺口,且保温板本体的两侧位于缺口底部设有卡槽,所述缺口内活动安装有密封塞,且密封塞的两侧均一体式设有与卡槽相配合的卡块。该装置结构设计简单合理,操作方便,便于安装拼接,省时省力,密封稳固性能好,保温装饰效果好,安全稳定,适用范围广,有利于推广和普及。

技术领域
本发明属于保温装饰板技术领域,具体涉及多功能阻燃装饰保温一体化板。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的节能环保意识越来越高,对节能环保材料的关注度也在升温,建筑材料市场中环保材料非常受消费者的亲睐。建筑保温材料的研制与应用越来越受到世界各国的普遍重视。在现有建筑中的内外墙及采暖地面等保温工程中,普遍采用安装保温板的方式,但是现有保温板安装存在工序繁杂、劳动强度大、结构稳固性差等缺陷,同时保温板之间的拼接稳定性不好,而且现有保温板的保温、装饰性能不佳,不利于广泛的推广和普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供多功能阻燃装饰保温一体化板,结构设计简单合理,操作方便,便于安装拼接,省时省力,密封稳固性能好,保温装饰效果好,安全稳定,适用范围广,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:多功能阻燃装饰保温一体化板,包括保温板本体,所述保温板本体的两侧分别设有相互配合的企口公插和企口母槽,且保温板本体的一侧位于企口母槽的底端设有凸沿,所述企口公插和凸沿上均设有安装孔,且安装孔内活动安装有螺栓,所述保温板本体的顶部两侧设有缺口,且保温板本体的两侧位于缺口底部设有卡槽,所述缺口内活动安装有密封塞,且密封塞的两侧均一体式设有与卡槽相配合的卡块,所述保温板本体的正面和背面均设有包边结构,且保温板本体的正面还粘贴有装饰板,所述保温板本体包括铝板和带毛毡的底板,且铝板和带毛毡的底板之间形成的空腔内侧从上到下依次设置有保温岩棉、硬泡聚氨酯板、弹性钢板、挤塑聚苯乙烯板和玻璃纤维板,所述铝板的顶部安装有带芳香阻燃涂料层的防火板。
优选的,所述装饰板的表面设有疏水槽道,且装饰板的表面还镀有用于防水防油的釉面层。
优选的,所述弹性钢板的形状为波浪型,且保温板本体为各组件通过改性聚氨酯粘结剂粘结组成。
优选的,所述企口公插的长度减去企口母槽的长度等于凸沿的长度,且企口公插和企口母槽的连接处粘贴有减震橡胶垫。
优选的,所述企口公插的端部设有凹槽,且凹槽的内壁上设设有凸环,所述企口母槽的槽底处设有与凹槽形状大小相对应的限位柱,且限位柱的表面设有与凸环相配合的限位槽。
优选的,所述密封塞为软橡胶制成的T字型防水耐磨基体,且螺栓的表面缠绕有生胶带。
优选的,芳香阻燃涂料层包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂60-80份,聚丙烯酰胺20-40份,紫外线吸收剂0-1份,氧化钼8-12份;松节油6-11份,硅酸铝纤维20-30份,硅酸钙10-15份,芳香剂3-6份。
优选的,芳香阻燃涂料层包括如下重量份的组分:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂65份,聚丙烯酰胺22份,紫外线吸收剂1份,氧化钼10份;松节油7份,硅酸铝纤维22份,硅酸钙12份。
优选的,芳香剂包括如下重量份的组分:狗尾草3-9份、纤维糖16-19份、茶叶提取物1-12份、花粉8-11份和月桂基醚硫酸铝17-21份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过企口公插上带有凸环的凹槽和企口母槽上带有限位槽的限位柱相配合可以提高两组保温板本体利用企口公插和企口母槽拼接的稳定性和吻合性,利用凸沿与企口公插上的安装孔配合螺栓可以进一步提高保温板本体拼接的稳固性,同时也便于保温板本体的安装固定,利用带有卡块的密封塞安装在保温板本体上的卡槽与缺口上可以提高两组保温板本体拼接的密封效果,保温板本体中保温岩棉、硬泡聚氨酯板、挤塑聚苯乙烯板和玻璃纤维板可以有效的提高保温板本体的保温能力和阻燃隔音等效果,同时弹性钢板的设置可以提高该保温板本体的抗变形能力,防火板的设置可以加强保温板本体的防火能力,而装饰板配合包边结构的设置可以提高保温板本体的美观度,装饰板上的釉面层和疏水槽道可有有效的起到防水作用。

工作原理:使用时,先把多组保温板本体1利用企口公插2和企口母槽3依次拼接,然后利用螺栓10插入安装孔5内安装加固,再把密封塞8卡接到两组保温板本体1之间的拼接处,通过企口公插2上带有凸环22的凹槽21和企口母槽3上带有限位槽32的限位柱31相配合可以提高两组保温板本体1利用企口公插2和企口母槽3拼接的稳定性和吻合性,利用凸沿4与企口公插2上的安装孔5配合螺栓10可以进一步提高保温板本体1拼接的稳固性,同时也便于保温板本体1的安装固定,利用带有卡块9的密封塞8安装在保温板本体1上的卡槽7与缺口6上可以提高两组保温板本体1拼接处的密封效果,保温板本体1中保温岩棉13、硬泡聚氨酯板14、挤塑聚苯乙烯板16和玻璃纤维板17可以有效的提高保温板本体1的保温能力和阻燃隔音等效果,同时弹性钢板15的设置可以提高该保温板本体1的抗变形能力,防火板18的设置可以加强保温板本体1的防火能力,而装饰板20配合包边结构19的设置可以提高保温板本体1的美观度,装饰板20上的釉面层和疏水槽道可有有效的起到防水作用。
