本发明涉及铝塑板制作技术领域,具体为一种内置加强筋放置孔的铝塑板。
背景技术
铝塑复合板(又称铝塑板)作为一种新型装饰材料,自上世纪八十年代末九十年代初从德国引进到中国,便以其经济性、可选色彩的多样性、便捷的施工方法、优良的加工性能、绝佳的防火性及高贵的品质,迅速受到人们的青睐。现如今,市面上的铝塑板大多数利用PE板作为芯材,其上下两侧再贴合铝皮、高分子聚合层以及保护膜和无毒喷漆,其外形和品质虽然不错,但是仍然在某些领域内存在有缺陷之处:具体如下:
1.现有的铝塑板通常韧性不足,在安装过程中,当其悬出面积过大时,由于缺少支撑结构,铝塑板容易弯曲甚至折断;
2.铝塑板通常用作建筑装饰材料,因此其防火性能至关重要,直接关系到用户的生命财产安全,然而现有的大多数铝塑板中却缺乏防火层,因此安全性能不佳;
3.现有的铝塑板在缓冲和隔音方面也存在一定的缺陷,既不利于保护用户的隐私,也不利于保护用户的安全,为此,本发明提出一种内置加强筋放置孔的铝塑板用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内置加强筋放置孔的铝塑板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内置加强筋放置孔的铝塑板,包括第一芯板和第二芯板,所述第一芯板位于第二芯板的上方,二者之间贴合设有缓冲胶层,第一芯板的内部穿插设有加强筋,第一芯板的顶端上方贴合设有耐火层,所述加强筋的数量若干,其横截面呈正六边形状,其长度等于第一芯板的长度,所述耐火层的顶端贴合设有第一铝皮层,所述第一铝皮层的顶端贴合设有高分子聚合层,所述高分子聚合层的顶端贴合设有树脂光漆层,所述树脂光漆层的顶端贴合设有保护膜,所述第二芯板的底端开设有填充槽,其横截面呈倒凹字型,第二芯板的底端贴合设有粘结膜,所述填充槽为矩形状空腔,其内部填充有消音层,其内部顶端均匀设置有支撑块,所述支撑块与第二芯板为一体成型结构,其横截面呈倒T型状,其厚度与消音层的厚度均等于填充槽的内部深度,所述粘结膜的顶端与消音层以及支撑块贴合,其左右两侧均设有卡块,其底端贴合设有第二铝皮层,所述第二芯板的底端两侧均开设有卡口,且两卡口均位于卡块的正上方,所述卡块均嵌入在卡口内部,所述第二铝皮层的底端贴合设有聚酯涂层,所述聚酯涂层的底端贴合设有背漆。
优选的,所述第二芯板的顶端均匀开设有定位槽,所述定位槽为圆柱形空腔,所述第一芯板的底端均匀设置有定位塞,所述定位塞与第一芯板为一体成型结构,其数量和定位槽的数量相等,其底部均贯穿缓冲胶层并嵌入在定位槽内。
优选的,所述第一芯板的顶端均匀设有凸起楞条,所述凸起楞条与第一芯板为一体成型结构,其数量若干,其横截面呈半圆形状,所述耐火层的底端均匀开设有楞条槽,且楞条槽的数量和凸起楞条的数量相等,所述凸起楞条均嵌入在楞条槽中。
优选的,所述耐火层的横截面呈倒凹字型,其底端贴合设有上胶层,所述第一芯板的横截面呈凸字型,且第一芯板的顶端嵌入在耐火层的底部内侧,二者之间紧密贴合。
优选的,所述耐火层的顶端左右两侧均开设有内嵌槽,所述内嵌槽的内部两侧均贯穿开设有插接口,所述内嵌槽的内部均贴合设有加强板。
优选的,所述加强板的厚度等于内嵌槽的内侧深度,其底端两侧均一体成型设有插块,所述插块均贯穿在插接口内,且插块的底端均竖直向下延伸并贯穿第一芯板。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明在第一芯板的内部均匀穿插设置有加强筋结构,在耐火层的顶端两侧均贴合设置有加强板,加强筋和加强板均为金属材质制成,其抗折弯能力强,韧性大,相比传统技术,可大大提高铝塑板的强度和安全性;
2.本发明在第一芯板的上方贴合设置有耐火层,耐火层为耐火材料压制而成,具有抗高温属性,当火灾发生时,耐火层可大大提高室内的安全性,阻碍火势的蔓延;
3.本发明在第一芯板和第二芯板之间贴合设置有缓冲胶层,在第二芯板的底部内侧填充有消音层,其中缓冲胶层为弹性材料制成,而消音层为隔音材料制成,相比传统技术,二者的添加后,本发明大大提高了铝塑板的隔音和安全性能。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内置加强筋放置孔的铝塑板,包括第一芯板1和第二芯板2,第一芯板1位于第二芯板2的上方,二者之间贴合设有缓冲胶层3,第一芯板1的内部穿插设有加强筋4,第一芯板1的顶端上方贴合设有耐火层5,加强筋4的数量若干,其横截面呈正六边形状,其长度等于第一芯板1的长度,加强筋4为金属材料制成的钢筋,其穿插在第一芯板1内部,如图1所示,其作用是增强铝塑板材料的韧性。
耐火层5的顶端贴合设有第一铝皮层6,第一铝皮层6的顶端贴合设有高分子聚合层7,高分子聚合层7的顶端贴合设有树脂光漆层8,树脂光漆层8的顶端贴合设有保护膜9,第二芯板2的底端开设有填充槽,其横截面呈倒凹字型,第二芯板2的底端贴合设有粘结膜12,填充槽为矩形状空腔,其内部填充有消音层10,消音层10为隔音材料制成,如吸音棉,其填充在第二芯板2的内部,可很好的阻隔声音的传播。
其内部顶端均匀设置有支撑块11,支撑块11与第二芯板2为一体成型结构,其横截面呈倒T型状,其厚度与消音层10的厚度均等于填充槽的内部深度,粘结膜12的顶端与消音层10以及支撑块11贴合,其左右两侧均设有卡块22,其底端贴合设有第二铝皮层13,第二芯板2的底端两侧均开设有卡口21,且两卡口21均位于卡块22的正上方,卡块22均嵌入在卡口21内部,第二铝皮层13的底端贴合设有聚酯涂层14,聚酯涂层14的底端贴合设有背漆15,各层结构均为矩形状,且尺寸相同,相邻两层之间紧密贴合,如图1所示,其中第一铝皮层6,第二铝皮层13、聚酯涂层14以及背漆15与传统材料中的结构无异。
第二芯板2的顶端均匀开设有定位槽18,定位槽18为圆柱形空腔,第一芯板1的底端均匀设置有定位塞20,定位塞20与第一芯板1为一体成型结构,其数量和定位槽18的数量相等,其底部均贯穿缓冲胶层3并嵌入在定位槽18内,如图2,定位塞20贯穿缓冲胶层3并嵌入在定位槽18内侧,且定位塞20的直径等于定位槽18的内径。
第一芯板1的顶端均匀设有凸起楞条17,凸起楞条17与第一芯板1为一体成型结构,其数量若干,其横截面呈半圆形状,耐火层5的底端均匀开设有楞条槽,且楞条槽的数量和凸起楞条17的数量相等,凸起楞条17均嵌入在楞条槽中,其作用是阻止第一芯板1和耐火层5之间错位,增强铝塑板的整体结构强度。
耐火层5的横截面呈倒凹字型,其底端贴合设有上胶层16,第一芯板1的横截面呈凸字型,且第一芯板1的顶端嵌入在耐火层5的底部内侧,二者之间紧密贴合。
耐火层5的顶端左右两侧均开设有内嵌槽23,内嵌槽23的内部两侧均贯穿开设有插接口24,内嵌槽23的内部均贴合设有加强板25,加强板25为金属板材,其厚度约为两毫米,其位置如图3所示。
加强板25的厚度等于内嵌槽23的内侧深度,其底端两侧均一体成型设有插块26,插块26均贯穿在插接口24内,且插块26的底端均竖直向下延伸并贯穿第一芯板1,加强板25底端的插块26同时贯穿第一芯板1和耐火层5,可防止两块板层相互错位,保持铝塑板结构的整体性。
定位槽18的内部底端均贴合设有弹性垫19,弹性垫19呈圆饼状,其顶侧均与定位塞20的底端贴合,弹性垫19为弹性材料制成,如橡胶材质,其厚度较薄,其作用是增强铝塑板整体结构的缓冲性,即弹性,整体具有提高铝塑板安全性的效果。
工作原理:本发明中,第一芯板1和第二芯板2之间贴合设置有缓冲胶层3,缓冲胶层3为弹性材料制成,如泡沫塑料,可很好的增强铝塑板整体的弹性,提高缓冲质量。第一芯板1的顶端贴合设置有耐火层5,第二芯板2的底部内侧填充有消音层10,二者的添加,可有效提高铝塑板的防火以及隔音效果,在提高安全性的同时也有效的保护了用户的隐私。另外,在第一芯板1的内部均匀穿插设置有加强筋4,在耐火层5的顶端两侧均贴合设置有加强板25,其中加强筋4和加强板25均为金属材料制成,二者的设置,可大大提高铝塑板整体的结构强度和韧性。第一芯板1的顶端均匀设置有凸起楞条17,耐火层5的底侧均匀开设有楞条槽,其中凸起楞条17均嵌入在耐火层5底部的楞条槽中,该结构可很好的提高第一芯板1和耐火层5之间的结构强度,防止二者错位。另外,第一芯板1的底端均匀设置有定位塞20,第二芯板2的顶端均匀开设有定位槽18,定位塞20均贯穿缓冲胶层3并嵌入在定位槽18内,该设置可大大提高第一芯板1、第二芯板2和缓冲胶层3三者之间的结构强度,防止铝塑板因板层厚度过大,导致相邻板层发生错位现象,提高铝塑板的整体强度。
