Abstract

本发明涉及一种防火式墙体建筑结构，属于建筑技术领域。本发明的防火式墙体建筑结构首先通过利用连接柱槽与固定柱槽之间进行连接，提高了墙体间的连接方便，其次通过柱头与嵌入口之间的嵌入，提高了牢固性能，同时利用非洲手鼓的形状的连接柱，一是增加结构间的连接性能，增加一定缓冲性，二是通过连接柱间的间隙提高耐热及防火性能，而且隔音层与密封层之间进行连接，进一步提高防火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火式墙体建筑结构，属于建筑技术领域。
背景技术
建筑防火墙指防止火灾蔓延至相邻区域且耐火极限不低于3小时的不燃性墙体。用于划分防火分区，或防止建筑间火灾蔓延的重要分隔构件，能在火灾初期和灭火过程中，将火灾有效限制在一定空间内，阻断火灾在防火墙的一侧蔓延到另一侧，对于减少火灾损失具有重要作用。目前市面上所采用的防火墙，大都是永久式固定防火墙，如果一旦出现墙体部分损坏，则给更换带来很大麻烦，而且部分区域如北方野外区域，其区域性气候特征十分明显，在秋冬季节干燥易室内电器 (如电热毯小太阳)等使用容易发生火灾，需要对着重室内进行防火，而在春夏由于室外墙壁潮湿，需要对外部进行贴合减少潮气进入影响墙体，同时外部气候炎热也可能因为室外阳光聚光等问题(尤其是设有太阳能设备的区域)发生火灾，两侧都设置防火隔板虽然能最好的解决上述问题，但从成本和必要性来看，都没有必要。
由于近年来各地建筑物火灾事件频发，引发了各界对防火保温的思考，现有技术的建筑墙体在墙体保温防火施工过程中，对于基础墙体上进行涂抹防火保温砂浆，或用建筑胶粘贴防火隔板，并加之以保温材料制成的保温层，但是此种方法并不是像墙体一样是混凝土浇筑而成，各层之间贴合不是很紧密，从而导致建筑墙体整体的连接强度不高，牢固程度较差，且防火性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题，针对目前防火墙牢固程度较差，且防火性差的问题，提供了防火式墙体建筑结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种防火式墙体建筑结构，包括侧装饰层面、端装饰层面，其特征在于，所述侧装饰层面与端装饰层面进行结合，所述侧装饰层面上面连接的端装饰层面上设有连接柱槽，所述侧装饰层面下面连接的端装饰层面上设有固定柱槽，固定柱槽上设有榫头，所述侧装饰层面通过连接柱与防火隔离板的一侧进行连接，所述防火隔离板的另一侧通过连接柱与保温板进行连接，所述保温板与隔音层进行连接，隔音层内部与密封层进行连接。
所述侧装饰层面是通过防火涂料固化形成的层面。
所述端装饰层面为水泥浆与防火涂料按照等质量比混合浇筑而成。
所述侧装饰层面两端设有嵌入口，端装饰层面两端设有柱头，柱头与嵌入口进行匹配，实现侧装饰层面与端装饰层面的结合。
所述连接柱槽内部设有榫头口。
所述连接柱之间设有空腔，空腔的距离为1～2cm。
所述连接柱为非洲手鼓的形状。
所述保温板两端连接金属网。
所述密封层两端连接缓冲层。
本发明的有益技术效果是：
本发明的防火式墙体建筑结构首先通过利用连接柱槽与固定柱槽之间进行连接，提高了墙体间的连接方便，其次通过柱头与嵌入口之间的嵌入，提高了牢固性能，同时利用非洲手鼓的形状的连接柱，一是增加结构间的连接性能，增加一定缓冲性，二是通过连接柱间的间隙提高耐热及防火性能，而且隔音层与密封层之间进行连接，进一步提高防火性能。

如图1至图4所示的一种防火式墙体建筑结构，包括侧装饰层面1、端装饰层面 2，所述侧装饰层面1与端装饰层面2进行结合，所述侧装饰层面1上面连接的端装饰层面2上设有连接柱槽3，所述侧装饰层面1下面连接的端装饰层面2上设有固定柱槽6，固定柱槽上设有榫头7，所述侧装饰层面1通过连接柱8与防火隔离板4的一侧进行连接，所述防火隔离板4的另一侧通过连接柱8与保温板 10进行连接，所述保温板10与隔音层12进行连接，隔音层内部与密封层13进行连接。所述侧装饰层面1是通过防火涂料固化形成的层面。所述端装饰层面2 为水泥浆与防火涂料按照等质量比混合浇筑而成。所述侧装饰层面1两端设有嵌入口15，端装饰层面2两端设有柱头14，柱头与嵌入口进行匹配，实现侧装饰层面1与端装饰层面2的结合。所述连接柱槽3内部设有榫头口16。所述连接柱8之间设有空腔9，空腔的距离为1～2cm。所述连接柱8为非洲手鼓的形状。所述保温板10两端连接金属网5；所述密封层13两端连接缓冲层11。

1.一种防火式墙体建筑结构，包括侧装饰层面(1)、端装饰层面(2)，其特征在于，所述侧装饰层面(1)与端装饰层面(2)进行结合，所述侧装饰层面(1)上面连接的端装饰层面(2)上设有连接柱槽(3)，所述侧装饰层面(1)下面连接的端装饰层面(2)上设有固定柱槽(6)，固定柱槽上设有榫头(7)，所述侧装饰层面(1)通过连接柱(8)与防火隔离板(4)的一侧进行连接，所述防火隔离板(4)的另一侧通过连接柱(8)与保温板(10)进行连接，所述保温板(10)与隔音层(12)进行连接，隔音层内部与密封层(13)进行连接；
所述侧装饰层面(1)是通过防火涂料固化形成的层面；
所述端装饰层面(2)为水泥浆与防火涂料按照等质量比混合浇筑而成；
所述侧装饰层面(1)两端设有嵌入口(15)，端装饰层面(2)两端设有柱头(14)，柱头与嵌入口进行匹配，实现侧装饰层面(1)与端装饰层面(2)的结合；
