Abstract

本发明公开了一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，包括面层的铝板及底层的薄毡，所述铝板与薄毡之间形成的内部空腔填充有保温岩棉，所述保温岩棉与铝板及薄毡之间均通过改性聚氨酯粘接，所述铝板的左右两侧分别设有第一企口结构及与所述第一企口结构互相锁紧的第二企口结构。本发明的有益效果：该保温板的内部填充岩棉，表层采用铝板，使其具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边采用企口的结构设计，能够方便实现两块保温板之间的拼装，且结构牢固，施工简单，节省工期。

一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板
技术领域
本发明涉及板材保温领域，具体来说涉及一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板。
背景技术
在现有建筑中的内外墙及采暖地面等保温工程中，普遍采用安装保温板的方式，但是现有的保温板安装存在工序繁杂、劳动强度大、结构稳固性差，且保温、装饰性能不佳等缺陷和问题。
目前，针对上述问题亟待研发出一种新的装饰保温一体化板。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题，本发明提出一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，解决现有保温板存在的拼装不便且结构稳定性差的问题。
为了实现上述技术目的，本发明的技术方案是这样的：
一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，包括面层的铝板及底层的薄毡，所述铝板与薄毡之间形成的内部空腔填充有保温岩棉，所述保温岩棉与铝板及薄毡之间均通过改性聚氨酯粘接，所述铝板的左右两侧分别设有第一企口结构及与所述第一企口结构互相锁紧的第二企口结构。
进一步的，所述第一企口结构为L形企口公插，所述第二企口结构为企口母槽。
本发明的有益效果：该保温板的内部填充岩棉，表层采用铝板，使其具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边采用企口的结构设计，能够方便实现两块保温板之间的拼装，且结构牢固，施工简单，节省工期。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示，一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，包括面层的铝板1及底层的薄毡3，所述铝板1与薄毡3之间形成的内部空腔填充有保温岩棉2，所述保温岩棉2与铝板1及薄毡3之间均通过改性聚氨酯4粘接，改性聚氨酯4采用在线发泡，所述铝板1的左右两侧分别设有第一企口结构5及与所述第一企口结构5互相锁紧的第二企口结构6。
在本实施例中，所述第一企口结构5为L形企口公插，所述第二企口结构6为企口母槽。
如图2所示，在安装时，将两块相邻保温板的企口公插与企口母插配合安装(相互锁紧)，然后打胶，进行加固；使用该保温板不仅具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边采用企口的结构设计，能够方便实现两块保温板之间的拼装，且结构牢固，施工简单，节省工期。

1.一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，其特征在于，包括面层的铝板（1）及底层的薄毡（3），所述铝板（1）与薄毡（3）之间形成的内部空腔填充有保温岩棉（2），所述保温岩棉（2）与铝板（1）及薄毡（3）之间均通过改性聚氨酯（4）粘接，所述铝板（1）的左右两侧分别设有第一企口结构（5）及与所述第一企口结构（5）互相锁紧的第二企口结构（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带企口的装饰保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述第一企口结构（5）为L形企口公插，所述第二企口结构（6）为企口母槽。
